The method used by the researcher is descriptive method. Data sources in this study were obtained from a child named Akhwa Febrianto. The results of this study show that Akhwa has produced and obtained phonemes that can distinguish the meaning of the words he says. Akhwa is well say in the phonemes [i], [u], and [a]. Then, Akhwa has said many vocal and consonant sounds like [a] [b], [c], [d], [e], [i], [j], [k], [l], [m ], [n], [p], [t], and [u]. Meanwhile, for certain phonemes Akhwa has not been able to say it like consonants [g], [r], [s], [y]. Qualitative research methods with purposive sampling techniques (based on research objectives) is used in this research. The data was interpretively interpretive with the Miles and Huberman flow systems. The results showed that nationally the art, craft and design sectors showed many exciting opportunities, especially when viewed from the number of developing communities, but the development in the commercial chain still tended to be dominated by Java and Bali, while in South Sulawesi it was still weak in the chain of commercialization. In general, it is still centralized in Makassar City. Some local artists in South Sulawesi continue to be creative by utilizing galleries and exhibitions as display and sales venues. Many young people of Pekal ethnicdon’t undestandwhy themmust following the existing marriage terms. Because of that the researcher intends todescribe the meaning and terms the traditional procession of Pekalnese ethnic marriage. This research is qualilative researchand is descriptive. The research performed by primary data collectionwith interview techniques, note data, and documentation.The result obtained are the most important requirements in traditional marriage of Pekal ethnic is kaum (a clan that is smaller than a tribe), because Pekal ethnic folloeing the eksogami matrilineal system. Because of that Pekal society can’t marry with someone who has the same kaum name. The next requirement is sarao kehing (food made from white sticky rice) and must be served on each stage of traditional procession of Pekalnese tribal marriage. Sarao kehing has a meaning for Pekalnese ethnic is as a symbol for husband and wife in order to keep famly secrets whether it ia a good or bad famly. The data in this study are taken from the students in several universities in Padang such as UniversitasAndalas, Universitas Bung Hatta and Politeknik Negri Padang and also from Padang Panjang and Batusangkar since these two regions are considered to retain Minangkabau cultural values in Language. The data are recorded from the respondents based on some criteria. Then the data are analyzed using the request strategy theory by Blum-Kulka and the request sequence by Ike Revita. The results of analysis show that there are several requests for speech sequences performed by young generation when they speak like 2 in 1, 3 in 1, 4 in 1 and multi in 1 sequence. While the factors that influence the choice of speech sequences are social factors, cultural factors and psychological factors. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The legend folktale of Minangkabau people's in West Sumatra was obtained from the narrative of informants. Categorical data is formulated through a search of the motive structure and role function of the Minangkabau legend's folklore in West Sumatra that has been collected. The study of legends folktale of Minangkabau people’s in West Sumatra uses the theory of cultural values or social functions of literary texts as used by Danandjaja (1984), Djamaris (1993 and 1994), Rusyana (2000). This is in line with that done by Proop (1928, 1967, 1987), Greimas (1979, 1990), and Barthes (2003).
