It becomes one of the most important characteristics of the signal source. We derive the expression for the electric and magnetic fields of the electric dipole in the seawater using the electric Hertz vector, also give the expressions for the standard field. Measurements and numerical simulations show that the standard field amplitude of the submarine in the shaft frequency is in a great location. And the shaft - rate electric field can be received in a long distance. H.264/AVC video compression standard is widely used and provides state of the art video compression solution, but still needs to address the challenges of high bit-rate and required processing power. In this paper, a low bit-rate compression algorithm is proposed, which introduces a novel approach that use both DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) for enhancing the Intra-Prediction phase of H.264/AVC standard. The proposed Hybrid Wavelet-DCT (HW-DCT) algorithm modifies the FSF (Full Search Free) algorithm; by adding wavelet-based transformation prior to the Intra-prediction process. The HW-DCT algorithm adds up the advantages of wavelet based compression technique to the speed of the FSF algorithm and creates an Intra-prediction algorithm that guarantees 51% lower bit-rate while maintaining similar visual quality and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) of the original H.264/AVC Intra-prediction algorithm. With the radar network system model, this paper would first derive Schleher intercept factor for radar network. Then, a novel LPI optimization strategy is proposed, where for a predefined threshold of MI to estimate the target parameters, Schleher intercept factor is minimized by optimizing transmission power allocation among netted radars in the network. Moreover, the nonlinear programming based genetic algorithm (NPGA) is employed to solve the resulting nonconvex and nonlinear optimization problem. Firstly, we exploit off-line measured covariance matrices for suitable spaced reference points and storing these matrices as a fingerprint; Secondly, a matrix matching algorithm is designed to obtain the position of source. Compared with received signal strength (RSS) fingerprint, covariance matrix can offer more channel information of indoor environment, hence, our proposed algorithm outperforms RSS based algorithm in accuracy of localization. However, it sets the input preferences without considering data set distribution and competition in the former iteration is ignored when updating messages passing between data points. This paper presents a modified affinity propagation algorithm. Firstly, preference for each data point to serve as an exemplar is computed self-adaptively based on data set distribution; then encouragement and chastisement mechanism is introduced for updating message of availability. Using this scheme, the encrypted images are produced by permuting DCT coefficients, and transmitted to a database server. With an encrypted query image, although the server does not know the plaintext content, he may get the histogram at each frequency position. After calculating the distances between the histograms of encrypted query image and database image, the server can return the encrypted images with plaintext content similar to the query image according to integrated distances. The analysis is followed by linear unmixing for abundance estimation. Due to a large number of nonlinear terms being added in an unknown environment, the following abundance estimation may contain some error if most of endmembers do not really participate in the mixture of a pixel. Thus, sparse unmixing is applied to search the actual endmember set per pixel. The orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) is adopted for this purpose. The proposed designs are simple and efficiently obtained from a combination of 2-D nonseparable filters and 2 by 2 upsampling matrices. The proposed MDFBs having one lowpass and six highpass directional subbands represent the oriented image features non-adaptively with complete shift-invariance. We also propose nonsubsampled design of an extra finer directional wavelet transform (EFiDWT), with one lowpass and twelve highpass directional subbands. The proposed designs can have efficient implementations with the notion of generalized separability. We perform a structure-based two-stage signal subspace reconstruction to obtain an accurate estimate of the interference subspace with small training-data support.
