Health education is not something that can be given by someone to another person and not a series of governance that will be implemented or the results to be achieved, but a developmental process that is always changing dynamically where a person can accept or reject new information that has to do with the goal healthy life (Nyswander, 1947 in Azwar 1983). This research method used pre-experiment design with one group pre-test-post-test. Sampling used the total sampling technique with total sample 58 students who met the criteria. This research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of the study with the Wilcoxon test (α = 0.05) showed that there was an effect of health education about DHF on knowledge on preventing DHF . The results of univariate analysis before health education that had good knowledge of 4 (6.9%) and after health education were known to students who had good knowledge for DHF prevention as many as 39 (67.2%). The Wilcoxon test showed that P value is 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of health education about DHF on knowledge of prevention of DHF. Giving boiled salam leaves is an alternative to controlling blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salam leaves decoction on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Plosowahyu, Lamongan. The design of this study used pre-experimental with a population 35 respondents then sampling using simple random sampling and getting a sample of 32 respondents using the one-group approach to pre-post test design. The independent variable in this study was the respiration of salam leaves and the dependent variable was measurement of high blood pressure. The data of this study were taken from the results of observation of high blood pressure before and after being given boiled salam leaves in February 2018. Data were tabulated and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a level of α = 0.05 . The results of analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a value of Z = -5.507 with p = 0,000. The results showed that all of them had a drop in blood pressure of 32 respondents (100%), so Hο was rejected, it means that there was an effect of giving boiled salam leaf to decrease in high blood pressure in Plosowahyu Lamongan. Looking the results of the study, it is expected that hypertension sufferers in the Plosowahyu, Lamongan. Consume boiled salam leaves as a complementary therapy can reduce high blood pressure. One of nonfarmakologi management is by avocado leaf stew. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is the influence of avocado leaves (folium perseae) to the decrease in blood uric acid levels in people with gout in Clinic Pratama Barokah Sumenep regency. This research uses quantitative approach, research method used is experimental with quasi-experiment research design (quasy-experiment). Population of 50 people. Sampling technique using Purposive sampling, sample of 10 people who visited in February. The data collection tool is an observation sheet, GCU 3 in one. Analysis using paired sample T-test. The results showed that there was influence of avocado leaf stool (folium perseae) to the decrease of blood uric acid level in gout patient in Pratama Barokah Clinic of Sumenep Regency with p-value = 0,00 because p value <0,05. It is expected from the results of this study avocado leaf stew can be one non-pharmacological therapy to handle gout. One of the stimulation in motoric development that is with the Games. This research was conducted at TK AisyiyahBustanulAtfal I of Gorontalo City. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect before and after the traditional games given to motoric development of preschoolers. The study design used pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Population: all of students aged 4 until 5 years at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal I of Gorontalo City as many as 65 students. The sample of the study amounted to 18 respondents. Traditional games were done 16 times in 5 weeks, motoric development assessment before and after treatment using Dependent T-test on significance level of 95% (α = 0,05). The results of the study is the motoric has differences after and before the traditional game, with p-value 0.000 <α-0,05. Conclusion: There is an influence of traditional games on children motoric development of preschoolers. Suggestions: relevant agencies to contribute thoughts and implementation of traditional games are strained at least once a week. The highest prevalence of breast cancer are in East Java and Middle Java. Breast cancer could happen to every woman at all age, and it p revalence will increase after menopousal periode. Early detection of breast cancer could be done through self breast examination and breast clinical examination. Women with advance stage of breast cancer are increasing since early detection are individually so it seem have not been done efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this research is to identify health cadre’s ability as a peer supporter in self breast examination.The methode of this study are referrence methode and field survey involving thirty women aged 18 – 60 years old. The health cadres show how to do self breast cancer and ultrasonography has been done as breast clinical exam. Data analysis has been done descriptively to the variables such as tage, marital status, he total number of children, hormonal hystory, health behavior and the result of USG examination. According to the respondent through an interview that the health cadres are done well in making early detection by doing self breast examination (90%). The results from slef breast cancer that has been done by health cadres show tweo respondents are having protruding tumor in their breast. And according to breast clinical examination there are no sign of cancer found in the respondent. Society empowerment in maintaining health quality, especially in e arly detection of breast cancer, are done well by the health cadres. Health cadres has a great role in spreading out the helath information to the tiniest group in the society including individual and family in order to improve society’s health status. Another factor that also influences is psychosocial changes during the aging process which is a process of life transition and loss. The majority of life transitions occur because of experience of loss, which includes retirement , c hanges in financial conditions, changes in roles and relationships, changes in health and functional capabilities, and changes in social networks, and relocation. Common losses for the elderly usually revolve around losing a relationship due to the process of death . This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational activity with psychological well-being of elderly PWRI member of Western part Sambungmacan Sragen. This research is quantitative using descriptive correlative design and case-control approach. The study population was 47 elderly members of the PWRI organization in Sambungmacan Sragen subdistrict. The sample of research is 47 elderly which is determined using total sampling technique. Research data collection using questionnaire instrument, while data analysis using Chi-Square test. The results obtained Chi obs for 10,219 (p-value = 0,000) so that H 0 rejected. The conclusion of the research that there was an association of activeness of association with psychological well-being of elderly PWRI member of Western part Sambungmacan district Sragen, that is the higher level of activeness, hence the level of prosperity of the elderly increases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pretend play therapy on the cognitive development of mentally retarded children in SDLB Lamongan Regency. The design of this study is the Quasy Experiment (quasi-experiment) with the Pre-Post approach to the Control Design Test, with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this research were some students who experience mental retardation in SDLB Lamongan. Data was carried out from February to March 2018 using the Observation measuring instrument. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon on SPSS Software (version 16.0) obtained results Z = -3.542a and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results showed that the pretest of the majority of respondents had less cognitive while the posttest almost most of the respondents had good cognitive. The application of caring behavior can be influenced by factors related to the work capacity of nurses, such as gender, age, education level, and work period . This study aims to determine the factors related to the most dominant work capacity towards nurse caring behavior. The study is correlation design. The population is all nurses in Inpatient Room Class III at Balung Hospital were 33 people as research samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a likert scale. Ordinal regression statistical test with α = 0.05 is used as data analysis. ordinal regression test (multinomial regression) is obtained the following results: educational variables with p-value = 0.000; working period variable p = 0.426; age variable with p-value = 0.146; and sex variables with p-value = .250. Based on the ordinal regression model, it can be concluded that the influenced variables on the caring behavior variable is the education level variables . Nurse Education is the main factor to improve knowledge and understanding of nurses in caring behavior. Indonesian culture that interacts with patients is not only health workers, but also families as patient caregivers. For that hand hygiene should not only be done by health workers but also by families or patients’ caregivers in health services. However, compliance in the application of hand hygiene practices when giving health services in some situations are still low. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of health education on hand hygiene practices on patients’ care givers in Puskesmas Karangbinangun Lamongan. This research used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design. The population were 31 patients’ caregivers in Puskesmas Karangbinangun Lamongan who taken by purposive sampling . The instruments of this research are SAP and Observation. Then it was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the influence of health education on the hand hygiene practices before and after are done hand hygiene health education on inpatients caregivers obtained a value of Z = 0.5720 and P = .000. It is expected that the patient's caregivers will be able to maintain hand hygiene properly and accordance with the 6 steps that have been taught and practiced together.
