Hand hygiene is one of the effective steps to break the chain of infection transmission, infection prevention and control absolutely must be done by nurses, doctors and all people involved in patient care. The purpose of this study was to determine knowledge about the implementation of hand hygiene by health workers at the Palas Health Center in 2022. This study was a quantitative study with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all health workers who were at the Rumbai bakti Palas Public Health Center in Pekanbaru, which amounted to 30 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results of the study that of the 30 respondents at the Rumbai Bukit Health Center, the majority of the knowledge of hand hygiene practice for health workers was good with a total of 29 respondents (96.7%) stating that the knowledge of implementing hand hygiene for health workers was sufficient with 1 respondent (3.3%) ), The results of the study based on the checklist, it was found that of the 30 respondents at the Rumbai Bukit Health Center, Palas the majority of the hand hygiene compliance checklist was good with a total of 30 respondents (100%). The learning system which was originally face-to-face learning has changed into the online learning. This certainly has an impact on students, which can cause them to be anxious. This study aims to determine the correlation between the self-efficacy and anxiety levels of students who took part in the online learning process. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive correlation design and cross sectional approach. The number of participants in this study were 81 students. The data collection technique used was cluster random sampling. The instruments of the data collections technique was the General Self-Efficacy Scale and Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using bivariate analysis. The results of the study with thetest Chi Square obtained value p = 0.028 (p < 0.05), which defines that there was a correlation between the self efficacy and the students anxiety levels who experienced the online learning process. It is expected that students can maintain and increase their self-efficacies so that they are not easily anxious during the learning process. \u0000Keywords: Online Learning Process, Self efficacy, Anxiety Level \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pembelajaran dalam jaringan/online dilaksanakan sejak ditemukannya Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) di Indonesia. Sistem pembelajaran yang semula pembelajaran tatap muka diubah menjadi pembelajaran dalam jaringan. Hal ini tentunya memberikan dampak pada mahasiswa yaitu dapat menimbulkan kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran dalam jaringan/online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner General Self-Efficacy Scale dan Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p = 0,028 (p < 0,05) yang bermakna terdapat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang menghadapi proses pembelajaran dalam jaringan/daring. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of public knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine in Suka Makmur Hamlet, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022. This research method was a quantitative study with a descriptive design. This study uses a purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples used is 73 people with the instrument using a multiple choice question questionnaire consisting of 20 questions distributed through coming to people's homes. The results of this study indicate that people's knowledge is in the sufficient category of 34 people (46.6%), having less knowledge 28 people (38.3%), and having good knowledge of 11 people (15.1%). The level of knowledge of the people of Suka Makmur Hamlet, Rokan Hulu Regency about the Covid-19 vaccine, which is sufficient knowledge of 34 people (46.6%). Hence, this study aims to evaluate nurses' knowledge on SBAR communication at Riau University Hospital in 2020. This was a descriptive analysis conducted with a cross-sectional design on 34 respondents selected by the total sampling technique using a questionnaire as the data. collection instrument. The results showed that majority of the nurses' overall knowledge on the SBAR communication was in the sufficient category, namely less than 32 respondents or 94.1%. Based on the results, there is need to evaluate the management of nurses' knowledge on SBAR Communication. Cataracts can only be addressed through a surgical procedure. In postoperative patients after cataract surgery is recommended for treatment and stay in hospital 1-3 days. If it exceeds these days it will be detrimental to the hospital because the hospital tariff standard has been set by the government. This study aims to determine the factors associated with longer postoperative cataract patient care in hospital inpatient. Study design was a survey conducted by the analytical approach Retrosfektif Study. The population in this study were all patients after cataract surgery. The sample in this study was 61 people. The data was collected using medical record observation sheet. Data later on though is computerized by using univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square statistic. Test results showed less than half (24%) patients after cataract surgery are elderly parents, more than half (52%) the female fraction (7%) patients who have comorbidities and less than half (44%) patients after cataract surgery has long inpatient care in abnormal = > 3 days. The results of the statistical test known age p = 0.004, sex p = 0.025 and p = 0.313 comorbidities. In conclusion There is a significant relationship between age and sex with the duration of treatment post-cataract surgery and There is no significant relationship between comorbidities with a long post-operation cataract. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung. Metode: tinjauan systematic review, database artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari PubMed, ProQuest, dan Science Direct. Hasil: Hasil penelusuran diperoleh 3.390 artikel yang diidentifikasi tetapi yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi adalah 5. Hasil artikel menunjukan adanya pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup maupun penurunan mortalitas pada pasien gagal jantung. Kesimpulan: Kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung sangat penting untuk dipantau. Peningkatan kualitas hidup dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan atau terapi, baik di RS mapun di rumah. This study aims to examine the relationship between exposure to pornography and adolescent sexual behavior at SMAN 1 Sungai Pinang, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach, by using a questionnaire on the respondent which amounted to 64 people who were students of SMAN 1 Sungai Pinang OKI. The results obtained 48 respondents (75.0%) not exposed to pornographic media, 48 people (75.0%) did not experience pornography exposure and most of them did not engage in sexual behavior as many as 55 people (85.9%). It was found that respondents who engage in sexual behavior and experience exposure to pornography \u0000as many as 6 people (37.5%), more when compared with respondents who engage in sexual behavior and do not experience pornography exposure as many as 3 people (6.3%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained value = 0.006 which means that there is a relationship between exposure to pornography and adolescent sexual behavior at SMAN 1 Sungai Pinang OKI so that researchers recommend the need for a religious basis, appropriate early education about sex, parental support, the environment and the need for supervision by each party. because if exposure to pornography continues to occur, it is feared will have an impact on sexual behavior that has not occurred properly and even deviant sexual behavior occurs. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Exposure to pornography, Adolescents, Sexual Behavior \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Masalah perilaku seksual yang terjadi pada remaja jika tidak segera diatasi maka dikawatirkan akan membawa banyak dampak bencana dikehidupan pribadi remaja, keluarga, dan masyarakat umum. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and consumption patterns of snacks with the nutritional status of school-age children at SDN 165 Pekanbaru, Tabek Gadang Village. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet. The research method used in this study is descriptive correlative with a cross-sectional design with a population of all fifth grade students at SDN 165 Pekanbaru and the sample required is 38 students. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi-suare test. The results of the study with 0.05 with df = 2 and p value 0.000 (p \u0000<0.05) meaning that there is a significant relationship between student knowledge and nutritional status in school-age children at SD 165 Pekanbaru. The results of the analysis with 0.05 with df = 2 and p value 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is a significant relationship between consumption patterns and nutritional status in school-age children at SDN 165 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi sayur dan buah pada anak prasekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik, dengan desain  korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia prasekolah yangberjumlah 192 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Cara pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan tidak adanya hubungan faktor pengetahuan dengan tingkat konsumsi sayur dan buah (p=0,087), tidak adanya hubungan faktor sikap dengan tingkat konsumsi sayur dan buah (p=0,098), adanya hubungan ketersediaan sayur dan buah dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah (p=0,029) dan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara status ekonomi dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah(p=0,098). This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all nursing students from the 2019-2021 class. And the number of samples is 96 students. Based on the results of the study, the majority showed that the lecturers explained the direction and purpose by explaining that most of the students were enthusiastic about learning. This can be seen from the students' answers where as many as 53.7% of students stated always and 25.3% said rarely, based on the data above it is also known that 21.1% of students sometimes 0% of students not at all. Various obstacles found during the online learning process can affect the psychological condition of students, the largest batch is level 1 with a total of 43 respondents (45.3%). So that a solution is needed to overcome these obstacles, for example the ability to manage learning interests is faced.
