However, with the increment in number of higher education in the universities, the learner needs more flexibility to attend lesions and easy participate in communication. Therefore, E-Learning is one of the ways provide an accessibility and flexibility to more learners to overcome the far distance of locations or different cultures or timing management for achieving student satisfaction. This paper aims to analyze the current studies on benefits of E-Learning of student satisfaction on the technologies applied and type of blended learning used in learning process to get better qualified learners and to improve the student learning outcomes. The method based on showing different types of E-Learning strategies and the way that allowed learners and faculties to communicate using the common communication models. E-learning is a suitable term to cover the range of uses by the technology for learning and teaching, which is suit with the vision 2030 for Kingdom of Bahrain and industry 4.0 in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) by enhancing the education with modern technology, and it will help to increase staff performance by using the technology with modern technology. Hence therefore the based on the vision of industry 4.0, the E-learning system will be smarter to select the proper training courses to the employees according to their requirement and position. The electric power planning concentrates on the load forecast for the future. The future expectation of electric load needs the load history to data. The present study concentrates on one of the terms used in the reliability, which is Loss of Load Probability (LOLP). This term followed when the loss of load happens as the electric load exceeds the available generating capacity of the system. As a measure of the LOLP it means how much in time, the load exceeds the available capacity of the system. Four power stations combined and considered to form one power system. The LOLP calculated for the system under different loads. This type of consideration is helping to plan the future of the system and finding the effect of load on power system reliability. Those in turn are driven by a societal threats such as impacts on environment, sustainability of energy & natural resources, globalization, and rapidly changing market trends. A specific case of automation system engineering, concerns with the reengineering of old systems, in order to upgrade to a newer technology version; is referred as “Migration”. The engineering process of automation systems is a challenging job; in which, it’s required to realize and formulate the desired functionality and turn it into a physical system that fulfills the required process objectives, consequently selection of the most suitable engineering tools and methodologies to achieve that objectives. Although, most engineering specializations and application domains have developed a standardized engineering tools and methods. However, these standards vary greatly because the interaction between different specializations and domains are limited. Therefore, there are a continued efforts for having a common and unified ones. The other challenge in the engineering process is due to the increased complexity of automation systems, and accordingly, increased functionalities and amount data processing. These challenges makes the use of new technologies, engineering tools and methodologies to become a task that must be faced. In the context of the fourth industrial revolution (industry 4.0), the development and adaptation of more smart, more inter-connected automation systems, is a coherent approach to the engineering and management of the System of Systems (SOS). That system, which connects a massive numbers of devices, expected to be operating across multiple automation domains and serving different specializations. The SOS will utilize the industry 4.0 technologies such as internet of things (IoT), cyber physical systems (CPS) and cloud computing. In the same context; the engineering of SOS has to consider critical challenges faced by the legacy automation systems such as: 1) integration with the aforementioned technologies. 2) Interoperability between varies IoT devices and existing system. 3) Guarantee of stable performance of the system in regards to latency, availability and real-time information transfer. 4) Scalability and safety of process know-how and automation system related information. 5) Ease of application. 6) Feasibility of multi-vendor and multi-stakeholders integration. Genetic maps are essential tools for analyzing DNA sequence data, not only providing a blueprint of the genome but also unlocking linkage patterns between genetic markers, chromosomal regions with more than one sequence variant. Studying these linkage patterns enables diverse applications to identifying the biological underlying feature of problems in health, agriculture, and the study of biodiversity. Genetic mapping provides a mean to understand the basis of genetic and biochemical diseases and provides genetic markers. Mapping studies can be done in a single large pedigree; the larger the number of affected individuals sampled the better the estimate of recombination between the gene causing the disease and one or more nearby genetic marker. This work proposes an algorithm for improving the methods to detect breast cancer by analyzing the DNA data and detect the issue in the DNA samples. This work based on the big data and machine learning techniques to get classifications for all samples. All samples will be classified into two main classes. This work evaluates the performance of different classification algorithms on the dataset. Industrial Revolution and how our engineering products/units will be operated and will perform the required functions, it’s with a great importance to think about the maintenance’s strategies and concepts which to be compatible with like those products as well. The new product will be more accurate, safe, and intelligent, also faster and better in performance. The artificial intelligence is to be the cornerstone in this revolution, and the maintenance process has to be with the same level. For that we may need to develop the concepts and theories of maintenance so that it will be scientifically acceptable with those new tools.For that, we will act with those concepts through this paper:i)The Engineering unit/Product & the Technical Systems: When we act with the maintenance process, in a strategic view, we act with an (engineering unit/product) which consists of multi integrated systems. In fact we will not find an engineering unit/ product with only one system. We will discuss and explain this topic, through which we will derivative a developed definition for the maintenance processii)The factors or basis of the functionality efficiency: That is the main factors affect the functionality efficiency of the systems & the engineering units/ products, then by this way we can conclude a technical definition of defects and how they occur.iii)The legality of occurrence of defects (Legal defects & Illegal defects): with which we assume that all the factors of the functionality efficiency been applied, and then we will discuss the results.iv)The Technical State Functions: The Technical Surplus, the Functional Span Age, The defects and The Failure State concepts: With this topic we will discuss the following: The General Equation of Maintenance, the Initial Power Function of the system, the Defect and the Defect’s Index relations, and the Failure definition and its relations, and how it will be a term of the Reliability theorems. This work focus on improving counting-based secret sharing technique for better shares security as well as simple and fast computation. The research considers resolving some originally published defects in the shares reconstruction phase proposing new distribution model authenticated to be optimized practical and efficient. The shares reconstruction model also reflected increasing the security of the system by authenticity of the shares via steganography. We have employed image-based steganography methods to store the shares presenting a comparison proofed remark.
