Warfarin is an oral anticoagulant drug indicated for the treatment of thromboembolism. Warfarin has a narrow therapeutic index, so care must be taken in determining the dose of warfarin for the patient. The effect of anticoagulant therapy produced by warfarin in individuals may vary due to the influence of the CYP4F2 polymorphism rs2108622 which causes changes in the C > T allele. and the genomic database from Ensembl. The results showed that individuals with the CYP4F2 polymorphism rs2108622 required a higher dose of warfarin than the normal allele. In addition, the frequency of the CYP4F2 rs2108622 polymorphism in Asian ethnicities is low. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the CYP4F2 polymorphism strongly influences the dose of warfarin and the frequency of the polymorphism in Asia is low. \u0000Abstrak. Warfarin merupakan obat antikoagulan oral yang diindikasikan untuk terapi tromboembolisme. Warfarin memiliki indeks terapeutik yang sempit sehingga dibutuhkan kecermatan dalam menentukan dosis warfarin untuk pasien. Efek terapi antikoagulan yang dihasilkan oleh warfarin pada individu dapat bervariasi yang disebabkan adanya pengaruh dari polimorfisme CYP4F2 rs2108622 yang menyebabkan perubahan alel C > T. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh polimorfisme CYP4F2 rs2108622 terhadap pemberian dosis warfarin dengan menggunakan data dari artikel ilmiah internasional dan nasional  bereputasi serta database genomik dari Ensembl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan polimorfisme CYP4F2 rs2108622 membutuhkan dosis warfarin yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan alel normal. Selain itu, frekuensi polimorfisme CYP4F2 rs2108622 pada etnis Asia rendah. Worm infection is a disease that includes Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD). This disease can affect all ages, but in preschoolers, it is more common. Ascariasis are chronic infections but the clinical symptoms caused are not clear and the impact will be seen in the long term. Treatment to prevent worm infection can use herbal plants as an alternative, one of the plants that has the potential as anthelmintics is betel nut (Areca catechu L.). This research is in the form of a systematic literature review by searching for articles through Google scholar and Science direct, then selecting according to the inclusion criteria, the total articles obtained are 16 articles and then data processing is carried out. This study aims to determine the potential anthelmintic activity of the areca nut, to determine the secondary metabolites that play a role in the anthelmintic activity of areca nut, and to determine the presence or absence of adverse side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea produced by areca nut. In the results of this literature study, it is known that areca nut has potential as an anthelmintic. In this plant, there are secondary metabolites that are efficacious as anthelmintics in the form of phenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, and a typical active compound in the form of arecoline. Areca nut is known to have adverse side effects in the form of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. \u0000Abstrak. Infeksi cacingan merupakan penyakit yang termasuk Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD). Penyakit ini bisa menyerang semua usia, akan tetapi pada anak usia prasekolah lebih sering terjadi. Cacingan merupakan infeksi yang bersifat kronis akan tetapi gejala klinis yang ditimbulkan tidak jelas dan dampaknya akan terlihat dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Pengobatan untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi cacingan dapat menggunakan tanaman herbal sebagai alternatif, salah satu tanaman yang memiliki potensi sebagai antelmintik adalah tumbuhan pinang (Areca catechu L.). Penelitian ini berupa systematic literature review dengan pencarian artikel melalui Google scholar dan Science direct, lalu dilakukan seleksi sesuai dengan kriterian inklusinya, total artikel yang diperoleh adalah 16 artikel kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi aktivitas antelmintik dari biji pinang, mengetahui metabolit sekunder yang berperan dalam aktivitas antelmintik pada biji pinang, dan mengetahui ada atau tidaknya efek samping merugikan berupa mual, muntah, dan diare yang dihasilkan oleh biji pinang. Pada hasil studi literatur ini diketahui bahwa biji pinang memiliki potensi sebagai antelmintik. Pada tanaman ini terdapat metabolit sekunder yang berkhasiat sebagai antelmintik berupa fenol, flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, tannin, terpenoid, serta senyawa aktif yang khas berupa arekolin. Oral route administration is the most common route and most widely known. However, this route is not always given beneficial. Some of the problems commonly encountered in this route are difficulty swallowing such hard tablets and capsules for patients who are at risk of choking on their use so the therapeutic effect is not optimal. Orally dissolving film (ODF) is a new invention that allows drugs to be used more comfortably than other oral solid preparations without the need for drinking water. In the oral cavity, there is vascularity that allows drugs to enter the systemic circulation without undergoing first-pass metabolism in the liver. ODF formulations consist of active pharmaceutical substances and excipients (film-forming polymers, plasticizers, saliva