Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang mengemban tugas untuk mewujudkan ketahanan di bidang perkebunan. Kapasitas pengolahan pabrik rencana saat ini adalah 50 Ton/Tandan Buah Segar/Jam. Akan tetapi, periode 2014 – 2019 rata – rata kapasitas olah pabrik hanya sebesar 38,13 Ton/TBS. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pasokan air untuk proses pengolahan, sementara potensi air yang dikelola berasal dari embung yang tersedia di dekat lokasi pabrik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji neraca air pada embung serta mengusulkan untuk melakukan optimalisasi fungsi embung dengan caramembandingkansimulasi perhitungan kapasitas tampung embung sebelum dan sesudah normalisasi kedalaman embung. Hasil analisis dan perhitungan data menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi uilitas pengolahan sawit menjadi CPO saat ini adalah sebesar 1,73 ton air/TBS dimana kondisi normal membutuhkan sebesar 1,8 ton air/TBS. Perhitungan kapasitas tampung embung eksisting adalah sebsar 50.428 m3 dengan ketinggian air rerata di kolam sebesar 1,5 m hanya mampu mencukupi produksi rata – rata selama 23,67 hari setiap bulannya sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi target produksi yang diharapkan. Usaha optimalisasi dari 4 (empat) embung eksisting dengan mengembalikan kedalaman embung menjadi 3 m menghasilkan kapasitas tampung rata – rata sebesar 195.762 m3 atau terjadi peningkatan sebesar 389,85% dari kapasitas tampung embung rata – rata saat ini yaitu sebesar 49.953,13 m3. Berdasarkan hasil Tinjuan lapangan di dapat jam puncak kepadatan lalu lintas nilai Q Total mencapai 759,7 Smp/Jam. Hambatan samping pada ruas jalan lettu nilai hambatan samping 351,8 dengan kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan Pedoman Kinerja Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2014) di dapat nilai kapasitas C = 2225,286 skr/jam, Kecepatan Arus Bebas VB = 35,9073, dengan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan DJ = 0,34 . setelah dilakukan penerapan pagar pejalan kaki di dapat nilai hambatan samping 254,8 (hambatan samping rendah), C = 2270,7 skr/jam, VB = 36,27 Km/Jam, dengan nilai DJ = 0,33. Penerapan pagar pejalan kaki dan dilarang parkir di dapat nilai hambatan samping 109,8 rendah sama dengan penerapan pagar pejalan kaki. Citarum River Basin covers 13 regencies/cities and 1.454 villages (Data RBI, 2018), consisting of 16 sub-basin spread across the upstream, middle, and downstream parts. Middle part of this basin crosses the north to middle part of Cianjur Regency. One of the problems in this basin is the presence of garbage which degrades river quality. In Cianjur Regency, solid waste management is the task of the Dinas LH (Environmental Service), but synergistic efforts between related departments is needed, including the PUTR (Public Works and Spatial Planning Office), so that solid waste problems can be handled optimally. By using the Readiness Criteria for Solid Waste Infrastructure, PUTR Office becomes a stakeholder for 2 criterias: conformity with spatial planning and adequate road access. This role can be carried out by actively coordinating spatial planning with the Dinas LH so that the location of solid waste infrastructure is in accordance with spatial planning and improving access (road infrastructure) to the Solid Waste Infrastructure to support waste transportation. In addition, there needs to be cooperation between the PUTR Office and the LH Service regarding the handling of solid waste that has entered water bodies. The increased need for transportation is also felt in Way Kanan district, Lampung Province, but this need is not accompanied by the existence of public transportation facilities and infrastructure. Planning for the procurement of terminals and public transportation is the first step that can be taken in meeting these needs. In planning the procurement of terminals and public transportation, it is necessary to comply with location and demand eligibility standards. However, in reality there are many cases where the feasibility of the location has been fulfilled but the feasibility of the demand has not been fulfilled. The standard used in this study is the Technical Guidelines for Organizing Public Passenger Transportation in Urban Areas on Fixed and Regular Routes by the Department of Transportation in 2002. The first step taken was a location survey and data collection needed in the analysis process. Then proceed with comparing the feasibility of the research location with the standards used and calculating the feasibility