To find out and describe the work environment and employee performance at the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batanghari Regency. 2.) To analyze the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency of Batanghari regency. The type of data required and collected in this study is quantitative data. The object of this research is Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Of Batanghari Regency. Sources of data in this study are Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Of Batanghari Regency., and Questionnaires and respondents to the office of the Batanghari district disaster management agency. Based on the resuts of the study obtained linear regression value that is Y = 1.518 + 0.511 X, with a value of R and a R2 value of 0.238 in the test t work environment affects employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency with a value of 3.447 and a significant value of 0.001.The conclusion in this study is that the physical work environment significantly affects employee performance in the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batanghari district this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001<0.05 results coefficient of determination of 23.8% show the value of employee performance is influenced by the remaining physical work environment of 76.2% the value of employee performance is influenced or explained by other factors that are not studied. To see the direction of the relationship between leadership style variables and work climate on job satisfaction using multiple regression. Using a statistical test to see how much influence training and supervision have on the performance of Merlung Health Center employees, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, using correlation and determinative coefficient analysis. Multiple linear regression using this study with the aim of entering the data studied into a regression equation model and proving the hypothesis regarding the alleged influence (training and supervision) as a means of independent variables on employee performance (as the dependent variable) simultaneously (together). ) or partially (own) by using software called the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the coefficients for the independent variables X1 = -0.344 and X2 = -0.330. Thus the regression equation model is written. In discussing this problem the author uses qualitative descriptive methods by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly establishing the goals to be achieved, collecting data as material to make research.Onoy Cake & Bakery was founded by Suci Andhita as the owner of the business. Onoy Cake & Bakery is an UMKM that shells bread and cake. Onoy Cake & Bakery was established since 2012 until now. And Onoy Cake & Bakery have a store branch.The population in this study was consumers of Onoy Cake & Bakery in the city of Jambi. The sample was determinated by the Judgement Sampling method with a total 0f 100 customer respondents Onoy Cake & Bakery about promotion, product quality and purchasing decisions. Hypothesis tested with T test and F test.Based on the result of multiple linear analyze, the equation Y = 1,533 + 0,163.X1 + 0,661.X2+ e. the t-test value for promotion (X1) is 2,076 and product quality (X2) is 6,618. With the F test of 0,000. Human needs are not limited to make us think about how to solve this problem by meeting the various human needs. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to see the description of price and product quality on purchasing decisions, so that it can be seen the elements that are maintained and improved by PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama and can improve its quality. The research variables are price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research population is consumers who buy Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama Sungai Bahar Muaro Jambi. The sampling method is random sampling. Samples were taken 73 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire containing 36 items. The research method is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS 22. The tests carried out are hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test and to find out how big the coefficient of determination (R2) is. Based on the results of this study, the price variable t count is smaller than t table with a value of (1.422 > 1.984), thus Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, and the product quality variable t count is greater than t table with a value of (3,740 > 1,994), then H1 is accepted HO is rejected. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 50.2%, which means that the contribution of the independent variables, namely price (X1) and product quality (X2) affects the dependent variable on purchasing decisions (Y) by 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by by other factors. So it can be concluded that the price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama Sungai Bahar Muaro Jambi.
