To find out and analyze how the effect of return on asset ratio (ROA) and return on equity ratio (ROE) partially on the stock price in Plantation Sub-Sector Companies for the Period 2016-2020. In this research design is a descriptive design that is a study that is an exposure to the variables studied and the dependence of sub-variables. In this study the study using descriptive design involves quantitative data equipped with qualitative data. The object of the research used in this study is the plantation industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The reason the author uses the plantation industry as an object of research is because in Indonesia Plantation has a very wide market share which is one of the largest foreign exchange distributors for the country so that it can provide a significant role for the Indonesian economy. From the values of the coefficient obtained the following linear regression equation: Log Y = 3,966 + 2,403 X1 – 2,580 X2 + e. The regression coefficient of the return on asset (X1) variable of 2,403 means that the return on asset (X1) has a positive effect on the stock price. This indicates that if the return on asset (X1) increases by 1%, then the stock price will increase by 2,403.The value of the variable regression coefficient of return on equity (X2) 2,580 gives the sense that the return on equity (X2) negatively affects the stock price. This indicates that if the return on equity (X2) increases by 1%, then the stock price decreases by 2,580%. In this study, the research population is all employees of the Tanjung Jabung Timur Education Office in 2021 with a total of 42 civil servants. The analytical tool used in this research is a scale range, instrument assumption test which consists of validity and reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and t test. Data processing using SPSS 25.00 software. Before testing the hypothesis, the instrument's assumption test was conducted. The results of the instrument assumption test consisting of validity and reliability tests indicate that the data has met the requirements.  Based on the simple linear regression equation, Y = 0.356 + 0.831.X + e. This means that the Incentive variable affects the performance of 0.831 or 83.1%. And in the hypothesis test, tcount for incentives is greater than ttable (5.844 > 2.02108). On the other hand, the significant value is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, and the regression coefficient value of the Incentive (X) is marked (+). However, according to a report by market research firm Canalys, Samsung came in second. Samsung's smartphone sales in the last five years were 0.47%. Samsung has offered various types to the Indonesian market share, so that the Samsung Galaxy A51 is included in the top 5 best-selling smartphones in Indonesia based on a report by market research firm Omdia and Canalys at the end of 2020 in second place with sales of 11.4 million units. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions in Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district. Brand image indicators include brand performance, brand social image, value received by consumers, consumer confidence in the brand, personal feelings towards the brand. While the indicators on purchasing decisions are the dimensions of quality and services, sales activities, after-sales service, company values. This study uses Primary and Secondary Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the people of Bulian District, Batanghari Regency who use the Samsung Galaxy A51 smartphone. And the data were analyzed by simple linear regression method. Samsung Galaxy A51 is a Galaxy series launched by PT. Samsung Electronics in December 2019. From the results of Simple Linear Regression with SPSS 20, the equation Y = 1.729 + 0.512X is obtained where the equation shows a positive influence between brand image on consumer purchasing decisions in Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district, as evidenced by the regression coefficient which has an equation of 0.613. The factors analyzed are economic growth rate, unemployment, HDI and poverty in Jambi city. The data used in this research is sourced from the Central Statistic Agency (BPS) which has a record of data from 11 regencies/cities in Jambi province.  The method used in this research is a method of double linear regression using SPSS method with research time of 2003-2017. The results of this study showed that of the 3 variables tested, the economic growth rate was influential Significant impact on poverty, human Development index has no significant effect on poverty. While unemployment significantly positively affects poverty. The result of this study is LPE, IPM, UN, had a significant impact on the poverty rate of the Jambi city. The benefits of this research provide additional information for interested parties in the industrial world about work facilities that have to do with employee performance so that efforts can be made to maintain work facilities that can improve work for employees. The research method uses descriptive analysis methods with library research, field research, and Questionnaires. The location of this company is at Jl. Abdul Rahman Saleh No. 57 Rt.09/03 Ex. Old Red Paal Kec. South Jambi. Company CV. Anugrah Sinar Laut Abadi (ASLA). The results show that the t-count value is 4.627 calculations using the SPSS program while the t-table is 2.034 with a significant level of 5%, df (32) from the t-distribution table. Shows that the t-count value is greater than the t-table (t-count t-table ) 4.627 2.034. This shows that work facilities have an influence on employee performance at CV.ASLA Jambi. So that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. It is hoped that CV. Return On Equity has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,086 on stock Return. Net Profit Margin has a positive effect with a significant value of 0,031 on stock Return. Gross Profit Margin has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,512 0n stock return. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin variables have a significant effect on stock Returns. Partially, return on Asset and Net Profit Margin have a significant effeck, while Return On Equity and Gross Profit Margin have no significant effect. Stock prices are influenced by two factors, namely fundamental factors or factors related to the performance of a company and market factors (trust of investors and potential investors), factors that are determined from external to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Investing Cash Flow (ICF), and Economic Value Added (EVA), on Stock Prices in Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The population used in this study were 13 companies, and the sample was 5 companies using purposive sampling technique with the criteria set by the author. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it is obtained that the variables Earning Per Share, Investing Cash Flow and Economic Value Added simultaneously have a very strong influence on the Stock Prices of Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the first hypothesis is proven and accepted. While the partial test results Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Based on the result of the study assisted SPSS software, the regression equation Z Score Y = 8,003E-18 + 0,838X1 – 0,131X2 – 0,057X3 + e Simulations the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable which is indicated by fcount > ftabel and patially has a positive effect. The research method was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS 20. This is an important benchmark for contributing to increasing local revenue in implementing regional autonomy. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of provincial taxes in increasing local revenue (PAD) in Jambi province. Based on the result of the analysis contribution and Analysis Process Hierarchy (AHP), get the results of the research in the form that of the five (5) province taxes that greatly contribute to increasing local revenue, namely Motor Vehicle Tax, Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee Tax and Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax. These three taxes greatly contribute, which for motor vehicle taxes in 2017-2019 or the last 3 years can contribute 27.91%, motor vehicle transfer fees tax contributes 22.67% and motor vehicle fuel taxes contribute 19.39 % . The Data used in this research is the annual financial statements such as the balance sheet and the profit and loss in Industri Rokok Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Period 2015-2019. The data source in this research is the official website of the Indonesian Stock exchange. This research used a multiple linear regression analysis tool used to figure out the direction of the relationship between the independen variable of the dependen variabel. Then, to answer the purpose of this research is used the F-test anf t-test and koefisien determinasi.  Industri Rokok has a fairly good position in Indonesia, another reason related to the selection of research objects is the Cigarette Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange occupies the third position of the four manufacturing industries that are in demand by investors, it is because the Cigarette Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has good prospects, judging from the basic needs needed by humans. Regression result of   Y = 2,131 + 0,237 X1 + 0,034 X2 + 1,287 X3 – 0,174 X4 + e meaning is debt to equity ratio, long term debt equity ratio, return on asset and growth rate against the stock price of 42%. In other words, stock return variables can be explained or influenced by variables debt to equity ratio, long term debt equity ratio, return on asset and growth rate of 42%, while the remaining 58% is explained or influenced by other variables that are not studied. Simultaneously DER, LTDER, ROA, growth rate has a significant effect on the stock price. Partially DER, LTDER and growth rates have no effect on the stock price.