of the demand for public transportation procurement. it was found that the number of potential residents to travel was 7,724 people while for private vehicle services of 12,386 units, it can be concluded that the population in the study area has been served entirely by private vehicles and does not yet need public transportation. Indonesia saat ini mengalami peningkatan penduduk yang cukup besar, hal ini juga berdampak pada kebutuhan akan transportasi yang juga meningkat. Peningkatan kebutuhan akan transportasi ini juga dirasakan di kabupaten Way Kanan, Provinsi Lampung akan tetapi kebutuhan ini tidak diiringi dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana transportasi umum. Perencanaan pengadaan terminal dan angkutan umum adalah langkah awal yang dapat diambil dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. pada perencanaan pengadaan terminal dan angkutan umum diperlukan pemenuhan standar kelayakan lokasi dan demand. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak didapatkan kasus kelayakan lokasi sudah memenuhi namun untuk kelayakan demand belum memenuhi. Standar yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggraan Angkutan Penumpang Umum di Wilayah Perkotaan dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur oleh Departemen Perhubungan Tahun 2002 langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah survey lokasi dan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisis. Dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi disuatu wilayah jalan berperan sangat penting bagi pengguna transportasi sehingga harus diperhatikan kelayakan dan kenyamanan jalan tersebut supaya berfungi sampai batas umur yang telah direncanakan. Sukabumi berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berbatasan dengan Kota Cianjur sebelah barat dan berbatasan dengan kota Bogor di bagian Timur. Karena Sukabumi merupakan kota yang cukup padat dengan transportasi, maka dibangunlah jalan Jalur Lingkar Selatan dengan tujuan mengurangi kemacetan di jalan raya tersebut. Banyak orang melewati jalan itu setiap hari. Sejumlah titik di ruas Jalan Jalur Lingkar Selatan mengalami kerusakan, antara lain amblas, retak, dan kerusakan lainnya, akibat banyaknya jenis kendaraan yang melewati ruas ini antara lain truk besar dan sepeda motor. Maka dari itu perlu di lakukan perbaikan sehingga ruas jalan tersebut tetap nyaman dan bisa dipergunakan sampai dengan umur rencana yang telah ditentukan. For this reason, this study aims to determine the compressive strenght of concrete by utilizing waste brick and tile fragments as a substitute for coarse aggregate. This test has several stages, namelu material testing, making test objects, testing concrete compressive strength, and analyzing test results. In this test, the specimens were molded using a cylinder with a mixture of substituting brick fragments and tile framents against coarse aggregate with variasions of 5%, 10% and 15%. The results of the compressive strenght test on norma unmixed concrete with a 5% age of 28 days obtained a value of 16,6 MPa, on concrete with a 5% variation of brick and tile with an age of 28 days a value of 12,41 MPa was obtained, on a concrete variatio of 10% brick an tile. The obtained value is 11,98 MPa, and in the 15% variation concrete mixture of brick and tile, the value is 11,54MPa. Abstrak: Limbah pecahan batu bata dan pecahan genteng untuk campuran dalam beton di Indonesia memang masih belum banyak untuk digunakan dalam bangunan kontruksi yang terbeban. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton dengan memanfaatkan limbah pecahan batu bata dan pecahan genteng sebagai subtitusi agregat kasar. Pengujian ini ada beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengujian material, pembuatan benda uji, pengujian kuat tekan beton, dan analisa hasil pengujian. Pada pengujian ini benda uji dicetak menggunakan silinder dengan campuran subtitusi pecahan batu bata dan pecahan genteng terhadap agregat kasar dengan variasi 5%,10%dan 15%. Hasil uji kuat tekan pada beton normal tanpa campuran dengan umur 28 hari didapat nilai sebesar 16,6 MPa, pada beton dengan variasi 5% bata dan genteng dengan umur 28 hari didapat nilai sebesar 12,41 MPa, pada beton variasi bata dan genteng 10% didapat sebesar 11,98 MPa, dan pada beton variasi 15% campuran bata dan genteng didapat nilai sebesar 11,54 MPa. This causes many people from outside the city to come for a vacation in Cianjur district. The increasing population is not propotional to the availability of places to stay especially in the south Cianjur area. The solution that