摘要

为了充分利用海上交通环境风险信息,反映特定海域的风险情况,提出了一种融合蒙特卡罗法(MC)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)的模拟方法。通过随机参数的空间耦合,解决了普通风险评价中指标值冲突的问题。将MC-FCE方法应用于条洲门分道通航方案(TSS)的海上交通环境风险模拟。仿真结果表明,该方法在避免指标值冲突的同时,更全面地描述了条洲门航道的随机风险。采用C5.0决策树算法和多接触数理论方法对仿真结果进行了验证。
