Because multiple cranes are on the same track, the crane leads to passive parking and forced parking, which leads to the reduction of production efficiency. In order to avoid the above phenomenon, reduce the conflict between cranes, speed up the task completion time to establish the crane scheduling model, analyze the defects of genetic algorithm, put forward the improved genetic algorithm and solve the crane model of steel plant. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the optimized crane scheduling results are obtained.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126947841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, using the principle of minimal mean square error, the nonlinear stiffness terms can be equivalent to a linear stiffness which is a function of the system amplitude, and the original system is simplified to an equivalent integer order Van der Pol system. Secondly, the system amplitude’s stationary Probability Density Function (PDF) is obtained by stochastic averaging. And then according to the singularity theory, the critical parametric conditions for the system amplitude’s stochastic P-bifurcation are found. Finally, the types of the system’s stationary PDF curves of amplitude are qualitatively analyzed by choosing the corresponding parameters in each area divided by the transition set curves. The consistency between the analytical results and the numerical results obtained from Monte Carlo simulation verifies the theoretical analysis in this paper and the method used in this paper can directly guide the design of the fractional order controller to adjust the response of the system.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115015924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a statistical model based on feature classification least squares support vector machine, which can predict short-term wind power. First of all, this paper analyzes the data of an actual power plant. After analyzing the data, it is found that there is uncertainty in the existence of multiple powers at the same wind speed. Then, in order to resolve this uncertainty, the wind speed and wind speed trend samples are density clustered according to the DBSCAN method. The clustering results are divided into several categories, and the samples of different categories are modeled by least squares support vector machines. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed prediction model is compared with that of unclassified samples through the prediction model. Simulation results show that the designed model has higher prediction power accuracy.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115507466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An integrated model is established, where permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and drivetrain are all included. Considering the coupling effects of network-induced delays and event-driven manner of the controller nodes, a delay-free discrete model is developed via polytopic inclusion approach and system augmentation technique. Energy-to-peak strategy is adopted to ensure the robust performance of torsional oscillation controller design. The stability of electrified powertrain system is proved via Lyapunov theory, and the controller gain is obtained by using the LMI tool box in Matlab. A simulation model is built in Simulink with a delicate controller area network (CAN) model that developed via SimEvent, by which the effectiveness and performance of the proposed integrated torsional oscillations controller against CAN-induced delays are well verified.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116035622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A stable controller for nominal neutral systems is designed with Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. Furthermore, based on the generalized KYP lemma, a sufficient condition is established to guarantee that the neutral type input delay system with the controller can satisfy H∞ performance in the limited frequency domain. Finally, a numerical example and the two-stage dissolution tanks system are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116123211","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The atmospheric activity on Mars' surface is very intense. However, the current flight control law design for Mars airplane does not consider the effect of crosswind. In this paper, the nonlinear model of Mars airplane, in presence of crosswind, is introduced. Then, the methodology for designing the longitude and lateral controllers is developed. Flight control system in crosswind is designed using the following strategy: when there is a crosswind, control system manipulates the fuselage to turn a yaw angle towards the crosswind direction, and to counter the equivalent sideslip angle caused by the crosswind to ensure that the ground speed direction remains unchanged. The PID control law is used to eliminate errors, and the corresponding angular velocity is introduced to increase damping. Simulation results are obtained using SIM ULINK, the results indicate that the control laws proposed in this paper for Mars airplane flying in crosswind are valid and robust.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116561436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A novel protocol with white noise is proposed for the followers of different groups tracking their leader gradually with distinct time delays, i.e., followers are divided into several groups according to the time-delays with the leader and each group approaches its own equilibrium state almost surely and exponentially. Based on the Lyapunov’s method for stability, matrix theory and stochastic differential equations, sufficient conditions are derived to achieve the cluster-delay consensus. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted to illustrate and validate our control algorithm.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122403246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This task involves the tracking of a target object and human pose. The target object is tracked with a visual object tracker. The human poses are estimated via a keypoint detector while the person identities are preserved with a simple yet effective IoU tracker. Finally, a possessing relationship inference is made based on the position information of the tracked target and humans. For reducing the communication and computational loads, two different event-triggered strategies are constructed in the sensor and the controller nodes, respectively. The first event trigger is introduced to schedule the transmission of signals from the sensor node to the local controller node; and the second event trigger is employed to determine the instant when the optimal control problem in the MPC-based controller node should be solved. By constructing a feasible control sequence, the sufficient conditions are derived for guaranteeing the feasibility and stability of the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simulation example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.","PeriodicalId":255872,"journal":{"name":"2020 39th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122483662","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
