This School Action Research was conducted at SD Negeri 6 Pulau Pinang. The type of action in this study is in the form of concrete actions, namely guiding teachers in carrying out learning activities through academic supervision. The research was conducted in semester I, from January to February 2022 to be precise. The subjects of this school action research were class teachers at SD Negeri 6 Pulau Pinang with a total of 6 teachers. The results showed that teacher performance increased after taking action in the form of periodic collaborative educative supervision from cycle I to cycle II. These improvements included improvements in preparing lesson plans, carrying out learning, assessing learning achievement, implementing follow-up assessments of student achievement. Based on the results of educational supervision cycle I and cycle II teacher performance increased, namely cycle I Teacher performance in preparing learning plans cycle I reached 71, 98% while the second cycle 92.44%. The teacher's performance in carrying out learning cycle I reached 75.49% while cycle II reached 93.81%. The teacher's performance in assessing the learning achievement of the first cycle reached 81.3% while the second cycle was 90.56%. Teacher performance in carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement in the first cycle reached 54%, while the second cycle was 59.76%. Thus the average cycle II action is above 83%. Based on the results of this action research, it can be concluded that teacher performance has increased in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement. For this reason, researchers suggest that educational supervision in schools carry out periodic collaborative educational supervision.\u0000ABSTRAKTujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan guru kelas dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran SD Negeri 6 Pulau Pinang setelah dilakukan tindakan supervisi/pembinaan. This research is a school action research, which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle goes through 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this school action research were teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Lahat. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the professional competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Lahat, namely from Pre-cycle to Cycle 1 of 18.18 points with an average score of teacher professional competence in Pre-cycle of 52.27 with less criteria. In cycle 1, the teacher's professional competence average score was 70.45 with sufficient criteria. And in the second cycle, the teacher's professional competence increased from cycle 1 to cycle II, namely 18.19 points with an average score of teacher professional competence in cycle II of 88.64 with good criteria. The conclusion of this study is that the professional competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Lahat can be improved through the application of a collaborative supervision approach.\u0000ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang telah dilaksanakan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Perkembangan proses supervisi kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 4 Lahat. 2) Meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 4 Lahat setelah diterapkan pendekatan supervisi kolaboratif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklusnya melalui 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru-guru di SMP Negeri 4 Lahat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 4 Lahat yaitu dari Prasiklus ke Siklus 1 sebesar 18,18 poin dengan nilai rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada Prasiklus sebesar 52,27 dengan kriteria kurang. Pada siklus ke 1 mendapatkan nilai rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 70,45 dengan kriteria cukup. Dan pada siklus ke II kompetensi profesional guru mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 18,19 poin dengan nilai rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada siklus II sebesar 88,64 dengan kriteria baik. {"title":"BIMBINGAN KOLABORATIF MGMP SEKOLAH SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF SUPERVISI AKADEMIK YANG EFEKTIF DI SMP NEGERI 5 LAHAT","authors":"A. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Lahat with a total of 15 teachers, starting from January to February 2022. This research used collaborative guidance on the school's MGMP through two cycles. The factors observed included teacher activity, teacher interest attitudes, school MGMP products, and student interest attitudes. The results of the research cycle II generally experienced an increase when compared to cycle I. The teacher's activity in cycle II was on average good 43% and very good 36.67% while cycle I was quite average 42% and good 47%. The attitude of the teacher's interest after the second cycle of activities experienced a very good increase on average 55.99%, and 33.13% good, while the first cycle was very good on average 40.59%, and 43.24% good. The results of the school MGMP in cycle II for the syllabus averaged 85.36% complete and in accordance with the guidelines, while in cycle I it was only 30.93%, as well as the RPP in cycle II, which averaged 78.23% according to the guidelines. and complete, whereas in cycle I it was only 54.69%. This study used Classroom Action Research in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. This research took the subject of class VIII.A SMP Negeri 1 West Merapi as many as 30 students. The results showed that student learning outcomes in Civics subjects with the Discovery Learning Learning Model had increased and the data obtained was in the form of end-of-cycle test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the increase in student scores could be seen in cycle I, which obtained a mastery learning score (30.00%) at the first meeting and (46.67%) in the second meeting with an average score of 66.16 and the highest score was 85 and the lowest was 50. