A powerful intrusion detection system (IDS) is required to ensure the security of a network. A novel supervised machine learning system has been developed to classify network traffic, whether it is malicious or benign. To find the best model considering detection success rate, a combination of supervised learning algorithms and feature selection methods have been used. To evaluate the performance, the NSL-KDD dataset is used to classify network traffic using SVM and ANN supervised machine learning techniques. A comparative study shows that the proposed model is more efficient than other existing models with respect to intrusion detection success rate. Machine learning (ML) algorithms are frequently used to design effective attack detection (identity) structures for the effective mitigation and detection of malicious cyber threats at the host and community levels. Therefore, developing an accurate and sensible identification gadget will be a concern. In the process of anomaly identification, it is often difficult to obtain sufficient fault data, resulting in insufficient generalization ability of the trained model. Based on the typical architecture of regional electrothermal integrated functional system, this paper constructs the comprehensive simulation model of photovoltaic, heat pump, electric vehicle, battery and heat storage modules. Then, combined with the proposed fault simulation method, the required abnormal operation data is generated, and an abnormal operation recognition model based on SVM is proposed. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by the example analysis. It has been calculated going on the Statlog Dataset. Missing values in clinical data is also a major issue faced by researchers. A four-stage missing value prediction model has been developed to handle missing values. The complete process includes Data cleaning, Feature selection, Train Validation, Parameter tuning, Model testing, Evaluating, Final classification, clustering and prediction. Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms have been put in for the data classification. It has been put in based on the class labels and more connect the correlations based on the heatmap. Logistic Regression (LR) machine learning algorithm is also used to estimate the association in the middle of a depending on variable and one or more independent variables, other than it is used to formulate a prediction about a categorical variable against a continuous one. Random Forest is a Supervised Machine Learning(ML) Algorithm that is used commonly in Classification and Regression problems. Finite element analysis is employed to obtain modes in the PCF. The PCF is observed to support 12 OAM modes at 1.55 $mu mathrm{m}$. Mode purity of OAM modes was calculated in order to facilitate for low loss transmission. We obtained a a high value of 94% for OA$mathrm{M}_{1,1}$ mode. Other fiber parameters are also calculated. We obtained and observed a zero-dispersion wavelength at approximately 1.77 $mu$m. Confinement loss in the PCF is also calculated. Effective area is obtained and seen to have a monotonic increase in the wavelength window 0.5 $mu$m to 2.0 $mu$m. A typical load from a palm oil mill in the remote Sumatra area is used as a case study. Based on the Homer simulation results, the optimal configuration, economics, and environment are analyzed. The optimal results were achieved for the biogas-PV-Diesel configuration with a minimum net present cost (NPC) of IDR 132B and a cost of energy (CoE) of IDR 2,117/kWh. The hybrid system has reduced overall operating costs as well as reduced fossil fuel consumption. This system also has reduced greenhouse gas emissions compared to non-renewable energy systems. A stroke is when blood arteries in the brain burst, harming the brain. It may also occur if the brain’s supply of nutrients and blood is interrupted. The severity of a stroke can be lessened by early recognition of numerous warning symptoms. This is a study using machine learning algorithms where children to adult age data have been taken in which we can extract data directly from their health report and after gathering all of the data, we run different algorithms models which will learn from this data and in future will show us how much is probability of you getting brain stroke. Five thousand people’s data were taken for processing, and we got that People with higher glucose levels are at increased risk of stroke, and high age Females are at risk of stroke. The machine learning algorithms we have considered are Random Forest Algorithm (RF), Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR) Algorithm to train different models and compare the results for the best prediction model. Amongst all the algorithms, RF, LR, and SVM give us the best accuracy of 94.50% and 91.03% with the DT classifier. The Machine learning technique used in this article can assist medical professionals and patients with helpful analytical information and the probability of them getting a brain stroke in the future. In this study, we concentrated on managing the load position with a proportional directional control valve and a hydraulic cylinder. First, the linear quadratic regulator(LQR) control approach is discussed for a generalized linear system. Second, a linear state space mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic actuator system was built, and the control process was applied to the proposed settings. Finally, MATLAB simulation results show that the proposed solution is better. The main concern is to how to implement the link design margin that meets the cost requirement. In this study, the author applied the logic design such courting register to satellite transponder while investigating rain attenuation effect on satellite communications. The investigation takes place in some parts of Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina countries, and Atlantic ocean; representing for P, N, and K regions. The specifications for uplink and downlink were identified for P, N, and K regions. The parameters of the technical satellite design, in particular DBS-TV system, were determined based on specifications of uplink and downlink. The link budgets were evaluated for uplink and downlink criteria in the regions. The link availability and outage in rain were determined in order to evaluate the capability of the system. The results are conducted with double converter QPSK DBS-TV transmitter for the uplink Earth station, double converter QPSK DBS-TV transponder of the satellite, and downlink Earth station receivers on the regions of P and N. One important approach for people’s protection is to wear masks in public. Furthermore, putting on a mask properly Many public service providers demand that users only utilise the service while properly wearing masks. Only a small number of studies have examined face mask identification using image analysis, nevertheless. We suggest Face Mask, a highly accurate and practical face mask detector, in this study. The suggested Face Mask is a one-stage detector that combines a novel context attention module for detecting face masks with a feature pyramid network to fuse high-level semantic information with various feature maps. We also provide a brand-new cross-class object removal method to reject and predictions with a high intersection of union and low confidence. Additionally, we investigate the viability of integrating Face Mask with a portable or embedded neural network called MobileNet. This paper discusses the such type of modulation scheme with full implementation on FPGA. The design of the 4-QAM transceiver circuit is done using MATLAB/Simulink as a Model and then subsequently generating the VHDL codes for this model. FEC (Forward Error Correction) is also employed in the design. This circuit is implemented on ZEDBOARD which uses Zync-7000 series FPGAs. It has an SoC with Zync7000 and an ARM processor. The codes for the model have been generated automatically with VHDL codes for the FPGA section and C-codes for the ARM processor.
