In addition, it is a human-oriented services industry. Thus, any increase in tourist arrivals will affect this industry and in turn, the environment. In recent years, environmental issues have become among the most significant issues of concern in the world. Since the homestay industry contributes to environmental issues, especially through daily operations which involve a lot of resources, the Tourism Ministry of Malaysia has introduced new initiatives to raise awareness among entrepreneurs regarding the importance of environmental conservation. Therefore, this study explores the reliability and validity of green practices, as well as general level of awareness and knowledge about the environment among homestay operators. This preliminary study uses quantitative methods which include a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents comprising homestay operators in Selangor, who are registered with the Malaysian Tourism Ministry. The reliability test and exploratory factor analysis of the items in the questionnaire was carried out using SPSS software and the results are expected to be used for further analysis. Financial stability is the basic foundation of solid, sustainable and inclusive growth of financial companies in the country. In this regard, this paper responds to the 4.0 technology prioritization of digitization issues. The emergence of technology-enabled innovation in financial services is the result of a confluence of drivers. Customer preferences, particularly amongst millennial, and ―digital natives with regard to convenience, speed and cost of financial services are increasingly demanded. This research was conducted for 7 months, involving millennial respondents who had previously done FinTech transactions in the area of Jakarta, Depok and Tangerang. Quantitative data analysis was employed to analyze the research data. The findings indicate that, first, FinTech has been adopted in some rapidly growing emerging markets and frontier economies but still in small players. Second, evolving technologies, particularly those related to the internet, big data, mobile technology, and computing power, have become the drivers of innovations in financial services. The adoption of IFRSs accounting standards and non IFRSs-based accounting standards differs in emphasis on applying asset revaluation. Non-IFRSs accounting standards do not require asset revaluation. The implementation of IFRSs-based standards requires companies to use asset revaluation method to value their fixed assets. Therefore, all listed companies must apply asset revaluation. In fact, not all listed companies in Indonesia apply asset revaluation. This study intends to test firms’ decision to implement asset revaluation or to stay with cost model under the condition of the company has implemented IFRSs. This study uses a standards logistic model to examine the effect of financial factors on firm decision to revalue their fixed assets. Sample firms used in this study are the firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periods 2013 – 2016. Sample firms consist of 850 firms stay with cost model and 262 firms choose asset revaluation. Therefore, the observation is relatively large 1112 firms – years. The results show that the companies that implement asset revaluation are the companies with higher leverage and lower investment opportunities two years before the companies applied asset revaluation. The findings also present that the companies decide to implement asset revaluation when their financial liquidity and fixed assets intention one year before are higher. From the firm size perspective, bigger firms are more likely to choose asset revaluation. However, smaller firms stay with cost model to revalue their fixed assets. As general, this finding has succeeded to support the hypothesis and previous literatures. Thus, this concept is considered defective among labors. As democratization opens up the room for political opportunity structure, many labor organizations compete to strengthen their identity and do various movements to fulfill their aspiration. Even though there has been the biggest labor organization which was formed during the New Order era namely Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia, other regional labor movements, religious movements, and other ideology-based movement were also formed to enforce the implementation of industrial relations that match the principles of their movements. The result of a preliminary study done in Karawang District, at least four factors have been identified to count for the decline in Pancasila industrial relations. First, the law of labors does not strictly set HIP as the basic principle of industrial relations in Indonesia. Second, broader access to the politic domain has been utilized by some labor organizations to forcibly implement other principles of industrial relations outside the HIP. Third, direct regional election allows any candidate to obtain supports from labor organizations by tolerating any ideas or actions of the organizations. Fourth, tight competition occurs as new labor organizations were formed that the identity of the movement became highly significant. Consequently, sporadic solutions had to be used to solve various industrial conflicts according to the preferences of labor organizations and businessman.
