摘要

虚拟电厂是解决分布式发电参与电力市场交易问题的重要途径。然而,分布式可再生能源输出的不确定性给虚拟电厂带来了很高的交易风险。针对具有可再生能源渗透率的VPP,考虑可再生能源出力、负荷和市场价格的不确定性以及电力市场中需求侧资源参与的影响,提出了售电侧开放环境下VPP的需求响应竞价策略。建立了VPP参与日前能源市场、当日需求响应市场和实时能源市场的多阶段竞价策略模型,并基于随机规划理论进行求解。算例结果可以支持模型的有效性,为中国电力体制改革背景下分布式能源和虚拟电厂参与电力市场交易提供决策支持。
