This type of research is Expost-Facto, the study population is the customer of Sari Anggrek bookstore. The purposive sampling technique of sampling is used. The sample amounted to 384 people. Primary data is collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the research are: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of the product on customer loyalty. 2) there is a positive and significant price effect on customer loyalty. 3) there is a positive and significant influence of place / location on customer loyalty. 4) there is a positive and significant influence on promotion of customer loyalty. 5) there is a positive and significant influence of people / employees on customer loyalty. 6) there is a positive and significant effect of physical evidence on customer loyalty. 7) there is a positive and significant influence on the process of customer loyalty. This is expost-facto research using panel data on sixteen districts/cities in West Sumatra for period of 2011-2015.Data were analyzed using panel regression (polled regression analysis). It was used statistical analysis of Chow Test and Hausmant test to determine model compatibility with existing data. The results of Chow Test and Hausmant Test show that the existing data are random effect, and then the analysis was continued with polled regression model without the requirement of classical assumptions. The results show that: (1). There is a very significant effect of economic basis on the economic growth; (2). There is a significant effect of economic basis and economic growth on income distribution. It proves that the economic basis owned by the districts/cities in West Sumatra is able to drive regional economic growth through income multiplier effect. The analysis was conducted on the answers of 57 respondents to the research instrument submitted to business owners or taxpayers of trading business entities registered at the Primary KPP. The results of this study are expected to give thought to the tax authorities regarding factors that influence the taxpayer's compliance with trading business entities in fulfilling tax obligations. Also provides information on the importance of fulfilling tax obligations in accordance with the provisions of the legislation to trade business taxpayers. The hypothesis testing of this research was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the simultaneous involvement of the users in the consciousness of taxation, understanding of the regulations and taxpayer understanding of accounting have a significant effect on the fulfillment of tax compliance taxpayer of business trading. The results showed that partial involvement of the users in the consciousness of taxation, and understanding of the regulations has no significant effect on the fulfillment of tax compliance taxpayer of business trading.
