The method used in this study uses a literature review. The data collection technique is carried out by collecting articles and related research results through a collection of online databases including book chapters, science direct, proceedings and spingers that are searched using the article search service from Google Scholar and the Mendeley application program in the 2017-2022 period. The data analysis technique was carried out with the stages of planning a literature review, determining keywords, collecting articles, data classification, data reduction and data analysis. The results show that there are 3 strategies that schools can implement in realizing 21st century skills-based learning through local culture with Vygotsky's socio-cultural theory approach and Ki Hadjar Dewantara's theory of local culture. 摘要

本文旨在回答如何实施学校战略,通过地方文化加强以 21 世纪为基础的学习。本研究采用的方法是文献综述。数据收集技术是通过收集在线数据库中的文章和相关研究成果来实现的,这些数据库包括2017-2022年间使用谷歌学术的文章搜索服务和Mendeley应用程序搜索的书籍章节、科学直达、论文集和spingers。数据分析技术按照规划文献综述、确定关键词、收集文章、数据分类、数据还原和数据分析等阶段进行。结果表明,学校可以通过维果茨基的社会文化理论方法和Ki Hadjar Dewantara的地方文化理论,实施通过地方文化实现以21世纪技能为基础的学习的3种策略。21 世纪教师的能力体现在三个方面,即知识、绩效标准和产品标准。
