However, the uncertainty of distributed renewable energy output brings high transaction risk to virtual power plant. For the VPP with renewable energy permeability, considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output, load and market price as well as the influence of demand-side resource participation in the power market, this paper puts forward the demand response bidding strategy of VPP under the open environment of electricity selling side. A multi-stage bidding strategy model is built for VPP participating in day-ahead energy market, intraday demand response market and real-time energy market, and solved based on stochastic programming theory. Based on a preliminarily designed frame structure, optimization design based on tower structure and finite element analysis (FEA) is carried out. X-shaped crossbar structures and tilting supporting tubes are introduced as further reinforcement, besides dimensional and position parameters of the reinforcement structures are optimized with the assistance of FEA. Nowadays most sensor networks use layered MAC protocol, which only focuses on the single-layer optimality, but the overall performance of the network is not ideal. This paper proposes a cross-layer MAC protocol--CLSMAC protocol. By adding information from the physical and network layers, the CLSMAC protocol can achieve better energy performance. The search ability of multi-random variable parameter optimization method is weak, and the search is assisted by particle swarm optimization. Considering that the particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum and the existing problems of using the cross and cross algorithm to improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm, the vertical crossover operator based on the CSO re-improves the particle swarm optimization algorithm. According to the actual measured CVT harmonic transfer characteristic curve and the simulation results after optimizing the stray capacitance parameters, the accuracy of the multi-random variable parameter optimization method is verified. Therefore, a cognitive clustering routing algorithm for Heterogeneous WSNs is proposed. The algorithm is suitable for cooperative communication networks between cognitive sensor nodes and common sensor nodes. Selecting a cluster head according to the number of idle channels and the residual energy of the node. Protect low-energy nodes and make full use of high-energy nodes by setting double energy thresholds. The concept of node edge degree is applied to improve the probability of cluster selection. A new clustering mechanism is introduced according to the node location. As the planning scheme of the distribution system is mostly formulated based on standards or guides, the influence of technology and interruption management on reliability is rarely considered at the planning stage. This can cause excessive investment to system construction and facility upgrades for meeting a reliability target. This paper introduces a practical approach for undertaking reliability-based planning for medium-voltage distribution systems, which is supplementary to the standard-based planning. The proposed approach enables optimisation strategies that cover system topology, facility, technology and interruption management to be formulated as part of the planning scheme. One of the key tasks in the reliability-based planning is to perform sensitivity study, which provides quantitative support to the formulation of optimisation strategies. This research focuses on five parameters, including the number of interconnected feeders, failure outage rate, number of feeders equipped with distributed automation, live-line working rate and scheduled outage rate. A sensitivity study of the system average interruption duration index (SAIDI) to these parameters is performed in order to assess the effectiveness of the corresponding improving measures. Results show that both strengthening the management of scheduled interruptions and enhancing the application of live-line working can be more effective than reinforcing the system topology when SAIDI is larger than 12 hours/customer. These two measures become less effective as SAIDI decreases. In contrast, reinforcing the system topology, increasing facility reliability and applying distribution automation techniques become increasingly effective as SAIDI decreases. Through the independent control of positive and negative sequence active and reactive power, the global voltage regulation control of the device is realized while realizing reactive and negative sequence current compensation. A phase-injection voltage is applied between the phases to balance the phase-to-phase power and achieve phase-tophase voltage equalization.
