Is important to be interested in evaluation uncertainty of measurement simply because is necessary to make good quality measurements and to understanding and using the results. There is a particular reason for evaluation of measurement uncertainty, as part of calibration, where the uncertainty of measurement must be reported on the certificate. For evaluation the uncertainty of measurement, firstly we must identify the sources of uncertainty in the measurement, then we must estimate the contribution of the uncertainty from each source, finally the individual uncertainties are combined. The relative new concept defined as blue light related to artificial light was rapidly included in usual devices like phones, tablets, laptops and computer monitors or TV-sets as a selectable hardware option. A more important aspect is that of light fluctuations of the above mentioned screens due to what we are watching daily: movies, video games, commercials. Correlated with their high performance in technology, luminance, contrast, colours, resolution and dimensions, assimilating these screens with light sources is realistic. The light fluctuations or flicker or stroboscopic phenomenon can affect humans especially those with neural diseases but also normal people, mostly teenagers so dependent of modern gadgets. In order to improve the stability of wireless power transfer system voltage output while the relative position of two coils changing, a WPT circuit which can supply stable 12 V output voltage and current various with the distance changing between transmitting coil (Tx) and receiving coil (Rx) in a range from 5 mm to 30 mm is designed. To get the maximum transmission efficiency, the system is supposed to keep working at resonant frequency which is realized by frequency control chips for inverter in first side and rectifier in second side respectively. The detailed study of battery charging current versus coil distance is analyzed by simulation and experiment. In addition, the parameters of different circuit components such like capacity and inductance are fixed to obtain the resonance, which is determined by calculation and simulation. Electrification of the transport sector is one solution. Electric vehicles virtual developments occurs with the extend of the mobility technology and the needs for testing different configurations and energy management strategies. Using the model-based design method, an urban electric minibus model with advanced functional characteristics is defined. The software package Simcenter Amesim is used in the simulation processes based on the Model in the Loop philosophy. We designed a device which is capable of simultaneously recording three biological signals, namely the electrocardiographic signal (ECG), the photoplethysmographic signal (PPG) and a pulse signal acquired from the earlobe, graphically represented by the rectangular form. We recorded and processing these signals from 14 subjects. All data was recorded in the same way, namely with the participant sitting on a chair and by using the same sampling frequency. We determined the heart rate variability (HRV) parameters from the electrocardiographic signal, the pulse rate variability (PRV) parameters from the photoplethysmographic signals, and earlobe PRV from the pulse signal (ePRV). We calculated the Pearson coefficient in three ways, first between the HRV and the PRV parameters, second, using the HRV and the ePRV parameters and the last one using the PRV and the ePRV parameters. This situation is typical for rural distribution networks where the domestic consumers have their own PV generation units, thus becoming prosumers. The study began with the modeling of the usual domestic consumer from rural regions. After this step being finalized, the implementation of the distribution network in a simulation software followed. For this stage MatLab/Simulink was used. Thus, different situations were simulated in order to determine a full understanding of the possible problems that can appear, and consequently to be able to take the proper actions to minimize the negative impact. The results of the simulations show that in a typical summer day, when the PV units produce electricity at 100% of their capacity and the loads’ consumption is the lowest, the voltage in the point of injection in distribution network can reach values that will determine the faulty operation of the pronsumers due to the protection apparatus’ activation. Various configurations for the grid have been considered. One of such materials is Nitinol wich is an alloy composed by Ni and Ti. Nitinol was used to realise a coupling and decoupling device, due to its property to manifest itself in different ways when the temperature changes, under the action of an external force or by applying an electric current.
