In China, there are cable group and telecom group. Most of the high quilty program producers are under the control of cable operators; there are a little program producers who are willing to cooperate with telecom operators, and they are always small and weak. So cable group has market power and the incentives to impose vertical restraints in this market. An Independent Component Analysis (ICA) based method is introduced in order to separate or recover source electromagnetic signals and interfering signals from mixed signals. A simulation experiment is also given to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. At last, the discussion and the analysis about these four methods are proposed. WRF-Chem is a fully coupled `online' regional chemistry/transport model jointly developed by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) etc. The model includes on-line calculations of dynamics, transport, dry and wet deposition, gas-phase and aerosol chemistry, radiation and photolysis, and surface emissions. The Streets emission inventory was implemented and fined in resolution by using TM (Thematic Mapper) land-use data. For the application, the model was updated by introducing the effect of aerosol on photolysis due to the high aerosol concentration over the YRD region. The operational system supplies regional distribution and station temporal variation products including O3, SO2, NOx (NO, NO2), CO, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and aerosol (PM10, PM2.5, EC) etc. The observational data at five sites over Shanghai was used to evaluate the performance of the system. The results show that 1) the introduction of aerosol effect on photolysis distinctly increases ozone forecast, and 2) the numerical forecast has good performance in both concentration and temporal variability of ozone and aerosol, although it needs to be improved for very high concentration episodes. To address this problem, we propose a feature selection approach, by identifying product aspects, aspect evaluation words and modifiers, to look for more representative features for Internet product reviews. Experimental results show that only using aspect evaluation words and modifiers as features can help SVM classifier work well. The use of chemometric tools, such as orthogonal signal correction (OSC), principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares to latent structure discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), and OSC-PLS-DA make the data dimensionality reduction and interpretation much easier. Here we showed a system method based on PCA, OSC-PLS-DA for metabonomic data analysis; Furthermore, the loading plots of mass data were used for the biomarkers discovery. As an example, dataset from Liu Wei Di Huang Pills administrated rats urine collected by LC/MS/MS was used to demonstrate this method.
