With the development of detector technology, from electron multiplying charge-coupled device (EMMCCD) to scientific complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (sCMOS) cameras, the data acquisition rate has been increased several times. While this is significant progress for data acquisition, it brings great data processing challenges for computers, such as data storage, data transmission, and computer algorithm rate. In this paper, we present a data processing method based on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip and a double data rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDR SDRAM) component, use procedure to control IP hardcore in FPGA chip, to realize writing and reading on DDR from FPGA chip. Using the existing phase voltage sampling signal of the inverter closed-loop control system, the phase voltage sampling signal with one period delay is used as a dynamic reference, and the voltage residual waveform is obtained by comparing the dynamic reference voltage signal with the current phase voltage signal. By setting a reasonable fault detection threshold, the voltage residual waveform can be used to accurately diagnose the open circuit fault of the inverters. However, smart meters are subject to many security vulnerabilities. A short-term fraud detection method based on the Support vector machine (SF-SVM) is proposed in this paper. The method only needs to collect and store a small amount of the user's recently electricity consumption data to detect problematic users. Using a small amount of data can reduce data storage and reduce the cost of data remote transmission. Furthermore, user privacy can be better protected. The system automatically collects the electricity consumption data of the grid and users at a certain period. When the system detects that the difference between the amount of electricity provided by the regional grid and the amount of electricity consumed by the users exceeds a threshold, the system changes to a suspicious state, and triggers fraud detection process. The system introduces machine learning algorithms to extract features from users data, and finally find suspicious users. The malicious user uses the simulator to simulate multiple clients to cheat the server. The application of cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology makes this kind of fraud more difficult to detect. To avoid this threat, app service providers need to add detection functionality to the app to check if the app is running in the emulator. If so, the program will exit. Therefore, an effective method is needed to detect the emulator. Today's anti-emulator detection technology makes it more and more difficult to detect emulators. This paper presents a hierarchical out-of-domain characteristic detection, namely ODD, which can detect simulators from the perspective of architecture including OS layer, hypervisor layer and hardware layer. This method not only detects from multiple dimensions, reducing the probability of simulator detection failure, but also avoids some anti-simulator detection attacks. This paper studies the renewable energy consumption through the network maximum flow model. The traditional node voltage equation as well as the branch current equation are used to establish that flow model with the branch current used as a state variable. The linear relationship between the branch current and the node voltage plays a key role in simplifying the model.
