The aim of the paper is to reflect on role of urban wastelands in context of legal and social construction of urban public spaces. This reflexion is based on analysis of what ecological values are connected with urban wastelands and how those values manifested during pandemic. \u0000Methods. Paper is based on observatory research put in the context of theoretical reflection on urban research, especially applying to ecology and urban management. \u0000Results. Spontaneous social animation of urban wastelands related to restrictions placed upon using green areas by Polish government in order to stop the spread of COVID-19 in April 2020 revealed potential of such places to trace regulations introduced in public spaces resulting in transfer of some social practices to less ordered and supervised areas. \u0000Conclusions. Nowadays urban wastelands gained appreciation as areas of specific high biodiversity and ecological value. However they can also be useful as a measure of social practices excluded from planned and highly organised urban places. They can be used to trace them and rethink legal and social circumstances that led to that exclusion.

This kind of thinking does not mean recapturing the attitude of the Song people towards tea ware, but means researching the evolution of "tea ware" from Tang to Song and the influence of the evolution on the present. This may be a valuable guide to exploring the philosophy of Medieval China. Firstly, in this study, the corpus of ancient books in Song Dynasty is established with the utilization of literature investigation. In this process, the basic concepts and theoretical problems in tea ware ancient books in Song Dynasty have been sorted out and discussed with the utilization of relevant theoretical research methods, including philology, linguistics, history, bibliography, editology, art and so on. Secondly, relevant collected information is sorted out and summarized, including document titles, compilers, content summary, categories, various versions and so on. These ancient books of tea ware in Song Dynasty are listed in chronological order by drawing tables. Thirdly, the definitions of the relevant literature are listed through the method of induction and comparison. After comparing similarities and differences, own opinions are put forward. By summarizing the characteristics of tea ware in tea ware literature in different periods of the Song Dynasty, the formation and development of tea ware design ideas in the Song Dynasty are further explored. In the final analysis, I conclude that Cai Xiang (蔡襄) played a pivotal role in the teaware development in the Northern Song dynasty (北宋) and even the entire Song dynasty (宋代). Under his influence, the teaware-making aesthetics of the Song dynasty was dominated by teaware from Jian Kiln.

The objective of this study is to suggest and demonstrate the feasibility of a new learning model and compare learning outcomes due to the traditional and developed learning models. \u0000Methods. The advantages of the developed model are proved in accordance with statistical processing of the pedagogical experiment results using Statistica. The experiment involves 786 students who are aged 13-14 and study in grades 7-8. The time parameters of the duration of individual elements of the lesson in the traditional learning model are consistent with the methodological literature (Horonovska & Samsonova, 1985; Sadovyi, Vovkotrub, & Tryfonova, 2013). \u0000Results. The methodology of selecting generic content units (GCUs) from the subject content and their division into theoretical (TCUs) and experimental (ECUs) content units is elaborated. The total time of all TCUs gives the duration of the teaching process while the time of all ECUs is the duration of the knowledge process acquisition, and the time of GCUs is the duration of the learning process. The result of the GCUs presentation offers two learning models: traditional (sequential) and developed (parallel) ones. \u0000Conclusions. The broad implication of the present research is that the developed "parallel" model allows using the time effectively for practical students’ research work at physics lessons, and enables to give better learning outcomes, use individual and group forms of learning with observance of individualization and differentiation learning principle.