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research was class IX.B students of SMP Negeri 1 Jayapura in 2022. The data obtained was in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I (52.00%) with the highest score of 80 and the lowest score of 50, cycle II (72.00%) with the highest score of 86 and the lowest score of 58, cycle III ( 92.00%) with the highest score of 92 and the lowest score of 70. While the class average value in cycle I was 71.60, Cycle II was 74.48 and Cycle III was 81.04. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus yaitu siklus I (52,00%) dengan nilai tertinggi 80 dan nilai terendah 50, siklus II (72,00%) dengan nilai tertinggi 86 dan nilai terendah 58, siklus III (92,00%) dengan nilai tertinggi 92 dan nilai terendah 70. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research will be carried out at SMPS Dian Todahe West Halmahera. Data collection techniques from this study using test results and observation results. Based on the results of Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects on style material, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve science learning outcomes on style material in class VIII students of SMPS Dian Todahe West Halmahera Regency. The increase in science learning outcomes is known by the test results in Cycle I and Cycle II which show an increase in the average score and percentage of classical completeness. In this study, referring to indicators of success, the value calculated is the percentage of classical completeness if student learning outcomes ? 85% of the total number of students in one class get a score of ? 60. The average value of style material students in the initial conditions (pre-cycle) is 50 with classical completeness of 40% (2 students) of 12 students who scored ? 60 (KKM score). Cycle I was 61 with classical completeness of 60% (4 students) who scored ? 60 (KKM score). Cycle II of 8 with classical completeness of 80% (8 students) who achieved a score of ? 60 (KKM score). Thus, according to the indicators of success, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model of style material in class VIII students of SMPS Dian Todahe West Halmahera was declared successful.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui model problem based learning pada siswa kelas VIII SMPS Diant Todahe Halmahera Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di SMPS Dian Todahe Halmahera Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan hasil tes dan hasil observasi. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada materi gaya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi gaya pada siswa kelas VIII SMPS Dian Todahe Kab.Halmahera Barat. The implementation of communication skills can be realized by learning public speaking. Public speaking is needed in the learning process as a support for students' critical thinking so that discussions in the learning process go well. The purpose of this study is to describe the urgency of math teachers to train public speaking in building students' self-confidence. The method of this research is library research. The research subjects in this study were the authors as key informants and objects. The results of the study show that public speaking training for students can increase students' self-confidence and communication skills, especially when learning in class.\u0000ABSTRAKKeterampilan abad 21 yang melekat pada peserta didik salah satunya menuntut kepercayaan diri dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi. Public speaking diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai penunjang pemikiran kritis peserta didik agar diskusi dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan urgensi guru matematika dalam pembelajaran public speaking untuk membangun kepercayaan diri peserta didik. Adapun metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penulis sebagai key informan dan obyek. In Islam, the foundation for literacy activities is very strong. This can be seen in the Al-Alaq verse 1 of the Qur'an, which means: \"Read with (mentioning) the name of your Lord who created. From this understanding, to gain skills in life requires the ability to process the knowledge he has acquired. This can be proven by the activities of students who have carried out the stages of the literacy movement starting from the stages of habituation, development and learning. Initially, students' interest in reading at MTsN 5 Jombang was low. With various efforts, gradually the students' interest in reading began to grow. The religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students varies greatly. This relates to the diverse backgrounds of students. The role of the literacy movement