is used as an alternative is a place to stay like a hotel. Vertikal building planning must be based on standard provisions applicable in Indonesia. This hotel planning final project uses a reinforced concrete type structure. This design refers to SNI 2847:2013 for structural congcrete, SNI 1726: 2012 for earthquake analysis, and SNI 1727:2013 for loading. The structures reviewed in this design are plates, beams, colums, stairs and beam-column relationships. Building is on seismic design D. The structural system specified is a special moment resisting frame system (SRPMK). Congcrete quality fc’ = 30 MPa, and steel quality fy = 420 MPa. Structural analysis using the ETABS v16 tool. The result of the structural design obtained in this final project are in the form of slab design, staircase design, beam design, and column design. Structural reinforcement includes 130 mm thick floor slabs in X and Y directions D12-300 mm. Ladder using reinforcement plate direction X D13-250 mm, Y direction D13-450mm, and reinforcement plate landing X direction D13-250 mm, Y direction D13-450mm as well as landing beams measuring 250x300 mm with 2D13 base and field reinforcement as well as bearing and field reinforcement 10 – 120 mm. Main beam using a size of 300x550 mm with the main reinforcement on the top focusl 8D22 bottom focus 2D22, top field reinforcement 3D22 bottom field 5D22, torsion reinforcement on each side 2D13, and bearing shear reinforcement 10 – 100 mm field 10 – 120 mm. Child beams using 250x400 mm with staple reinforcement on the top support 3D19 below 2D19, and top field 2D19 bottom field 2D19 and reinforcing bars 10 – 170 mm. But in reality the subgrade that is often encountered is subgrade with low support, so it does not meet the requirements when used for road pavement construction. One way to overcome this problem is to do stabilization, namely by using an additive in the form of wood ash. The purpose of this study was to identify how much influence wood ash had on the CBR value of the soil. This research is expected to provide information regarding the feasibility of soil stabilization in Sorong City by using wood ash from wood waste so that it can be used appropriately. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct a study on the use of wood burning residues as a stabilizing material and is expected to increase the carrying capacity of the soil. This research will be carried out by means of stabilization with variations in the mixture content of 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15%. The type of soil that will be used in this study comes from Jalan Moyo, East Sorong District, Sorong City. Next will be testing specific gravity, atterberg limit, compaction test and CBR on each variation of mixing. Pembangunan Jalur Puncak 2 berfungsi untuk mengurangi kemacetan di jalan jalur puncak 1. Jalur puncak 2 nantinya akan menjadi jalur utama. Tujuan penelitian adalah merencanakan bentuk geometrik jalan yang sesuai kelas dan fungsinya, yaitu jalan arteri kelas 1, guna menghasilkan geometrik jalan yang memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi pemakai jalan. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Bina Marga No. 038 T/BM/1997. Untuk menunjang strudi ini diperlukan beberapa seperti: data volume lalu lintas, data curah hujan, data CBR, dan juga data analisa harga satuan. Dari hasil data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisa pada perhitungan perkerasan lentur jalan baru dengan standar Bina Marga, analisa perkerasan jalan ini menggunakan Petunjuk Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Jalan Raya Dengan Metode Analisa Komponen (SKBI – 2.3.26.1989). Semua gregat pada dasarnya dapat digunakan pada konstruksi non-struktural maupun struktural manakalah me-menuhi syarat spesifikasi. Guna memperoleh kepastian data karakteristik kerikil dan pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan kerikil dan pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko sebagai agregat pada beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik kerikil dan pasir laut Pulau Taipabu Kabupaten Wakatobi sebagai agregat dan mengetahui kuat tekan beton yang dihasilkan jika kuat tekan rencana 20 MPa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko memenuhi spesifikasi, sementara karakterisik kerikil yakni berat volume 0.58 kg/liter pada kondisi lepas dan 1.10 kg/liter kondisi padat tidak memenuhi spesifikasi 1.4 kg/liter sampai dengan 1.9 kg/liter. Kuat tekan beton yang diperoleh sebesar 25.766 MPa tidak mencapai kuat tekan yang ditargetkan sebesar 30.8 MPa.
