Therefore, it is of great significance to grasp the relationship between talents and the relationship of development. First of all, according to different categories of talent, the talent demand model with multi-objective analysis level process (ahp) is established, and the current situation of the talent market is analyzed from three aspects: job demand, expected occupation and educational background requirements. Secondly, the Alima model of talent demand forecasting and analysis is established, and combined with the time series model to predict the potential talent demand of future cities, and conclude that the most important needs of professional in the next three years are economic management, and the most important need for work is science and technology. Finally, according to the current situation of college students' different professional preferences, the Garch model is established, the strategy of urban development and talent introduction is put forward, and reasonable test is carried out, and the corresponding reasonable strategy of matching supply and demand between talents and cities is given, the imbalance between talent supply and demand is reduced, and the development of the city is improved.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123728454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yet most empirical studies of wage gap concentrate only on short-run changes due to the lack of high-quality data. In this paper, we study the wage gap between urban and rural labor in China using the Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) data spanning several years. By the methods of OLS regression and Oaxaca decomposition we have two main findings: first, the wage gap resulting from household register discrimination have been gradually decreasing since the Lewis transition, and the growth rate of migrant workers' wages obviously exceeded the accumulation rate of their human capital in 2011; second, the wage disadvantage of the rural labor mainly comes from the weakness of its human capital, compared with that of the urban labor. These findings would remind us of the rising welfare inequality problem in China against the background that the accumulation of human capital on rural labor have slowed down after the Lewis transition. In the end, we come up with several suggestions for policy reform. First of all, the central government should distribute more educational resources into rural areas specifically. In addition, the local government and enterprises should increase specific investment in skills training for migrant workers. Last but not least, the governments ought to gradually abolish the related rules that restrain migrant workers from obtaining urban public services, which will help to equalize the social welfare in China eventually.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123081541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A comparative study was made on the status quo of its development. The study found that the similarity lies in the fact that both China and the US have rapidly grown in number, creating more than 30 types of cloud functions, gathering more than 80 types of cloud resources, forming a cloud collaboration network, and initially generating a sustainable cloud platform ecosystem. The difference is that the US created a space early, on the cloud to form an advanced infrastructure with 3D printing as the standard, highlighting online interaction on cloud functions, vertical areas on cloud resources, and cloud collaboration pursue intelligent matching and comprehensively utilize up to 12 revenue channels in cloud sustainability. Aiming at the problems existing in Chinese maker space cloud platform model, this paper reveals the external manifestation of the US maker space cloud platform model. It gives enlightenment to China from cloud foundation, cloud function, cloud resource, cloud collaboration and cloud sustainability. The human resource of an organization is now regarded as invaluable organizational capital, commonly known as human capital. Organizations are now more aware of the effective utilization of its human capital and ensure business success. However, despite the growing awareness of the importance of human capital, it could not get popularity as expected. From the initial investigation, it was revealed that there are several challenges in applying for the human capital management program. The challenges are a lack of precise definition of human capital and human capital management, overlapping scope and jurisdictions, identifying desired human capital and linking it with the business strategy, measuring the outcome of human intervention and reporting and so on. This literary paper would try to resolve these issues in the light of theoretical underpinnings. It is believed that this paper will be able to give HR managers and practitioners a meaningful guideline to apply for the human capital management program more confidently and effectively. In addition, this research would contribute to existing HR literature, too. An extensive literature search was the main source of information for this paper. For data validity and reliability data and information also collected from other sources, too such as, expert interviews, analyzing policy papers and personal observation, etc. To get an in-depth understanding of the research issues exploratory methodology has been applied in this study.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"167 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133578844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper focuses on thesetypes of stocks from two different sectors (HealthCare and Technology) which are originated from PRC (Peoples Republic of China) and listed only on the US markets. The sample employs 24 companies’ stock returns in the period of May 2011 to August 2013. Correlation test and Granger causality test are applied to identify the relationships and beyond that, the Bivariate Co-integration test and Impulse Response Function test are applied to identify the nature of the relationships between the stocks and both the home and the US market (Sector Index). The study reveals that these single listed stocks do not have any long term effect from both the Home and the Foreign trading markets whereas, the stocks are highly responsive towards the shocks from US markets in a very short term.