The results of comparative analysis of methods for information extracting from optical fiber lines are presented. The classification of extraction methods, physical conditions for leak channels formation is given. In addition, methods making it possible to remove part of the optical radiation to outside of the propagation medium are given. A technique is proposed for detecting the fact of the information leakage channels formation. A number of different ways for the detection is described to successfully combat unauthorized access. The analysis showed that the simplest detection method is bending of optic fiber in order to eliminate total internal reflection. In this case, to monitor and detect fiber bends it is necessary to track the introduced losses. At the same time, the problem of automatic antenna matching in a wide frequency range has become more actual. PIN diodes are widely used in radio transmitting and receiving devices from high frequencies to microwaves. With their help, attenuators, phase shifters and two-way switches may be implemented. The use of PIN diodes, which are switching elements of the microwave range, in the high-frequency range imposes certain restrictions both on the magnitude of the maximum switched current and on the amplitude of the control signals. An analysis of the achievable power values of HF automatic antenna tuning unit (ATU) switched using by PIN diodes showed that in the case of a matched load, they can be used up to power levels almost equal to 2 kW in the HF range. The subject of the study is the development of software and hardware solutions based on the USRP architecture and LabVIEW software environment for modeling the intruder active impact at the physical level, aimed at destroying or reducing the information interaction effectiveness of wireless network clients. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibility and evaluate the effectiveness of the USRP devices and LabVIEW software environment for prototyping specialized hardware and software devices use. The solutions are based on the documented characteristics of National Instruments Corporation's USRP devices, a description of LabVIEW virtual devices that solve particular problems of physical monitoring, but mainly on the results of authors experimental studies, as well as testing these results and technical solutions in the educational process. Their comparative analysis is given. Intellectualization of integrated management systems using robotic systems and complexes is presented comprehensively at the level of organizational, organizational and resource (taking into account their decomposition into organizational-information, organizational-cognitive, organizational-technical) and technical-technological processes. The main features of target processes in the life cycle of an integrated control system when including functional systems based on robotic systems and complexes in its composition are given. The complete group of target processes is considered. This approach is universal and is proposed to describe the structure of counteracting processes that have an artificial origin. In the lifecycle of integrated systems. The main content of developers' work on providing target processes at the stages of the integrated management system life cycle is considered: research, development, testing and operation of integrated management systems. It is shown that organizational and resource processes are the most flexible and capable of prompt adjustment at the operational stage. The article considers the development trend of integrated management systems as network-centric systems that allow for the reallocation of resources for the implementation of the main functions of the system. On a process basis, in accordance with the system triad, which includes the principles of openness, non-linearity and coherence, the conditions for implementing synergetic properties are considered. For this purpose, conditions should be created for the emergence of synergetic processes within the full group of processes aimed at implementing functionality. To create such conditions should be identified and promptly addressed vulnerability at the interface of the target process, to timely and qualitatively addressed the negative conditions for the implementation of opposing processes of external and internal origin, a rational way to be the formation and implementation of institutional, organizational, resource and technical-technological processes in the composition of their complete group. It is shown that such conditions should be planned and provided at the early stages of the integrated systems life cycle during research to determine the main organizational, technical, system and technological solutions. Organizational and resource processes can be quickly adjusted during operation. The use of a quality management system (QMS) and activities regulated by regulatory and technical documentation (RTD) for the creation, production and operation is a distinctive feature of the proposed methodology. Implementation consists in applying an ontological approach to the formation of the questionnaire for subsequent expert evaluation for external and internal audits. The methodology allows to timely identify the advantages and disadvantages of a specific event, approved by the dependability program and specified in a certain section of the RTD, including QMS. The methodology let it possible to increase the effectiveness of the numerical evaluation when the target level of dependability indicators is achieved, also, to enhance the of the AES EM system and relieves the manufacturing organization from the procedure for additional tests. All PLL components implemented as part of the classical CMOS technology and circuitry. The proposed solutions on CMOS transistors with submicron design standards allow achieving a significant increase in operating frequencies.
