The online learning system at SMK Palapa as a support for learning is carried out using a website consisting of admin, teachers and students. The procedure for presenting materials is carried out in each online class made by the teacher in accordance with the designed syllabus, then students can see the materials and discussion forums conducted online. The Make-Up Artist (MUA) is one of those affected by the social restriction policy during the pandemic, but this business is very promising among millennials and generation Z. For this reason, this service activity is carried out as a means of mentoring and empowering young entrepreneurs pioneering ( new entrepreneur) in achieving optimal promotions digitally, providing convenience, cost efficiency, and being able to reach consumers. Furthermore, this activity also helps new entrepreneurs in determining digital personal branding. The series of  modules that must be studied by PKP are: Education Unit Operational Curriculum (KOSP) module series Part 1. The method used in this activity is service learning with synchronous and asynchronous designs. Asynchronous sessions are activities of participants in the Learning Management System (LMS) to study material before joining the virtual space of gmeet in a synchronous session. This community development shows that the participants are able to independently analyze the characteristics that form the basis for the preparation of the vision, mission and goals of the educational unit/school. There are so many benefits that can be felt by teachers from writing popular articles, by writing popular articles the teacher can share knowledge with anyone through his writings, can motivate students. And to take care of promotions for teachers, one of them is promotion. The promotion for teachers is one way to improve achievement and ensure welfare. one of the elements of promotion of teachers from certain groups to a higher class one of the supporters is to make written works published in mass media such as newspapers, magazines, or online media on official websites. According to data released by Kompas, the number of teachers in Indonesia currently reaches 2,698,103. Unfortunately, of the number of teachers who are able to produce a written work is very minimal. This can be proven by the number of written works published by the teacher. This problem is also experienced by SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung, teachers who do not teach Indonesian still find it difficult and confused to determine ideas from popular scientific articles. Based on the partner problems above, our team agreed to provide solutions to partner problems, namely by providing opinion writing training especially for teachers at SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung. Sebaran informasi yang begitu cepat menuntut setiap orang untuk lebih kritis dalam menerima suatu wacana. Dasar-dasar membangun argumen serta menyusunnya dalam sebuah kalimat yang efektif merupakan beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam beropini. Hal yang tak kalah penting adalah membangun pola pikir kritis dan berpendirian dalam menanggapi suatu informasi. Maraknya penyebaran berita bohong (hoax) merupakan salah satu contoh kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap cara menyaring dan menerima informasi. Setiap argumen yang bahkan tidak dilandaskan pada fakta sosial maupun sejarah dapat diterima begitu saja hanya karena suatu artikel telah tersebar luas di media sosial. Padahal, keterampilan membangun argumen atau lebih khusus menulis opini sudah diajarkan sejak di bangku SMA sederajat. Untuk menciptakan perubahan paradigma berpikir serta memperkaya khasanah pemahaman tentang opini bagi generasi muda, diperlukan adanya pelatihan menulis opini yang komprehensif dan berorientasi pada produk. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Metro. Diikuti oleh 27 siswa Jurusan Agroteknologi. Oleh karena itu, tidak ada organisasi yang akan berhasil jika tidak menggunakan manajemen yang baik (Kautsar et al., 2019). Kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola olahraga akan menunjukkan seberapa sukses seseorang dalam menjalankan organisasi olahraga. Pembinaan juga dilakukan melalui pertanggungjawaban perhimpunan olahraga, pengembangan pusat-pusat pengembangan olahraga nasional dan daerah serta penyelenggaraan kompetisi yang berskala besar dan berkelanjutanJenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Membuat siswa ,pelatih serta pembina agar kedepan nya lebih baik lagi terutama menyikapi organisasi ,kemempinan dalam olahraga 2. Memberikan edukasi dan pengertian tentang Manajemen olahraga. The value of fair play underlies the formation of attitudes, and then attitudes become the basis of behavior. So it can be concluded that fair play provides equal chances of winning for both teams. This type of research is descriptive research research not intended to test certain hypotheses, but only describes \"what is\" about a variable, symptom or situation\". The data collected in this study is data in the form of numbers, so this research is called descriptive quantitative research. Its standard deviation is 5,536. The minimum score is 55 and the maximum score is 80. The scoring norms are presented in the following table: low 0% From these results it can be concluded that students of SMAN 1 Rajabasa have a high sportsmanship attitude, therefore they always instill a sportsman spirit.