stimulants, sweeteners, flavoring agents). The ideal ODF preparation should be smooth, strong, and elastic but has a fast dissolving time. To ensure that ODF preparation is ideal, it is necessary to carry out evaluation tests including organoleptic, weight variety, film thickness, dissolution time, surface pH, folding endurance, tensile strength, percent elongation, drug content, transparency, and dissolution test. \u0000Abstrak. Rute pemberian oral merupakan rute paling umum dan paling banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. Namun rute oral tidak selamanya memberikan keuntungan. Beberapa permasalahan yang umum ditemui pada rute ini yaitu kesulitan menelan seperti pada tablet dan kapsul keras bagi pasien yang berisiko tersedak pada penggunaanya sehingga efek terapi tidak optimal. Sediaan orally dissolving film (ODF) merupakan sebuah penemuan baru yang memungkinkan obat dapat digunakan secara nyaman dibandingkan sediaan solida oral lainnya tanpa memerlukan bantuan air minum. Dalam rongga mulut terdapat vaskularisasi yang membuat sebagian besar obat akan memasuki sirkulasi sistemik tanpa mengalami metabolisme lintas pertama di hati. Formulasi sediaan ODF terdiri atas zat aktif farmasi dan eksipien (polimer pembentuk film, plastisizer, penstimulasi saliva, pemanis, flavouring agent). Sediaan ODF yang ideal harus bersifat halus, kuat, elastis, namun memiliki waktu melarut cepat. In recent years, the application of gold nanoparticles has been studied in various fields. Therefore, a synthesis method has to be developed becoming effective and environmentally friendly synthesis methods. So, gold nanoparticles synthesis research using bioreductors from various plant extracts. In this literature study, several studies will be observed based on various plant extracts as natural bioreductors and their effect on the characteristics of the gold nanoparticles formed. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the resulting gold nanoparticles and the factors influencing were also studied. From this study, it was found that the use of various plant extracts as bioreductors resulted in different characteristics of gold nanoparticles and antibacterial activity, this is influenced by bioreductor, extraction and synthetic methods, volume composition of extracts and precursors, concentration of nanoparticles, temperature, shape and size of nanoparticles also the type of tested bacteria. It was also known that the most optimal antibacterial activity was produced using Glycyrrhzia glabra L extract as bioreductor because it produced the largest inhibition zone. \u0000Abstrak. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, aplikasi nanopartikel emas telah banyak dipelajari diberbagai bidang. Oleh karena itu mulai dikembangkan metode sintesis yang tidak hanya efektif tapi sekaligus ramah lingkungan. Akhir-akhir ini sudah mulai banyak dilakukan penelitian sintesis nanopartikel emas menggunakan bioreduktor dari berbagai ekstrak tanaman. Pada studi literatur ini akan dipelajari beberapa penelitian mengenai penggunaan berbagai ekstrak tanaman sebagai bioreduktor alami dan pengaruhnya terhadap karakteristik nanopartikel emas yang terbentuk. Selain itu dipelajari juga aktivitas antibakteri dari nanopartikel emas yang dihasilkan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dari beberapa penelitian tersebut, diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan berbagai ekstrak tanaman sebagai bioreduktor menghasilkan karakteristik nanopartikel emas dan aktivitas antibakteri yang berbeda-beda, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor bioreduktor, metode ekstraksi dan sintetis, komposisi volume ekstrak dan prekursor, konsentrasi nanopartikel, suhu, bentuk dan ukuran nanopartikel serta jenis bakteri yang diujikan. In vitro fermentation of coffee beans using probiotic microbes isolated from the digestive organs of civet animals is expected to produce coffee products with a distinctive taste and aroma similar to that of civet coffee. The purpose of the study was to examine the process of fermenting civet coffee in vitro, the benefits of civet coffee on health and the views of scholars regarding the halalness of civet coffee for consumption by Muslims. can prevent neurological diseases, because there is a high content of antioxidants that can prevent damage to cells associated with Parkinson's disease. The results showed that the variation of fermentation time and the addition of yeast dose was able to affect the chemical characteristics of robusta civet coffee in vitro. In addition, this treatment can also increase the water content. The quality is better than the original coffee from civet cultivators. \u0000Abstrak. Kopi luwak dihasilkan dari proses pencernaan biji kopi oleh mikrob yang berlangsung intensif dalam organ intestinum tenue (usus halus) dan caecum (usus buntu) luwak. Proses fermentasi biji kopi secara in vitro menggunakan mikrob probiotik yang diisolasi dari organ pencernaan hewan luwak diharapkan dapat menghasilkan produk kopi dengan citarasa dan aroma khas mirip kopi luwak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji proses fermentasi kopi luwak secara in vitro, manfaat kopi luwak terhadap kesehatan dan pandangan para ulama mengenai kehalalan kopi luwak untuk dikonsumsi oleh umat Islam. dapat mencegah penyakit saraf, karena terdapat kandungan antioksidan tinggi yang dapat mencegah kerusakan pada sel yang terhubung dengan penyakit Parkinson. The rhizome of