摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作家庭冲突和工作满意度对巴东银行女员工组织承诺的影响。研究对象为巴东7家传统银行的女性员工,共378名员工。本研究采用的抽样技术是有目的抽样,以100名员工为样本。本研究使用的数据为原始数据。用于数据分析的技术是多元回归分析支持SPSS软件版本16。根据数据处理的结果,我们得出结论:1)工作-家庭冲突对巴东地区银行女性员工的组织承诺没有显著影响。工作满意度对巴东地区银行女性员工的组织承诺有显著的正向影响。
