Perspektif tasawuf menekankan perjalanan spiritual untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dan mencapai maqam insan kamil, dengan penekanan pada praktik spiritual dan pengembangan batin. Ilmu kalam memandang tujuan penciptaan manusia sebagai ibadah kepada Allah yang mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan, dengan penekanan pada penghambaan total dan penyerahan diri. Filsafat Islam melihat tujuan penciptaan manusia sebagai upaya mencapai kesempurnaan intelektual dan moral melalui akal dan pengetahuan. Implikasi dari pemahaman ini dalam pendidikan Islam mencakup pengajaran yang mendalam tentang akidah, syariat, pengembangan karakter, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. As an Islamic educational institution, MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu carries out the educational process based on the applicable national education regulations and standards, such as Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, and Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 24 of 2016 concerning Content Standards for Primary and Secondary Education. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where the researcher conducts observations, data collection, information analysis, and in-depth reporting of results. The research results show that the planning management at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu includes the development of curriculum, teaching materials, and the determination of learning strategies oriented towards the achievement of student competencies. Meanwhile, the implementation of Islamic education at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu is carried out through the integration of Islamic values in the learning process, the habituation of noble character, and the strengthening of students' religious character. The study utilized a sample of 30 respondents, collecting data through a questionnaire to measure scores of teacher competence (X) and student learning motivation (Y). Correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient (r_xy) of 0.880, indicating a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The findings emphasize the importance of investing in training and developing teachers' abilities to effectively utilize technology as a supportive tool in the learning process. The use of appropriate learning media can improve student understanding. Adobe Flash Professional CS6 is one of the applications that can be used as interactive learning media for letter and number recognition. This study aims to analyze the use of Adobe Flash Professional CS6 in the introduction of letters and numbers in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study design, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, with informants being the principal, school operator, and several classroom teachers. The results show that Flash-based learning media can visualize abstract concepts to be more concrete and interesting through animation and interactive features, thus helping students understand the material better and increasing their learning motivation. However, the use of digital-based learning media requires parental assistance to supervise children's use of technology. The competence of a teacher greatly determines the quality of students. It is hoped that later this will be able to increase the insight of writers and readers about teacher competence, and of course also be able to apply the verses of the Koran in everyday life. This research is qualitative research with data obtained through literary sources (library research), namely literature review through library research. The primary data source for this research is Tafsir books, then other related sources. The results of this research show that in Q.S. an-Nahl [16]: 90 Social Competence and professional competence. Social competence takes the form of: Acting fairly towards multicultural students, being kind towards students, helping to lighten the burden on students, prohibiting students from doing things that are not good, and educating students to achieve mental cleanliness.