forest gandasoli (H. roxburghii) is estimated to contain compounds that have the potential to have cytotoxic activity. Based on the potential of the forest gandasoli plant which is estimated to contain medicinal compounds, this study was conducted to determine the pharmacological activity by testing the cytotoxic activity against the rhizome of the forest gandasoli plant (H. roxburghii). The research consisted of the stages of sample collection, plant determination, simplicia making, phytochemical screening, extraction, and cytotoxic activity testing. The results of the cytotoxic test using the BSLT method obtained an LC50 value of 117.21 ppm. With this value, it indicates the presence of cytotoxic activity in the ethanol extract of the forest gandasoli rhizome, based on the grouping proposed by [1] if the LC50 value is below 1000 ppm for crude extracts, it has the potential to have cytotoxic activity because it is included in the predetermined susceptibility, namely if an extract can cause the death of 50% of test animals at a concentration of less than 1000 ppm so it has cytotoxic activity. Through this research, the LC50 value which has the potential as cytotoxic was obtained from the cytotoxic test using the BSLT method on forest gandasoli rhizomes. \u0000Abstrak. Rimpang tumbuhan gandasoli hutan (H. roxburghii) diperkirakan terkandung senyawa yang dapat berpotensi memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik. Berdasarkan dari potensi tumbuhan gandasoli hutan yang diperkirakan mengandung senyawa berkhasiat obat, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas farmakologi dengan uji aktivitas sitotoksik terhadap rimpang tumbuhan gandasoli hutan (H. roxburghii).  Penelitian terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan sampel, determinasi tumbuhan, pembuatan simplisia, penapisan fitokimia, ekstraksi, dan uji aktivitas sitotoksik. Hasil dari uji sitotoksik dengan metode BSLT diperoleh nilai LC50 sebesar 117,21 ppm. Dengan nilai ini, menunjukkan adanya aktivitas sitotoksik dalam ekstrak etanol rimpang gandasoli hutan tersebut, berdasarkan pengelompokan yang dikemukakan oleh [1] apabila nilai LC50 di bawah 1000 ppm untuk ekstrak kasar maka berpotensi memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik karena masuk kedalam rentan yang telah ditetapkan yaitu apabila suatu ekstrak dapat menyebabkan kematian 50% hewan uji pada konsentrasi kurang dari 1000 ppm maka memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik. The Ocimum genus can empirically be used as an anti-infective, one of which is an antifungal. Fungi that cause infection include Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. As for other options that can be used as an antifungal alternative, namely plants from the Ocimum clan such as basil, nimma tulsi, lemon basil, and camphor basil. The purpose of this article review is to determine the antifungal activity and determine the chemical content of any compounds contained in the Ocimum plant. This research method is carried out using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through reputable research journals. Based on the data obtained that plants from the Ocimum genus have the potential to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger fungi with a range of MIC values (mg/mL) in basil against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger respectively 0.000028-1,56 and 0,05-0,15. Nimma tulsi  0,5-2 and 0,075. Camphor basil 0,00173-6,25 and 0,00156. Lemon Bacil against Candida albicans 1,56-20. The chemical constituents obtained from Ocimum are linalool, geraniol, p-allylanisole, 1,8-cineol, thymol, γ -terpinene, borneol, p-cymene, neryl acetate, limonene, eugenol, β-Caryophyllene, Germacrene D, γ-cardinene, trans-sabinene hydrate, eugenol, and methyl eugenol. \u0000Abstrak. Tanaman marga Ocimum secara empiris digunakan sebagai anti infeksi salah satunya sebagai antijamur. Jamur penyebab infeksi diantaranya yaitu Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger. Adapun pilihan lain yang dapat digunakan alternatif sebagai antijamur yaitu tanaman dari marga Ocimum seperti kemangi, selasih mekah, ruku-ruku, dan  kemangi kamfer. Tujuan  review artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas antijamur dan mengetahui kandungan kimia senyawa apa saja yang terdapat pada tanaman Ocimum. Metode penelitian  ini dilakukan secara Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) melalui jurnal penelitian bereputasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa tanaman dari marga Ocimum mempunyai potensi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger dengan diperoleh rentang nilai KHM (mg/mL) pada kemangi terhadap Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger masing-masing 0,000028-1,56 dan 0,05-0,15. Ruku-ruku  masing-masing 0,5-2 dan 0,075. Kemangi kamfer masing-masing 0,00173-6,25 dan 0,00156. Selasih mekah  terhadap Candida albicans 1,56-20. Lemon essential oil solution was used for antibacterial activity with 8, 9 and 10% variance with the time and distance used in plasma was 4 cm and 4 minutes. The results showed that in the physical evaluation (SEM) using plasma the surface became rougher, in the chemical evaluation (FTIR) there was still limonene compound, the antibacterial evaluation of the inhibition zone was 11.57 mm without plasma treatment and using 13.53 mm plasma treatment and evaluation of the stability of the inhibition zone in plasma treatment with 