В работе рассматриваются такие понятия, как языковой барьер, лингвистический барьер и коммуникативный барьер, выделены три типа последнего: барьер понимания, барьер социально-культурного различия и барьер отношения. В статье рассматриваются проблемы возникновения языкового барьера у студентов неязыковых специальностей: наличие страха, особенности темперамента учащихся, отсутствие мотивации и «беспредельность» изучаемого иностранного языка. Также предлагаются методические средства по преодолению данного барьера на занятиях иностранного языка. В статье приведены результаты анкетирования среди 65 студентов Самарского государственного технического университета таких специальностей, как архитектура, дизайн, водоснабжение и водоотведение, и промышленное и гражданское строительство. В ходе анализа анкетирования выявлено наличие языкового барьера, а также обнаружена основная ошибка преподавателей иностранного языка, которая является одной из причин возникновения языкового барьера и мешает работе по его устранению у студентов неязыковых специальностей.\u0000 The article is devoted to the problem of the language barrier. The paper differentiates language barrier linguistic barrier and communicative barrier. Three types of communicative barrier are caused by misunderstanding, by socio-cultural differences and by learner’s negative attitude. The article deals with the roots of a language barrier among students, which include: fear, the peculiarities of students’ temperament, lack of motivation and the “boundlessness” of the target foreign language (FL). The means for overcoming the barrier in FL classes are also offered. The article presents the results of a survey among 65 students of Samara State Technical University in the area of architecture, design, water supply and sanitation, and industrial and civil engineering. During the analysis of the questionnaire, it was revealed that these students suffer from a language barrier. Рассмотрены основные принципы аксиологического, деятельностного, социально-педагогического и рефлексивного подходов к данному процессу. Определено, что данные подходы к формированию профессионального имиджа учителя позволяют объединить требования современных образовательных стандартов к профессиональной деятельности педагога, запросы социума к личности и деятельности учителя и субъективные ожидания личности от своей профессиональной деятельности.\u0000 The article is devoted to current approaches to the formation of a professional image of a teacher in the context of modern educational standards. The features of applying these methodological approaches to the process of forming a professional image of a teacher are described. The basic principles of axiological, activity-based, socio-pedagogical and reflexive approaches to this process are considered. Рассмотрены подходы к определению понятия готовности к саморазвитию. Определены факторы, определяющие готовность к саморазвитию. Выделена особая роль педагогической поддержки как важного фактора. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на успешность формирования готовности к саморазвитию. В статье предлагаются обобщенные этапы саморазвития личности. Рассмотрены различные подходы к проблеме соотношения стремления к саморазвитию как внутренне присущего человеческого качества, и роли педагогического сопровождения в формировании личности. Описаны основные направления педагогической мысли, касающиеся проблемы формирования готовности к саморазвитию: концепция самоорганизуемого воспитания, концепция целостного саморазвития и концепция коллективного воспитания. Делается вывод о том, что понимание саморазвития невозможно объяснить ни как только проявлением свободы мысли и стремлением к идеалу, ни как результат целенаправленного педагогического воздействия. Готовность к саморазвитию в старшем подростком возрасте не возникает сама по себе, а формируется как результирующая различных факторов, как внутренних, так и внешних.\u0000 The article is devoted to the problem of formation of readiness for self-development of students of senior adolescence. The approaches to the definition of the notion of readiness for self-development are considered. The factors determining the readiness for self-development have been identified. The special role of pedagogical support as an important factor is highlighted. The factors influencing the success of the formation of readiness for self-development have been identified. The article offers generalized stages of personality self-development. Various approaches to the problem of correlation of the desire for selfdevelopment, as an inherent human quality, and the role of pedagogical support in the formation of personality are considered. The main directions of pedagogical thought concerning the problem of formation of readiness for self-development are described: the concept of self-organizing education, the concept of holistic self-development and the concept of collective education. The main conclusion is that the understanding of self-development cannot be explained either only by the manifestation of freedom of thought and the desire for the ideal, or as a result of purposeful pedagogical influence.
