It is also known as a voltage level translator or a logic-level shifter. An integrated circuit voltage level changer allows for compatibility across integrated circuits with various voltage needs. In this work, a voltage level shifter that efficiently converts voltage from the subthreshold area to the super-threshold region while reducing propagation latency is introduced. The proposed circuit improves power efficiency and delays by employing a low voltage converter, one Pull Down and one Pull Up CMOS network. We simulate the proposed design in 45nm, 65nm, 90nm and 180nm CMOS technologies. The simulated result shows that, by employing the proposed level shifter an improvement of 69.12% in propagation delay is observed as compared to recent designs in 90nm CMOS technology. In 45nm technology our design improves the propagation delay 67.07% compared to existing designs. Continual development in technologies and a highly networked environment as made these fence energizers more sophisticated. The current paper discusses about the Smart Electric Fence Systems, which are widely used in huge Defence and commercial establishments. Highly networked and independent operation in case of communication loss, are some of the key requirements of the latest Systems. The presence of fallback Ethernet network in case of failure of main communication network increases the reliability of the system. The major subsystems in a Smart Electric Fence Controllers are Fence Energizers, Communication Controllers, Battery and its management circuitry. The modular nature of the current system helps to avoid single-point failures and only the damaged module needs to be replaced instead of the entire system. In this work we are using a ST100 radar system working in K-band to address the low intensity high speed motions associated with the low RCS targets. We are raising a novel technique based on some image processing algorithms, to automatically measure the target activities belonging to the mentioned category. The CIGS material has already been established as a potential photovoltaic material in solar cells; however, there are some improvements needed to be incorporated in CIGS based photodetectors. We have demonstrated the heterojunction-based CIGS photodetector with enhanced photodetection proving it a promising material to be used as optical detectors in micro-optical systems. The structure consists of layers of Mo/CIGS/CdS/ZnO/ITO, when numerically simulated shows outstanding responsivity performance of 1.9 A -W-l and a sensitivity of 8.2$times-1010$ Jones. The structure is numerically analysed using Lumerical FDTD and DEVICE tool. However, this has led to a lot of saturation and an increased amount of redundant information, which needs to be sorted through manually many times to find the important or pertinent information. But this ends up becoming a tiring and laborious task for many people. Hence, text summarizers, which are softwares that, when given a particular text input, summarize it effectively and output only the important parts in the text, while discarding the unimportant or redundant bits. A number of Text summarizers currently exist on the internet, for free and for a cost as well. Many of them are efficiently able to extract the important information and text out of the given input. However most of them are a single type of text summariser titled “Extractive Text Summarisers”, which, while fairly accurate, is based on a model that merely extracts the important texts from the given input as it is, without specifically phrasing it in any other way, or without semantic understanding of the text itself. This leads to some inaccuracies in the summarized texts, such as some irrelevant words being put in the summarized output, even though they are unimportant, or some important sentences or phrases missing out on being in the output, as they have not been discussed enough in the input. A hybrid waveguide is a type of four-ports device widely used as a feeding network to produce sum and diff beams. This paper deals with the miniaturization of feeding network monopulse antenna using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). The proposed feeding network which is developed based on SIW structure will be compared with the conventional one, which has a bulky structure, to determine the miniaturization ratio. Parameters of the feeding network such as physical dimension, return loss, insertion loss, isolation, and phase difference will be analyzed to determine the performance of proposed feeding network after miniaturization. The proposed feeding network is deployed on a double side 1.524 mm thick Rogers RO-4003C dielectric substrate. The characterization results show that the proposed feeding network performs well in each port with the phase difference of 180°. By production of electric energy from conventional power plant it can pollute the environment on a global scale.Adoption of renewable energy sources for production of electricity is tremendous opportunity to reduce environmental pollution. the hybrid microgrid can be improve their stability by using interlinking converter. As well as increase production of electric energy by using wind and solar panel and store this energy in battery. The ideal solution is provided through interlinking converter, and battery Technology. Beyond spectrum efficiency, 5G networks must have massive connectivity and low latency. The role of multiple access techniques is important to provide spectrum efficiency and QoS. The existing orthogonal multiple access techniques do not satisfy the spectrum efficiency requirements for 5G. NOMA is a spectrum-efficient MAC protocol that provides solutions for 5G networks. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed existing multiple access techniques with promising multiple access NOMA for 5G networks. The evaluation shows that we cannot replace OMA with NOMA. A single MAC protocol will not fulfil the requirements of 5G networks. We proposed a hybrid MAC protocol for 5G that adaptively selects the MAC protocol as per channel characteristics. The Composite Blanking Cover Pulse module (CBCP) is one of the major functional modules which need to be designed & developed for the External Sub-system. The external system (target hardware) is designed and developed based on Virtex 5 FPGA. The function of Composite Blanking Cover Pulse Module is that it will receive Input Trigger Pulse from various subsystems in different frequency bands on pulse-pulse basis and in turn generates respective blanking cover pulses for all the input trigger pulses. Subsequently, using these individual blanking cover pulses, a final composite cover pulse using various time parameters need to be generated on a pulse-topulse basis. The composite blanking cover pulse module uses various pulse parameters and various timing parameters for generation of composite blanking cover pulse. This CBCP is very essential to safeguard the main ESM system. The Master clock is used in 40 MHz All the intermediate control/signals should be synchronous with respect to master clock. The entire firmware must be developed using VHDL language. Several type of the the inverters have been investigated in this study. Inverters are playing a key role in the fie4ld of electric vehicle applications. Due to the widespread use of vehicles that run on fossil fuels, the transportation sector is a big cause of climate change but also health problems. Countries around the world are trying to switch from vehicles that run on fossil fuels to electric cars (EVs) to cut down on pollution. EVs do have some practical problems, though. One is ”range anxiety,” which is caused by the lack of charging stations, the high cost of looooong EVs, and the short range of affordably priced EVs. One possible solution to the problem of range anxiety is to use range extenders [4], which allow EVs to drive farther while keeping costs and performance as low as possible. Through a range extender, this paper will try to simulate the model of a larger battery for an existing electric vehicle to turn it into a series hybrid vehicle. The main goal of the project is to keep the SOC of the rechargeable battery within a range that the user has already set. The advantages provided by the range extender are in terms of safety and comfort. The use of range extender if properly implemented in affordable EVs Fig. 1.