6 washings of 15.18 mm and 12 washings of 14.65 mm and without plasma treatment with 6 washings of 15.45 mm and 12 washings of 12.43 mm. The most effective method for absorbing lemon essential oil is the plasma method followed by immersion. \u0000ABSTRAK: Bau badan ini disebabkan karena adanya bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis yang dapat menyebabkan keringat menjadi berbau tidak sedap. Tekstil dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk membantu mempermudah mengobati penyakit tertentu dengan prosedur yang tepat, dalam hal ini digunakan kaos dalam dengan penambahan minyak essensial lemon sehingga memiliki efek antibakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada evaluasi fisika (SEM) dengan menggunakan plasma permukaannya menjadi lebih kasar, pada evaluasi kimia (FTIR) masih terdapat senyawa limonene, evaluasi antibakteri zona hambat pada tanpa perlakuan plasma 11,57 mm dan menggunakan perlakuan plasma 13,53 mm dan evaluasi stabilitas zona hambat pada perlakuan plasma dengan 6 kali pencucian 15,18 mm dan 12 kali pencucian 14,65 mm dan tanpa perlakuan plasma dengan 6 kali pencucian 15,45 mm dan 12 kali pencucian 12,43 mm. Previous studies have found a natural peptide compound namely tetrapeptide compounds SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) which are isolated from actomyosin of pork which have antioxidant activity. In this study, tetrapeptide SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) has been successfully synthesized using the solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) method with the Fmoc / t-Bu protective group strategy. In the preparation of tetrapeptide, a coupling reagent is used, a combination of HBTU and HOBt. The purity of tetrapeptide SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) was analyzed using Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC), as well as characterization using a mass spectrometer marked by the emergence of molecular ion peaks [M + H] at m / z 453.23. In testing antioxidant activity using DPPH, IC50 obtained in tetrapeptide compounds SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) amounted to 11130.04 µg / mL, this shows that tetrapeptide compounds SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) have low antioxidant activity. \u0000ABSTRAK: \u0000Antioksidan merupakan suatu senyawa yang mampu mencegah atau menghambat oksidasi pada suatu sel yang disebabkan oleh radikal bebas. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah ditemukan salah satu senyawa peptida alami yaitu senyawa tetrapeptida SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) yang diisolasi dari aktomiosin daging babi yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan. Pada penelitian ini tetrapeptida SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) telah berhasil disintesis dengan menggunakan metode solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) menggunakan strategi pemakaian gugus pelindung Fmoc/t-Bu. Pada penyusunan tetrapeptida digunakan reagen pengkopling yaitu kombinasi HBTU dan HOBt. Tetrapeptida SLYA (Ser-Leu-Tyr-Ala) dianalisis kemurniannya menggunakan Reverse Phase High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC), serta dilakukan karakterikasi menggunakan spectrometer massa yang ditandai dengan munculnya puncak ion molekul [M+H] pada m/z 453,23. Peel-off gel masks contain several important components such as film-forming, gelling agents, and humectants. These components can affect the characteristics of the peel off gel mask. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the type and concentration of the peel-off gel mask base on the physical characteristics of the peel-off gel mask so that the best formula could be obtained. This research was conducted using the literature study method from various research journals that have been published both nationally and internationally. Based on literature studies that have been carried out, PVA with a concentration of 12-13.5% is optimum as film-forming, HPMC with a concentration of 3-5% as a gelling agent, and propylene glycol with a concentration of 10-12% as a humectant. The ingredients with these concentrations can affect the characteristics of the peel off gel mask where the higher the concentration of the mask base, the higher the viscosity of the preparation which will cause lower dispersion, longer adhesion, and longer drying time. \u0000Abstrak. Masker gel peel off adalah salah satu jenis masker yang penggunaannya mudah dan praktis, serta memiliki keunikan yaitu mengandung bahan yang bersifat adhesive dimana bahan tersebut dapat membentuk lapisan film kemudian dapat dibersihkan dengan cara dikelupas setelah mengering. Masker gel peel off mengandung beberapa komponen penting seperti pembentuk film (film forming), pembentuk gel (gelling agent), dan humektan. Komponen-komponen tersebut dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik masker gel peel off. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi basis masker gel peel off terhadap karakteristik fisik masker gel peel off sehingga dapat diperoleh formula terbaik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan baik nasional maupun internasional. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang telah dilakukan, PVA dengan konsentrasi 12-13,5% optimum sebagai film forming, HPMC dengan konsentrasi 3-5% sebagai gelling agent, dan propilenglikol dengan konsentrasi 10-12% sebagai humektan.
