The subjects used were SSB Mahayana Senggreng participants, Suberpucung District with a total of 18 participants. This study used an experimental method with the independent variable zig-zag run training, the free variable shuttle run training, and the dependent variable (Y) ball dribbling ability. This type of research is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test group research design. The instruments used are: Ball dribbling test, while for data analysis the t-test is used. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the zig-zag run exercise variable, the t-table value at a significance level of 5% and db = 8 is 1.86. Meanwhile, the t-count value is 3.2. And by testing the hypothesis of the shuttle run training variable, the t-table value at a significance level of 5% and db = 8 was 1.86. The t-count value is 1.023. Furthermore, the results of the mean difference test obtained the t-table value at the 5% significance level of 1.75 and the 1% significance level of 2.58 with db = 16. The t-count value was obtained at 0.748. Drawing from a comprehensive review of literature, this research delves into the multifaceted aspects of near-native-like fluency, including its cognitive and linguistic underpinnings, as well as the psychological and sociocultural factors that contribute to its development. It elucidates how near-native-like speakers often exhibit a remarkable command of grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary, mirroring the proficiency of native speakers. However, the study also unveils potential pitfalls associated with near-native-like fluency, including issues related to identity and cultural authenticity. It scrutinizes the challenges faced by learners who strive to achieve such fluency and the dilemmas they encounter when their linguistic competence is perceived as indistinguishable from that of native speakers. Furthermore, this research examines the impact of near-native-like fluency on communication dynamics, highlighting instances where over-competence may lead to misunderstandings, alienation, or a loss of the learner's unique cultural perspective. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Cipancar 2/5 kecamatan Leles, Kabupaten Garut. 52 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Sehingga, tari gandrung digunakan untuk salah satu festival setiap tahunnya. Festival gandrung sewu tersebut bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya lokal. Festival gandrung sewu tentu melalui beberapa proses di dalamnya, seperti mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan yang terus berlangsungan, serta terjadi pengulangan di setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada lingkungan masyarakat Banyuwangi di Pantai Boom Marina. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdapat observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan terkahir menarik kesimpulan dari semua pembahasan yang diambil oleh penulis. Berdasarkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang dinamika festival tari gandrung sewu 2015-2022 dan nilai sastra tradisional festival gandrung sewu. Dinamika yang dimaksud mengacu pada perkembangan dan pergerakan festival tari gandrung sewu antara lain dinamika tema, tata rias, kostum dan aksesoris, serta dinamika gerak. Sedangkan nilai sastra tradisional pada festival tari gandrung sewu yaitu berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian sehingga pendapatan daerah kabupaten Banyuwangi selalu meningkat. Sejak festival gandrung sewu digelar, banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Banyuwangi. Masyarakat juga mendapatkan manfaat dari hasil festival gandrung sewu. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu festival gandrung sewu tidak hanya mengalami perubahan setiap tahunnya. Identification in field observations, namely the problem of tourist attraction and promotion is still not optimal so that tourists who visit here feel less interested and dissatisfied. The purpose of this research is to find out what marketing strategies are carried out by the management of Banyu Meneng Beach in increasing tourist satisfaction. This type of research with descriptive qualitative methods obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. After carrying out the research phase. Researchers found a lack of marketing strategy at Banyu Meneng Beach which was carried out by the Forest Farmers Group institution \"Ngudi Makmur\". The purpose of this study is to develop HOTS based pop up book media to build the mathematical understanding of junior high school students that are valid and practical. This research is Research and Development (R&D) research. The HOTS-based pop up book media development procedure uses the ADDIE development model, because the ADDIE model has simple steps that are easy to learn and more systematic than other models. The ADDIE development model consists of 5 stages, that is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Valid product seen from the validation results of media experts and material experts and practical products seen from the results of the teacher and student response questionnaires. The media expert validation results were declared valid with an average result of 3.81 and the results of the material expert validation were declared valid by obtaining an average result of 3.31. The results of the teacher's response questionnaire obtained a result of 90% in the very practical category, while the results of the student response questionnaire obtained results of 74.5% in the practical category.
