The main advantage of using rough sets is that it does not need any additional or prior information about data. This paper discusses about the hybrid model of rough sets with relational maps to represent the mapping between consistent set of attributes of the dataset to decision classes. The proposed model is tested on 7 led dataset where the rough sets are implemented to get the important reducts of the attributes for decision making and relational maps are used to map reducts with the decision classes. In the first stage, the region of interest (ROI) i.e. mouth region is extracted by binary classification based on color ratio thresholding followed by centrally located large connected region detection. k-means clustering is applied to green plane to get upper lip area. The lower lip area is obtained by using binary k-means clustering to the weighted plane. The combined lip area is further processed to detect the centrally located big connected region. Robert filtering followed by similar neighbour traversing are employed to estimate the lip contour. A smoothed upper and lower contours are obtained by varying piece-wise polynomial fitting. Individuals with high risk have to be identified in order to accurately diagnose and effectively treat the disease. Regular monitoring of cardiac activity will help in the early detection of CVDs. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is generally used for this purpose. Along with ECG, Photoplethysmogram (PPG) signals are also used. Biomarkers extracted from ECG and PPG provide sufficient information about the cardiac activity and the condition of the blood vessels. A multi-parameter device which provides research grade signals is not available at present. Therefore a system for the simultaneous acquisition of ECG and PPG signals was designed and implemented. A suitable method for peak detection is also proposed here. PPG signals of good quality were acquired using the acquisition system. It is observed that the deterioration in analog/RF performance is more pronounced in conventional trigate FinFET device as compared to junctionless trigate FinFET device when high-K gate dielectric is used instead of SiO2. The deterioration in intrinsic dc gain $(Delta text{AV}=text{AV}_{(mathrm{K}=3.9)}-text{Av}_{(mathrm{K}=40)})$, cut-off frequency $(Deltamathrm{f}_{mathrm{T}}=mathrm{f}_{mathrm{T}(mathrm{K}=3.9)}- mathrm{f}_{mathrm{T}(mathrm{K}=40)})$, and maximum oscillation frequency $(Delta mathrm{f}_{text{MAX}}=mathrm{f}_{text{MAX}(mathrm{K}=3.9)}- mathrm{f}_{text{MAX}(mathrm{K}=40)})$ is 10.7 dB, 5.5 GHz & 11 GHz respectively in case of conventional trigate FinFET and 6 dB, 3.9 GHz & 30 GHz respectively in case of junctionless trigate FinFET. SMFC are projected to be employed as a sustainable power source for led lighting and remote environmental observing. To understand the performance of SMFC, experiment performs for one month. Single SMFC has low voltage and current level which is unable to drive electronic devices. To increase power generation from SMFC, eight individual SMFC are connected together either in series or in hybrid connection. Two combinations of this SMFC, hybrid connection, are proving to be the more effective one, step-up both the voltage and current level, mutually. Polarization curve and behavior of voltage generation experiments are done for series and hybrid connected SMFC. The power density is obtained 1.111mW/m2 at $435.25 boldsymbol{mu} mathbf{A}$ from series and 1.309mW/m2 at $870.75boldsymbol{mu} mathbf{A}$ in hybrid connected SMFC. In this paper, we explore how local cooperation among the devices can help alleviate this problem to some extent. Local cooperation can be achieved through device-to-device communication which is expected to be a significant feature of next generation cellular networks. The cooperation can be achieved by having smartphones with insufficient resources offload their jobs to neighboring smartphones with higher computational capability. We model it as a stable matching problem. The hospitals, pharmacist, patient and healthcare professionals rapidly using online healthcare system. New emerging on-line healthcare system faced many security issues and challenges. Due to such issues, healthcare data and services become more vulnerable. The trustworthiness of the healthcare services is a critical issue that creates the barrier for wide adoption of the healthcare services. To solve both of the problems, we need a hybrid solution that not only provide the security in the healthcare system, but also provide the trustworthy healthcare services. Hence, in this paper, we propose a mutual trust based access control model which, protects the healthcare services and data from the unauthorized access and provide the trustworthy healthcare services. The access of the healthcare services and data is based on the trust degree of the requested user. This access control model will ensure that only trusted and authorized user can access the trusted healthcare services. The key feature of the proposed circuit is the mono-pulse tracking technique of ground antenna with spread spectrum signal at sensitivity level. The circuit insures the sensitivity of tracking chain is better than the telemetry (Data) chain so that the ground tracking antenna will acquire quickly the moving target. The proposed topologies work well for Spread Spectrum transmitted signal (SS) and provide sufficient anti-jam margin in tracking chain also. The same circuit is also very useful when transmitted signal uses code division multiple access (CDMA) technique. In such techniques signal from one transmitter appear as a strong interferer for other transmitter. Propose topology insure that transmitted signal from our own other moving platform will not confuse the ground tracking antenna and break the communication link. In this way efficient frequency spectrum utilization is possible even for the links between moving platform and stationary ground stations. The proposed scheme is having potential for integration with the entire conventional tracking scheme such as monopulse, conical scanning and electronic scanning.