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123432439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various contradictions in the world become more intensive. Deep globalization has promoted a more integrated and efficient human society. Meanwhile, it has become more unbalanced, uncertain and contradictory. The movement of contradictions in the world tends to go from extremes to opposites. The development of human society will see the emergence of several civilization centers, instead of one civilization center taking the place of another. The current China-US trade disputes is one of the important appear of the profound change. The contradictory movements of China-US economic and trade relations are eternal while constants are relative, but changes in the basic structure of China-US relations will take place over a long period of time. The China-US trade problem is actually an imbalance problem, reflectsing the deep-seated and complex contradictions between developed and emerging developing countries in the global transformation. To solve the current China-US trade war, we need to take a balanced line. The China-US trade problem has accumulated over the past decades, and it will take some time to solve them. A scrutiny of China-US trade disputes in the profound changes of the world and the context of modernization shows that China has been working to address many of the issues of concern, which complies with China’s general direction of reform and opening-up and its goal to achieve all-round modernization. The most important thing both of China-US need to consider is not a win-or-lose outcome, but how to convert the fierce trade war to normal trade disputes and how to obtain a leading position in morals, strategies and tactics in the game between major countries. To this end, methods of balanced thinking need to be adopted for proper handling of five major relationships. We need to understand, tolerate and compromise each other. We need to discuss and negotiate the balanced solutions to the problem. This is the requirement of the law of balance. What is the Profound Changes of the world? What is the essence and reason of the profound changes? How should we deal with such profound changes? How do we view China-US trade disputes in the profound changes of the world. This paper attempts to give a preliminary analysis on these questions. This paper is a special research project of the National Social Science Fund, \"Research on the joint development of China\", the \"one belt and one road\" initiative and the United Nations sustainable development agenda.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114911373","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After retaining the period from 1980 to 2015, the quadratic and spline estimation revealed a non-linearity between the structural economy competitiveness and investment in road infrastructure. Indeed, the quadratic estimate identified non lineary U-shaped inverted with an optimal threshold of 10.11%. With regard to the spline estimation, it also highlighted this nonlinearity and gave an optimal interval of [5%;15%]. The economic policy implication that emerges from these results is that in order to benefit from optimal structural competitiveness, the investment’s share in road infrastructure in the total investment budget must be between5% and 15%.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133343069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the article is using the approach developed by J. Forrester to build a simulation model, based on which it is possible to perform mathematical co-optimization of the production capacity, retail sale and advertising of an enterprise which produces a single product. The paper formulates a system of equations describing the logistics system of the enterprise. The model of logistical system offered by authors is original. This model has no analogues in the scientific literature. Article purpose is working out of a technique of the co-ordinated definition of optimum parametres of logistical system. Article develops a numerical method of the decision of an optimising problem which is based on system of the equations written down in shape with discrete time. The calculations of the time behavior of all rates of the logistics system (rate of production, rate of delivery), as well as the behavior of the inventory levels at the wholesale warehouse and retail are carried out. The optimization problem of determining the maximum economic efficiency is formulated and solved. In this case, production capacity and advertising costs are considered as variable parameters of the optimization problem. By numerical calculations, it is proved that there is a single point of maximum economic efficiency as a function of the planned capacity of the enterprise. Dependence on time of current profit of the enterprise is calculated and analysed.","PeriodicalId":258703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134342948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on financial innovation events in China from 1979 to 2015, this paper compiles the structural index of China's financial innovation, and analyses the evolution trends and influencing factors of China's financial innovation structure. The index reflects the increasingly complexity and maturity of the overall structure of financial innovation since the reform and opening up, while the cumulative contribution of the six innovative forms to the changes in innovation structure has become more consistent and stable. The empirical analysis shows that the exploration of financial innovation is the continuous driving force to promote the change of financial innovation structure in China. What’s more, major reform decisions, opening to the outside world, as well as scientific and technological progress promote the structural change of China's financial innovation, while the financial crisis inhibits the structural change of China's financial innovation.