and interest in reading is very important in shaping the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students. The visible change in religious behavior is positive behavior in relation to God, others, and the natural surroundings. This is the case with the role of students' reading interest. Apalagi dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun belum banyak yang mengetahui kegiatan apa yang termasuk di dalamnya. Sebuah informasi online menyebutkan bahwa budaya literasi dimaksudkan untuk melakukan kebiasaan berpikir yang diikuti proses membaca dan menulis, yang pada akhirnya bisa menciptakan sebuah karya. Dalam agama Islam, landasan kegiatan literasi ini sangat kuat. Hal ini bisa dilihat dalam Alquran surat Al Alaq ayat 1, yang artinya: “Bacalah dengan (menyebut) nama Tuhanmu yang menciptakan.Dari pengertian ini untuk meraih kecakapan dalam hidup diperlukan kemampuan dalam mengolah pengetahuan yang diperolehnya. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve writing skills (maharah al-kitabah) after implementing mufradat (vocabulary) mastery through song media. The subjects of this study were class VII-G students of MTs Negeri 5 Jombang in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 30 students. Data collection in this study used observation and test techniques by presenting data in the form of tables and diagrams using interactive analysis, through four components of the analysis process, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Based on the data analysis on the results of the writing skills test in cycle I, it was found that the average score achieved by students was 73.33, an increase of 10% from pre-cycle with an average score of 63.33. In cycle II the average score achieved by students was 79.33, indicating an increase of 6% from cycle II. It can also be seen that the average score of students' writing skills from pre-cycle to cycle II has an increase of 16%. Based on the indicators of research success, it can be concluded that mastery of mufradat (vocabulary) through song media can improve writing skills (maharah al-kitabah).\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengengetahui peningkatkan keterampilan menulis (maharah al-kitabah) setelah diterapkannya penguasaan mufradat (kosa kata) melalui media lagu. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-G MTs Negeri 5 Jombang pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 anak. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes dengan penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel dan diagram dengan menggunakan análisis interaktif, melalui empat komponen proses analisis, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan análisis data hasil tes keterampilan menulis pada siklus I diketahui bahwa skor rata-rata yang dicapai siswa yaitu 73,33, terjadi peningkatan 10% dari prasiklus dengan skor rata-rata 63,33. Pada siklus II skor rata-rata yang dicapai siswa yaitu 79,33, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 6% dari siklus II. Dapat diketahui pula bahwa skor rata-rata keterampilan menulis siswa dari prasiklus ke siklus II terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16%. Thus it becomes a consideration for teachers, especially PAI teachers in using effective learning media in training students' memory of the material. Starting from this problem the teacher was interested in researching nadzam as a medium to train students' memory in learning aqidah at SDN 04 Kendalsari. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of supporting and inhibiting factors and the contribution of nadzam as a medium to train the memory of fourth grade students at SDN 04 Kendalsari in learning aqidah. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed: the role of nadzam as a medium to train students' memory in learning aqidah, as a medium, as entertainment for students. The supporting factors are that nadzam media is fun for students, teachers can interact effectively with students and make it easier for students to understand the material. The inhibiting factor is that it takes a long time, nadzam as a medium is neglected, nadzam cannot be applied to all learning.\u0000ABSTRAKNadzam sebagai Media daya ingat peserta didik kelas IV SDN 04 Kendalsari dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Penelitian ini berawal dari nadzam sebagai media lama yang kurang diimplementasikan dan diperhatikan di lembaga pendidikan formal, terlihat dari pengamatan guru saat pembelajaran di kelas, hasil wawan cara menunjukan bahwa peserta didik kurang memahami materi Aqidah dan kurang hafal materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Sedangkan hasil wawancara di kelas, peserta didik lebih memahami hafalan materi Aqidah dengan melantunkan bait-bait materi dengan lancar. Dengan demikian menjadi pertimbangan bagi guru, khususnya guru PAI dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam melatih daya ingat peserta didik terhadap materi. Berawal dari masalah tersebut guru tertarik meneliti nadzam sebagai media melatih daya ingat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran aqidah di SDN 04 Kendalsari. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran factor pendukung dan penghambat serta kontribusi nadzam sebagai media melatih daya ingat peserta didik kelas IV SDN 04 kendalsari dalam pembelajaran aqidah.
