Since the 21st century, the government has increased its efforts to protect intangible cultural heritage, so that the Lufeng Qian Gu Dance, which has been slowing down, has once again gained importance. China, has the fastest aging population globally, making the care and support of the elderly a critical concern for the future. In this context, aging in place is the preferred choice for many elderly individuals, and the design of home environments plays a direct role in their physical and psychological well-being. This article, with a focus on healthy aging, addresses the psychological needs and issues commonly encountered by the elderly in their home lives. It employs the principles and methods of design psychology to analyze and research the design of home environments for the elderly. In the contemporary landscape of cultural creation, a gradual shift is discernible towards the production of cultural commodities. Inasmuch as culture, when commodified, necessitates its entry into the marketplace, it becomes inexorably entwined with the stages of production, circulation, consumption, and distribution within that market milieu. To render cultural commodities consumable, it is imperative that their production caters to the predilections of the masses. The development history of Western painting art cannot be separated from the evolution of the style, subject matter and techniques of oil painting. Since its emergence, oil painting has experienced several style periods, including classicism, Romanticism, Impressionism, abstraction and so on. Among them, Impressionism, which was born in the middle of 19th century, played an important role in the history of western oil painting. It changed the style and way of oil painting popular in the past few centuries with new color theory and creative techniques. Impressionism emphasized the intuitive observation and real performance of the painting object. Since then, painting is no longer limited to the spiritual transmission of the author, and \"what you paint is what you see\" has gradually become one of the creation principles of Western oil painting. This paper takes the spatial expression form of \"New Meticulous Painting\" as the starting point, first briefly expounds the concepts of \"New Meticulous Figure Painting\" and \"Painting Space\", and summarizes and refines the general presentation methods of \"New Meticulous Figure Painting\" on the visual screen. For example, it has the characteristics of \"Surreal Atmosphere\", \"Grey Tone\", \"Weakened Lines\" and \"Rich in Modern Urban Elements\".
