The important question to be answered is why can the study of the yellow book be used as an alternative to instilling multicultural values in students? This article comes from qualitative research using data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the yellow book material taught sorogan and bandongan can build multicultural values such as tolerance, democratic values, equality values, and justice values in the daily lives of students. These values in turn can increase the harmonious life of the students at the Al Inayah Tebo Islamic boarding school.\u0000Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural melalui kajian kitab kuning di Pesantren al-Inayah Tebo. Pertanyaan penting yang hendak dijawab adalah mengapa kajian kitab kuning dapat dijadikan alternatif penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural para santri? Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasl penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi kitab kuning yang diajarkan yang secara sorogan dan bandongan dapat membangun nilai-nilai multikultural seperti teloransi, nilai demokrasi, nilai kesetaraan, serta nilai keadilan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri. The problem that is the focus of the discussion is how do Islamic boarding school leaders implement institutional policies to improve facilities and infrastructure to increase Islamic boarding school graduates? This article comes from qualitative research using data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Research findings show that leadership policies in improving Islamic boarding school facilities and infrastructure are carried out in stages; planning, procurement, maintenance and inventory. Achieving the quality of graduates is carried out by implementing 8 National Education Standards. Meanwhile, the realization of Islamic boarding school policies to achieve quality graduates is carried out by carrying out open communication, both formally and informally. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis proses dan penetapan kebijakan pimpinan pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan sarana prasarana dan mutu lulusan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawaroh Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Merangin. Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus bahasan adalah bagaimana pimpinan pesantren melaksanakan kebijakan lembaga untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana untuk meningkatkan lulusan pesantren? Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kualitatif  dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pimpinan dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pesantren dilakukan dengan tahapan; perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, dan inventarisasi. Pencapaian mutu lulusan dilakukan dengan menerapkan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan. This article comes from qualitative-descriptive research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that the managerial competence of Madrasah Heads is carried out by developing teacher character, namely religious character, leadership and togetherness. The obstacles encountered by Madrasah Heads were the large number of foundation honorary teachers and arrears in payments for educational development donations. However, several efforts have been made by the Head of the Madrasah, including; creating a harmonious atmosphere among teachers, finding out what obstacles teachers face in building character, involving teachers in various teacher character developments, and always providing motivation to teachers, both reward and punishment. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap kompetensi manajerial Kepala Madrasah dalam membangun karakter guru di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Sungai Manau. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi manajerial Kepala Madrasah  dijalankan dengan melakukan pengembangan karakter guru yaitu karakter religius, leadership, dan kebersamaan. Adapun kendala yang ditemui Kepala Madrasah yakni banyaknya guru honorer yayasan dan penunggakan pembayaran sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan. Based on qualitative research, data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using domain analysis, taxonomic analysis and componential analysis. The research findings state that the teacher's strategy of aqidah morals in shaping students' spiritual intelligence is carried out by accustoming students to doing something good and right, and strengthening religious education and adding religious material to each class. Inhibiting factors faced by teachers include; student personality, the influence of the friendship environment, the influence of association outside of school, the lack of cooperation with student guardians, the lack of educational support facilities. Meanwhile, the teacher's efforts to overcome these obstacles include; increasing cooperation between schools and parents, establishing cooperation with students, and creating good conditions during the learning process. Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi guru akidah akhlak dalam membentuk kecerdasan spiritual pada siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tanjung Kecamatan Bathin VIII. Berbasis pada penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis domain, analisi taksonomi dan analisis komponensial. Temuan penelitian menyebutkan bahwa strategi guru akidah akhlak dalam membentuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa dilakukan dengan cara membiasakan peserta didik melakukan sesuatu yang baik dan benar, dan memperkuat pendidikan agama dan menambah materi agama disetiap kelas. Faktor penghambat yang dihadapi guru antara lain; pribadi peserta didik, pengaruh lingkungan pertemanan, pengaruh pergaulan diluar sekolah, kurangnya kerjasama dengan wali murid, kurangnya sarana penunjang pendidikan. The question in this research is why service planning at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Sarolangun Regency is not optimal. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The subjects of this study were service heads, service secretaries, ASN employees and visitors. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying the reliability of the research results. The results of the study show that public service planning management is structured in the existing policy format, regardless of internal capabilities. The conclusion of this study is that planning management at the Sarolangun Regency Regional Library and Archives Service is not yet optimal because there are many factors that need to be addressed.\u0000Penelitian ini  mengungkap tentang lemahnya analisis kemampuan internal Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam melakukan pelayanan publik. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengapa perencanaan pelayanan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupten Sarolangun belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala dinas, sekretaris dinas, pegawai ASN dan pengunjung. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi keterpercayaan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perencanaan pelayanan publik disusun dalam format kebijakan yang ada, tanpa melihat kemampuan internal. The main problem discussed is why the professionalism of Islamic Religious education teachers in improving the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Jambi City is not optimal. As a qualitative-descriptive research, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. While the determination of research subjects using snowball sampling technique. The results of the study show that regarding their professionalism, teachers lack insight in planning lessons. In addition, the problem of discipline and inadequate teacher work experience also adds to the problem of teacher professionalism. An issue that is no less important is that in an effort to improve the learning process, teachers have not paid attention to learning according to content and process standards.