Worldview as a view or philosophy of life is the hallmark and identity inherent in each individual and civilization. With diversity, worldview is one of the elements that form a civilization that automatically gave birth to the concept of leadership with the typical suit a particular worldview. Many Worldview that exists until this day. This research is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that Islam as a religion also has a distinctive worldview conception. Every person who converts to Islam should have a solid building Islamic worldview embedded in him. To understand leadership, the Islamic worldview has a special conception in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah and the understanding of the ulama who are reliable. Many ulama who have strong Islamic worldview in his mind have examined the concept of leadership. In accordance with the Islamic worldview, leadership is defined not just efforts to achieve worldly goals, but also hereafter. The worldview of Islam as the foundation of the concept of leadership requires the maintenance of physical and metaphysical matters. The leader is responsible not only to the people but also to God. Relationships every aspect of the Islamic worldview also form integral leadership relations without any dichotomy between the world and the hereafter. The purposes of this research are to identify the assets of Universitas Teuku Umar (UTU) grouped into components of human capital (HC) as well as to analyze the existence and management of HC in UTU. Assets identification that is grouped into the components of human capital was conducted by implementing the intangible elements indicators of HC on the recognition and measuring intellectual capital (IC) in Spanish universities. There are 11 out of 12 elements of HC were identified as the human resource assets. Some of the elements were not managed optimally as indicated by different data records on the work unit. This study focuses only on the management and identification of intangible assets which categorized into the components of human capital based on the intangible elements found in the previous research. Further research need to identify HC components based on the characteristic of the university including human capital as part of the intellectual capital will be beneficial. There is an increasing need for ROSCA especially by women micro-entrepreneurs since this group would normally face difficulties in obtaining financing from the banking institutions. ROSCA can be a sustainable financing tool for the women micro-entrepreneurs in sustaining their business as it enables the available resources to be used efficiently and responsibly. This study applies a qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews with 10 women involving in micro-enterprises that adopted the concept of ROSCA in Eastern regions of Malaysia, namely the Kelantan and Terengganu states. The results showed that ROSCA has enabled the women micro-entrepreneurs to resolve the issues relating to financial shortage in capital while doing business. The women micro-entrepreneurs are found to use ROSCA as an alternative to ensure a sustainable funding for their business, thus increasing financial inclusion in the economy. It is a development by approaching the improvement of the quality of life and prosperity. The aim of this research is to observe the effect of people’s quality of life and the sustainable development goals in the poverty and hunger index as indicators by using panel data at 33 provinces in Indonesia during a period of 2010, 2014 to 2015 for MDGs program and 2016, 2017to 2018 for SDGs program, implementing the approach of Fixed Effect Model cross-section weigh and ordinary Least Square (OLS) in order to compare the coefficient without any influences of time and region. The result of this research shows that there are some significant influences which vary between the variable in MDGs and SDGs periods. It is also shown in target input that the minimum value of PHI is “zero” and the value of PHI’s target input is 2.5%. However, overall significant factors in this result are among the level of income, tertiary education, dissent work, nonagricultural with the variable of sustainable development goals in the indicator of poverty and hunger index. These research results are expected to be a consideration in decision-making process for Indonesian government to set a right full policy for people’s quality of life achievement, which contributed in SDGs program until 2030 hence achieve “Zero Goals” or there will be no people who are poor and no one have no access to the clean water. This study employ secondary data in the form of time series from 2010 to 2017, and cross section data consisting of 33 provinces in Indonesia, so that the type of polled data can be categorized that is a combination of time series data (for 8 years) with cross section data 33 Province in Indonesia. The analytical method used is PLS (Panel Least Square) with a comparison of two models namely the Fixed Effect and Robust Least Square models. From the results of the Fixed Effect regression model shows that DDF has a negative and insignificant effect on Poverty, while HDI has a negative and significant effect on Poverty. The study found that each additional unit of DDF reduced poverty by 10.97 percent if the HDI remains. In addition, the Human Development Index unit reduced the number of poor by 79.83 percent if the DDF remains. These findings implied that to reduce the poverty, efforts to improve HDI need to be focused. This research was aimed to analyse the Islamicity Index of Islamic Bank as the indicators of the performance. This research used descriptive statistical analysis. The population of this research was Indonesia Islamic banks, which the period of research was from 2011-2015. During this period, seven banks with purposive sampling method were taken as the samples. Five ratios are used in Islamicity Performance Index to measure the performance which are profit sharing, charity, equitable distribution, welfare of directors and employees and incomes, Islamic vs. non Islamic income source. Based on the analysis among the ratios, the best performance of profit sharing ratio, charity welfare of directors and employees were well applied by Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In another ratio, Bank Syariah Mandiri had the highest place in the implementation of Equitable Distribution Ratio. While Bank BRI Syariah had the highest position in determining the Islamic Incomes vs. Non-Islamic Incomes ratio. The conclusion for overall is Islamicity Performance Index has been applied by the Islamic Banks in performance measurement. The results of this study can provide feedback to stakeholders such as governments, investors and customers to be able to assess the performance of Islamic banks so that it becomes the basis for determining policy in terms of banking, investment decisions, and the decision to determine the choice. The industrial revolution will decrease man’s involvement in workplaces. The production number increased significantly, but job opening dropped that might cause fewer people to work. As we know, those who live in industrialized countries are very busy and disciplined particularly in running their activities. They have never thought about religious aspects and moral values. They only think about how much can be earned from their job and how to rise-up the production. This is the warmest issues which spread all over the world nowadays, and nobody can escape from that. On the one hand, industry 4.0 will need a skilled man to operate internet or machine to create efficiency and more production, and such circumstances will change people's paradigm. On the other hand, religious teachings should not be underrated because it is a necessary way to strengthen and defend moral values among people. These are two different things that are occurring at the same time, and therefore research which is related to the issues should be done. This study was done qualitatively, and data were collected through a single method---interview. The aims of the study are to find out whether moral values can save people from the influence of the fourth industrial revolution, whether people are pleased only by fulfilling their materialistic needs, and whether the national education curriculum related to moral values need to be changed in accordance with this modern era (industry 4.0).
