At the same time, due to the introduction of clean energy, power electronics and switching devices in the power system are heavily invested in the power network. The investment in areas above has made the stability of the power system suffering more tests, and the instability and oscillation of the power system have intensified. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the mathematical model of power system oscillation. The existing oscillation causes and suppression methods of traditional power systems are summarized. Then the causes of the micro-grid oscillation of the distributed power supply with high permeability are analyzed in detail. The difference from the traditional power system oscillation is that the traditional power network oscillation is caused by the shafting torsional vibration of the rotating electrical machine. The vibration reacts, which may cause the damping torque of the unit in the corresponding torsional vibration mode to weaken or even become negative, causing oscillation. Or rotary electric machines (including synchronous/asynchronous power generation/motors) and power electronic converters may exhibit an \"induction generator/negative resistance\" effect on the electrical oscillation mode under certain operating conditions, when the negative resistance exceeds the total positive resistance of the grid, resulting in The LC oscillates and diverge. The reason for the power electronic oscillation is the coupling oscillation between the power electronic converters or the network generated by the interaction with the AC grid. This kind of oscillation is difficult to find the existing fixed model to apply, because the power electronic device has a fast response speed and low Inertia, unlike traditional motors, oscillations are more likely to occur in high frequency bands and have more features. Based on this, different research methods and speculations on the causes of microgrid oscillations at home and abroad are summarized. Due to different causes, the methods used to suppress system oscillations are summarized and described. Finally, the content of the full text is summarized. Prospects for the future development of microgrid oscillation research.","PeriodicalId":250211,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Information Technologies and Electrical Engineering","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131982430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The multi-point grid-connected optimization of PV is an important means to ensure the economic operation of the system. In this paper, the influence factors on system power loss caused by grid-connected PV are studied. Then, with reducing system power loss as the target, a grid-connected PV multi-point optimization scheme based on improved genetic algorithm and chronological power flow (CPF) analysis is proposed. Based on IEEE 118 bus system, the proposed scheme is verified by Matlab/Matpower simulation platform. The simulation result shows that the optimization scheme can effectively reduce the system power loss and improve the economy of system operation, which has practical application value.","PeriodicalId":250211,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Information Technologies and Electrical Engineering","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134271689","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the results of frequency-domain analysis, considering the loads of wave and current, the time-domain coupling analysis of this single point mooring suspended current power generation device under the given sea condition is carried out, and the motion response of the system in irregular waves and the change of mooring line tension are studied. The results show that the peak value of the RAOs of surge and pitch first decreases and then increases with the increase of the wave angle. When the wave angle is small, there will be a large surge and pitch motion; the yaw motion mainly shows the low frequency resonance with the wave. The small variation of the height of the center of gravity can reduce the roll motion, but the influence is small. In a given sea condition, the single point mooring system can keep the current power generation device stable, but the RAO of yaw is large, which may affect the performance of the Savonius blade. The safety factor of mooring line is large, which can ensure the safety and reliability of power generation device.","PeriodicalId":250211,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Information Technologies and Electrical Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128923824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, the remote sensing image is bilaterally filtered to smooth the details and retain the road edge information. Then, the image is segmented by the FCM algorithm to obtain independent ground objects, and the candidate road segments are obtained by filtering each object according to the geometric features of the road. The regional growth algorithm is used to form the road network, and finally the morphology method is used to finish and refine the road network. Experiments show that this method can effectively extract road targets from remote sensing images of different scenes without manually selecting road seed points.","PeriodicalId":250211,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Information Technologies and Electrical Engineering","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123991763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result, prediction accuracy and speed are difficult to guarantee. Considering land utility and development time, this paper proposes an improved spatial load forecasting method based on the logistic regression. In this improved method, regional load forecasting problem is splited into two subproblems: parameter estimation of gridded partition and integrated forecasting of logistic model. Parameter estimation scheme is based on development speed and the median year. The complexity of load forecasting is reduced by maximum likelihood estimation of the improved logistic regression. Simulation result shows that proposed method (PM) is superior to the traditional method (TM) in simplifying calculation complexity and improving prediction accuracy.
