Firstly, the wave-number spectrum method is used to obtain the component of main vibration mode. Then the evanescent wave theory for infinite cylindrical shell is adopted to approximately analyze the decay characteristic of near field evanescent waves from the finite cylindrical shell. Based on the analysis results for evanescent waves, the interface between the near field and far field and the position of artificial boundary of numerical methods can be determined. In the end, comparison of numerical results between the FE-IE method and FE-BE method shows the validation of the approach for analysis the decay characteristic of near field evanescent waves. There are formally defined integral probability of failure in a “system of heterogeneous systems” operation and probability of failure in operation of each composing system during a given prognostic period. The models for risks calculations are described. The calculated probability distribution function (PDF) of time between losses of system integrity is presented in analytical form. These approach application can help to study risks dependence on system complexity, periodical diagnostics, recovery of the lost integrity for every element of system modelled. With the rapid development of URT in major cities, sustainable development has been paid more and more attention. In the process of new urbanization in China, the location of URT station no longer consider only the traffic demand and passenger flow, but also the connection with the regional transportation network, harmonious neighborhood environment and reasonable layout of land use. This paper presents a bi-level multi-objective model of location of URT station, which integrated land use layout and regional transportation network. A max-min ant system (MMAS) algorithm integrated with the Frank-Wolfe algorithms is proposed to solve this NP-Hard problem. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by a case study of the east area of Guang'an City, and the superiority of the scheme generated by the model is shown by comparative analysis. The system loads the global image data and 3D models information of Google map through Cesium system. To quickly load the 3D models information, the system adopts 5G network to receive and send the data, and continuously sends the data of the automatic identification system (AIS) installed on the ship to the remote-control terminal through 5G network. Cesium on the remote-control terminal according to the received information to carry out 3D rendering of the controlled ship and other ships, thus generating the twin vision of the controlled ship in real time. To achieve the purpose of fast remote control, the remote-control terminal sends control signals to the controlled ship through the 5G network. When the controlled ship receives the signals, it starts corresponding actions immediately. At this time, Cesium will draw the twin visual images of the controlled ship in real time according to the AIS data received by the remote-control terminal. The space coupling of random parameters is performed to solve the problem of conflicting index values in common risk evaluation. The MC-FCE method is applied in the simulation of the marine traffic environment risk of the Tiaozhoumen Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS). The simulation result shows that the proposed method describes the randomness risk in the Tiaozhoumen channel more completely while avoiding conflicting index values. However, due to the factors like the limited dimensions, some channels are difficult to meet the needs of free navigation for large ships, which causes intermittent congestion in waterways, restricting the smoothness of the traffic flow, especially in large port waters. In this paper, the ship traffic in restricted channels is divided into the regular traffic flow and the fault-caused traffic flow according to the occupation of channel resources by ships. Based on the assumption, the intermittent relative fault fairway system model is constructed, and the simulation experiment is conducted by taking the “Tiaozhoumen channel” in “Zhoushan” waters as a case study. The results show that the model can well reflect the real-time utilization of waterway under various traffic density. By sampling in the control space, the discrete control inputs are obtained. Then, under the conditions of the control inputs obtained, forward integrate the system equation of the ship over a given short time to obtain the motion primitives. optimal trajectories by exploring the map using a set of short-time motion primitives. Using a series of motion primitives to construct a state lattice graph in the state space, that can be explored using graph search algorithms. The putative correspondences often contaminated by mismatches when applying feature matching methods in real-world settings. Therefore, the paper focuses on removing mismatches from putative matches by investigating the idea of motion consistency. This paper converts the feature matching into an outlier detection problem based on the converted spatial distance matrix. The classic anomaly detection method LOF is adopted to detect the outliers so that the false matches can be identified and removed. The images for experiments are obtained from cameras mounted on a vehicle and roadside infrastructure.
