The consequences of such manipulations can be dangerous for the health of a consumer. For example, it may cause food allergies and poisoning. In this article, there was developed a protocol for the qualitative determination of the DNA of the mitochondrial genome of chicken (Gallus gallus) by the polymerase chain reaction in real-time in raw and heat-treated meat products. The study was carried out to determine mixtures of meat and meat products from chicken, turkey, horse, lamb, pork, and beef. There were prepared 11 samples of 9 types of meat and two types of plants for the study of falsification. DNA isolation kits PrepMan Ultra (Thermo Fisher, USA) were used to obtain DNA with a high concentration between 1,900 ng/ml and 140 ng/ml. The selection of special primers and fluorescent probes was based on the alignment of the sequence of the chicken mitochondrial gene (Gallus gallus) from GenBank. All circuits are aligned using Primer Designer 3.0 software and synthesized by ThermoFisher. The authors have developed a protocol to determine the specific falsification of food products by a polymerase chain reaction in \"real-time\" mode. The PCR protocol was tested on a collection of DNA samples to determine specificity, and PCR with different DNA content was delivered to determine sensitivity. Chicken DNA was clearly traced in the DNA matrix in the range of 0.01-10%. Studies have shown that the developed protocol is a highly sensitive and specific express method for determining chicken DNA by a polymerase chain reaction in \"real-time\" mode, which allows them to be used in the diagnosis of animal DNA detection.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. Exosomes can transport various biomolecules, including proteins and nucleic acids, into recipient cells. The review analyzed the current data on the role of exosomes and the possibility of using exosomal microRNAs as a biomarker in the diagnosis of lung cancer. MicroRNAs can act as oncogenes or tumor suppressors, so they can regulate the expression of genes that play an important role in oncogenesis. At the moment, microRNAs of exosomes are one of the main candidates for the role of molecular markers in liquid biopsy for the diagnosis of oncological diseases. The review analyzes the diagnostic potential of the use of exosomes in carcinogenesis in general, with an emphasis on the use of exosomal microRNAs as biomarkers of lung cancer.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. The article presents an analysis of the meadow floristic complex of the Ketpen-Temerlik ridge. The taxonomic diversity of species composition of meadow floristic complex, biomorphological analysis of life forms of meadow species, and also the belonging of meadow species to different geographical types of areas. A detailed floristic analysis of meadow flora made it possible to identify 624 species of vascular plants belonging to 230 genera and 47 families. According to the main taxonomic groups of plants, the meadow flora is represented by the Magnoliophyta department, which accounts for 82.2% of the total species composition, and only an insignificant percentage is in the Liliopsida department, 17.1%. The ratio of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants in meadow flora is 1: 4.8. The total number of monocotyledons covers 107 species or 17.1% of the total number of species, there are 517 species of dicotyledonous plants or 82.2%. Analysis of the largest families of meadow flora made it possible to identify 16 largest families by the largest number of species, which contain 504 species. Analysis of the species richness of the genera of flora are: Potentilla, Carex, Ranunculus, Taraxacum, Astragalus, Silene, Veronica. The leading genus of meadow flora accounts for 25.1%. The article considers a boreal nature of the meadow flora. The article reveals a large presence among the meadow flora of Ketpen-Temerlik of mountainous middle asian species with an area limited to the territories of Mountainous Middle Asia.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. The order of spiders (Aranei) is dominant in diversity – 16 families, 54 genera and 73 species, the remaining orders include one family and 1-2 genera and species. According to the number of genera and species, the Araneidae family is dominant – 11 species and 9 genera. It is followed by the families Thomisidae (9 genera and 10 species), Salticidae (8 genera and 9 species), Lycosidae (5 genera and 9 species), Philodromidae (4 genera and 9 species), Theridiidae (3 genera and 5 species) and Gnaphosidae (4 genera and 4 species). Other families are represented by 1-2 genera and species. In general, the fauna of arachnid apple plantations, in which chemical pesticide treatments are used, is much more depleted (by 2 or more times) compared to gardens without such treatments and natural biotopes. Data on the consumption of pest caterpillars by different types of spiders in laboratory maintenance are given. Amaurobius erberi (Keyserling, 1863) ate up to 10 caterpillars of the codling moth Cydia pomonella (Linnaeus, 1758) or up to 5 caterpillars of the clouded drab Orthosia incerta (Hufnagel, 1766) per day. Steatoda paykulliana (Walckenaer, 1806) destroyed an average of 5 caterpillars of the codling moth or 3 caterpillars of the clouded drab per day. Smaller species, such as Diaea suspiciosa O.P.-Cambridge, 1885, Xysticus pseudocristatus Azarkina & Logunov, 2001 and Evarcha arcuata (Clerck, 1758), ate 2-3 caterpillars per day. For the first time in the apple orchard, the spider Olios sericeus (Kroneberg, 1875) was recorded, in Kazakhstan this species was previously noted as synanthropic.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. Research on interactions between BBSV and its host by using model plant Nicotiana benthamiana is significantly important and nessesary for understanding virus infection process and exploring plant resistance mechanism. The results of sequencing the transcriptome of N. benthamiana infected with BBSV as well as gene screening in response to viral infection revealed upregulation of the small heat shock protein 17.6 gene (NbHSP17.6) and the effect of the protein on resistance to the virus. To further examine the involvement of HSP17.6 in defense responses in N. benthamiana, we tested interaction between HSP17.6 and other heat shock proteins such as HSP70 and HSP90 as well as BBSV encoded proteins. The results showed that HSP17.6 interacted with HSP70 and HSP90 but not with BBSV encoded proteins. When combined with other available results, it is possible that HSP17.6 acted as a small molecular chaperone to facilitate proper refolding of the specific proteins HSP70 and HSP90 required for BBSV infection and/or replication.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. The research work was carried out by Universal geobotanical methods. As a result of the study, the authors, with a comprehensive analysis of the microclimatic state, terrain structure and flora composition of the territory where the Artemisia schrenkiana Ledeb plant grows, described 163 plant species belonging to 116 genera in 31 families from the plant community. In the areas where the plant Artemisia schrenkiana Ledeb grows, the following five families predominate in terms of the number of species: the family of Poaceae or Gramineae, a family of Compositae Giseke, A family of Chenopodiaceae Vent, a family of Leguminosae Juss, a family of Boraginaceae Juss. Plants in the studied community were classified according to their useful properties as follows: 157 species of cattle, 38 species of medicinal plants, 5 species of poisonous plants, 10 species of essential oil plants, 3 species of rotting plants, 3 species of ornamental plants. Currently, no external factors have a strong negative impact on the plant community in the teritorry of the Urzhar district, where the medicinal plant Artemisia schrenkiana Ledeb grows.