\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji profesionalitas guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam peningkatan proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Kota Jambi. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah mengapa profesionalitas guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam peningkatan proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Kota Jambi belum optimal. Sebagai penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terkait profesionalitasnya, guru kurang memiliki wawasan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran. Selain itu, persoalan disiplin dan pengalaman bekerja guru yang belum memadai juga menambah persoalan profesionalitas guru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show that the application of the storytelling method in the development of children's language at the Diniyyah Al-Azhar Kindergarten, Jambi City has been well implemented. The results of achievement according to children's language development are measured from indicators of achievement of child development in the scope of children's language development aged 5-6 years. The development indicators include; children can understand language by repeating commands simultaneously, repeating more complex sentences, and understanding the rules of a game. On the other hand, children are also able to answer more complex questions, increase vocabulary, and compose sentences with complete structures.\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan metode bercerita dalam perkembangan bahasa anak di kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun Taman Kanak-Kanak Diniyyah Al-Azhar Kota Jambi. Penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bercerita dalam pengembangan bahasa anak pada Taman Kanak-Kanak Diniyyah Al-Azhar Kota Jambi sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil pencapaian sesuai perkembangan bahasa anak yaitu diukur dari indikator pencapaian perkembangan anak lingkup perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun. Indikator  perkembangan itu antara lain; anak dapat memahami bahasa dengan mengulang perintah secara bersamaan, mengulang kalimat yang lebih kompleks, dan memahami aturan dalam suatu permainan. The main problem in this study is why the teacher's skills are not optimal in fostering a culture of polite students? This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical nature. The results of this study indicate that the polite culture of students at the Al-Muttaqin Ibru Muaro Jambi Islamic Boarding School is not all positive, because there are still students who practice less commendable morals such as dating, smoking, violating Islamic boarding school rules, lazy to worship, lying, not practicing toyyibah sentences and so on. etc. The teacher's social skills in fostering a polite culture of students in Islamic boarding schools is not optimal, even though there are cultural standards, habituation activities, exemplary, advice, strengthening religious education in Islamic boarding schools, teacher cooperation with other teachers and parents, using various opportunities in educating morals, enforce discipline. However, all of these activities are not planned and monitored continuously. Aspects supporting teacher social skills in fostering a polite culture of students are the commitment of teachers and leaders in building a polite culture. While the obstacles are that discipline is still weak, and teacher communication with other teachers is still not effective.\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kecakapan sosial guru dalam membina budaya santun santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Muttaqin Ibru Muaro Jambi disebabkan masih ditemukan masalah kecakapan sosial guru dalam membina budaya santun santri di pesantren ini. Persoalan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengapa kecakapan guru belum optimal membina budaya santun santri? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya santun santri di Ponpes Al-Muttaqin Ibru Muaro Jambi tidak semuanya positif, sebab masih ditemukan santri yang melakukan akhlak kurang terpuji seperti pacaran, merokok, melanggaran tata tertib pesantren, malas beribadah, berbohong, kurang mengamalkan kalimat toyyibah dan lain sebagainya. Kecakapan sosial guru dalam membina budaya santun santri di pesantren ini belum optimal, meskipun sudah ada standar budaya, kegiatan pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasehat, memantapkan pendidikan agama di pesantren, kerja sama guru dengan guru lain dan orang tua, menggunakan berbagai kesempatan dalam mendidik akhlak, menegakkan disiplin. Namun semua aktivitas ini kurang direncanakan dan diawasi secara terus menerus. The purpose of the demonstration learning method in shaping the character of early childhood, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in using the demonstration method to shape children's character, and knowing the teacher's efforts in using the demonstration method to shape the character of early childhood education children Riyadatul Jannah Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau Province. The subjects in this study were Early Childhood Education teachers, while the data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of data processing and analysis of the results that the author did, it can be seen that the demonstration learning method in shaping the character of early childhood in Riyadatul Jannah Tetmbilahan Hulu Early Childhood Education, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province has been said to be quite optimal with the application of demonstration methods in learning.\u0000Metode demonstrasi adalah metode mengajar dengan cara memperagakan barang, kejadian, aturan, dan urutan untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui penggunaan media pengajaran yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan atau materi yang sedang disajikan. Tujuan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat bagi guru dalam menggunakan metode demonstrasi untuk membentuk karakter anak, dan mengetahui upaya guru dalam menggunakan metode demonstrasi unutk membentuk karakter anak pendidikan anak usia dini Riyadatul Jannah Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. The focus of the study in this article is how is the understanding of parents regarding the pattern of fostering adolescent behavior in improving morals in the Buluran Kenali Village, Jambi City? This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research findings show that parents' understanding of the patterns of adolescent behavior development in the Buluran Kenali Village, Jambi City is still low. Guidance on the behavior of adolescents in the Buluran Village, Know the City of Jambi, occurs a lot in social-religious activities in the community. This is because parents do not have enough time to spend with their children due to busy work outside the home, lack of knowledge about educating children about religion, association of children in the environment and understanding and awareness of the children themselves which are not optimal. Therefore, active involvement in managing mosque youth organizations, being actively involved in religious activities, as well as being involved in managing mosques, are all important coaching for youth.\u0000Artikel ini hendak membahas tentang pemahaman dan pelaksanaan pola pembinaan perilaku remaja dalam meningkatkan akhlak di Kelurahan Buluran Kenali Kota Jambi. Fokus kajian dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana pemahaman orang tua mengenai pola pembinaan perilaku remaja dalam meningkatkan akhlak di Kelurahan Buluran Kenali Kota Jambi? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman orang tua mengenai pola pembinaan perilaku remaja di Kelurahan Buluran Kenali Kota Jambi masih rendah. Pembinaan perilaku remaja Kelurahan Buluran Kenali Kota Jambi, banyak terjadi dalam kegiatan sosial keagamaan di masyarakat. Hal itu karena orang tua kurang memiliki waktu bersama anak akibat kesibukan pekerjaan di luar rumah, kurangnya pengetahuan mendidik anak tentang agama, pergaulan anak dalam lingkungan dan pemahaman dan kesadaran anak itu sendiri yang belum maksimal.
