E-learning is a suitable term to cover the range of uses by the technology for learning and teaching, which is suit with the vision 2030 for Kingdom of Bahrain and industry 4.0 in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) by enhancing the education with modern technology, and it will help to increase staff performance by using the technology with modern technology. Hence therefore the based on the vision of industry 4.0, the E-learning system will be smarter to select the proper training courses to the employees according to their requirement and position.
