The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire in the form of a Google form, which was distributed to 26 employees of SMAN 1 Padang City. Based on the results of data analysis using the partial t-test and f-test simultaneously (multiple linear regression), it is known that after the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Padang City, the school principal's charismatic leadership style positively affected employee performance with a score of 0,23. Personnel motivation does not affect employee performance with a score of 0,39; Employee workability positively affects employee performance with a score of 0,001; and the leadership style of digital school principals, motivation, and workability of employees jointly affect employee performance by 79.7%. This research has substantial implications in the post-pandemic educational context. Such substances may include the need to implement an adaptive digital leadership style, increased employee motivation, and development of employability as critical factors in improving the performance of educated employees. The information obtained from this study can help school principals and education management to more effectively manage human resources in the changing environment post-pandemic, create motivating working conditions, and improve the quality of education at SMA 1 Padang.","PeriodicalId":260867,"journal":{"name":"Edunesia : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan","volume":"11 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138585355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The PPKN study program, totalling 30 people, was the subject of this research. Questionnaires and tests are used to gather information about research findings. The research investigation was carried out using the independent sample t-test technique, with a significance level 0.05. The study's findings show that the total count is 5.509. Here, the t value exceeds the 2.048 t table value. These findings suggest that cooperative learning models of the TGT kind effect student learning motivation. Based on the Independent Samples Test on \"Assumption of Equal variances,\" the Sig is known. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 to be the basis for decision-making in the Independent Sample T-Test. As a result, there is a relatively significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using the conventional learning model (control class) and students taught using the TGT learning model. The Pancasila ideology is different in applying the Teams Games Tournament learning model to the standard learning model. Second, the Teams Games Tournament learning style can increase learning motivation because of active participation.","PeriodicalId":260867,"journal":{"name":"Edunesia : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan","volume":"34 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138600638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Negative perspectives are seen, such as the degradation of learning activities when students access social media daily. Still, other discussions emphasize the importance of social media as a good gap or opportunity for more interactive learning. Interesting to study, this study aims to determine the effect of social media on interest in education. One hundred four respondents (Vocational Students in DKI Jakarta) were recruited to complete the research questionnaire. The research procedure consists of testing the instrument's validity-reliability, classical assumptions (normality and linearity), and simple linear regression analysis (t-test and the coefficient of determination). The study's results accept the alternative hypothesis that \" social media influences students' learning interest\". The social media regression coefficient increases learning interest by 1,026 units, and the determinant coefficient is 77.2%. This paper convinces academics that \"there is a gap or opportunity for how social media can be a good momentum to accelerate student interest in learning in the future\". The essence of the research findings emphasizes scientific discussion about the possibilities of social media as the latest fiber or instrument to be executed by teachers and students in an educational atmosphere.","PeriodicalId":260867,"journal":{"name":"Edunesia : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan","volume":"75 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138604452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The type of research research is a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study was using a saturated sampling of 22 students. The research instrument is science process skills (KPS) test questions oriented to description and multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively by normality test for normal data testing and normalized gain-score test to see the improvement of students' KPS. In addition, it is known how much the KPS increase using the N-Gain Test is 0.51, with a moderate category included in the normalized gain criteria of 0.3 ≥ g ≤ 0.7. Based on the results of the research data obtained, the average score on the pre-test was 59.09, while the average score on the post-test showed an increase to 80. The study used a quantitative approach, sampling 50 workers from the larger population of all those who work at Salon Aviqa Rumah Cantik. A questionnaire served as the method of information gathering. The research results suggest that the leadership style variable (X1) does not impact staff morale since both Ho and Ha accept it. tcount > ttable, or -0.290 > 2.011, and the sig value is 0.05 0.773. Therefore the conclusion holds. We may conclude that Ho is false since both the calculated tvalue (2.324 > 2.011) and the significance value (sig) of 0.05 are larger than the ttable and the significance threshold set at 0.005, respectively. Ha, the competing hypothesis is accepted. This demonstrates that employee morale is greatly affected by the variable Working Hours (X2). The data suggests that the Fcount value is higher (4.942) than the ftable value (3.20). This demonstrates, at the 0.05 significance level, that leadership style and working hours positively impact the observed variables. The preceding ftest findings suggest that the interaction between leadership style and working hours significantly affects the dependent variables at the 0.05 significance level.","PeriodicalId":260867,"journal":{"name":"Edunesia : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129125270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
