Purchase decisions are consumer decisions regarding preferences for brands in the choice set. Purchase decisions can be influenced by several factors such as product quality and brand image. The purpo se of this study was to describe product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok and to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods of data collection is done by observation and questionnaires. The sample was searched using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 88 respondents  was  obtained.  Data  analysis  was  carried  out  by  descriptive  analysis  and  quantitative  analysis,  namely  Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the descriptive variables of product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions are categorized as high. Validity and reliability tests are met so that the questionnaire can be used. The data meet the regression assumption test. Multiple linear regression model was obtained as follows: Y = 2.718 + 0.220X1 + 0.705X2 Based on the regression model obtained, it shows that if the product quality and brand image are increasing, it will also inc rease the decision to purchase Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok. The results of hypothesis testing indic ate that the variables of product quality and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The sample used in this study were 38 employees at the Abadi Suite Hotel, Jambi City. The method used is descriptive analysis method with recruitment and selection independent variables while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (f test and t test). Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 22, on multiple linier regression analysis, Y = 0,290+0,468X1+0,472X2+e with an R Square value of 71,6%, while the remaining 28,4% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The F test is 44,1565 and the t test is 3,464 for the Recruitment variable (X!) and 3,442 for the Selection variable (X2). This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation of CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and partially. To answer the research objectives, the author uses theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation. In addition, the author also looks for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. With the population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation persamaan . Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out, the results show that job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation simultaneously, while partially the work environment has no significant effect on work motivation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, poor work environment, good motivation. In addition, job satisfaction simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment partially has no positive and significant effect on work motivation at CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis method, namely the analysis used to test the relationship or influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The analytical tools in this study are simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the criteria, the samples taken were 32 Civil Servants at the Jambi City Education Office. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the regression equation Y = -0,027 + 0.088 X1 + 0.779X2 + 0.154X3, its mean that constant value of -0,027 means that if the lifestyle variable (X) is 0. then the Buying Decision variable (Y) is -0,027. if price (X1), brand (X2), and features (X3) are all equal to zero. Therefore, it is clear that without prices, brands and features, consumers will be less likely to make purchase decisions. The conclusion is, 1) Consumer perception of Wuling car prices at PT. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 279.9, the perception of the Wuling car brand at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 299.4, the perception of Wuling car features at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Kota Jambi is categorized as high with an average score of 275.3, while purchasing decisions are categorized as high with an average score of 299.9. 2) Price, brand, and features have a significant effect on Wuling's car purchase decision at the PT. Advancing Global Motors Jambi City simultaneously (together), and 3) partially, Price (X 1), Brand (X 2) and Features (X3) have a significant effect on Wuling's Car Purchase Decision at the PT Store. This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT Bumi Gemilang, Jambi City. The population in this study are all employees within the scope of PT. Mitra Gemilang, City of Jambi, totaling 45 people. Data collection was carried out using documentation methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, and the hypothesis is tested by simple linear regression analysis. The linear regression equation formed Y = 18,353 + 0.453 X. Constant (a) = 18.353 This means that if the independent variable (leadership style) is considered equal to zero (0), then the value of the dependent variable (employee performance) is 18.353. Leadership Style (X) = +0.453 The coefficient value of the leadership style variable has a positive sign on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.453. This shows that each value of the leadership style variable is increased by 1 point or a temporary unit, then the employee performance variable will increase by 0.453. It shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance due to a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So that it can be said based on the results of testing the hypothesis that leadership style influences employee performance by 28.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. One effort that can be done is by selling company shares to investors. In investing their funds, Investors needs to assess the company’s performance,one way that can be done is by using financial rations. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of the Current Ratio, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices in automotive and component companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2021 period. The object of this research is an automotive company listed on the IDX in 2015-2021 with a population of 13 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique where the number of samples is 5 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the t test for the variable Current Ratio (X₁) obtained a significant value of (0.016 <0.05), which means that the Current Ratio (X₁) has a significant effect on stock prices (Y). While the variable Return On Equity (X₂) produces a significant value of (-0.956 > 0.05), which means that Return On Equity (X₂) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y). Furthermore, it can be seen that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (X₃) has a significant value (0.003 <0.05) this means that the Debt to Equity Ratio (X₃) has a significant effect on stock prices (Y) Based on the F-test together the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be proven from the calculated F value of 4.995 with a significance value (sig) of 0.006. Where is the Fcount value of 4.995 > Ftable of 2.90. This type of research is quantitative methods. The sample in this study were production employee of PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi, amounting to 94 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and the method of statistical analysis by simple linear regression analysis (Y = 18,081 + 0,307 X), in which the processing of data using SPSS 22 for windows and the method of hypothesys analysis by t-test. The results of this study indicate that : recruitment process variable has a significant effect on performance of production employee. Based on the result of R Square of 0,191 which show contribution of independent variable, namely employee performance by 19,1% while the remaining 81,9% explained by other variables that are not in the research regression model. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 35 people respondent. Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,527, meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee performance  (Y) at the PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547 and the t-table is 0,3338. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PT. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 81 employees. The aspects studied are 5 dimensions of work motivation, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, recognition needs, and self-actuality needs. As well as the performance aspects studied include work results, job knowledge, initiative, mental dexterity, attitude, time discipline and absenteeism.Testing the data using statistical analysis such as validation and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test and coefficient of determination test from the results of the analysis with SPSS version 22 program, it can be seen that the regression equation formed by linear regression is Y=25,498+0,449X. The equation shows that the employee's performance is 0 then work motivation will increase by 0.449. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the results of R square indicate that there is an influence of work motivation of 22.9% on employee performance, thus in research work motivation that affects the average performance of the total influence of work motivation on employee performance as a whole is 22.9 and the remaining 77.1 is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Overall, from the 5 dimensions of the work motivation variable, it has an average score of 351.64 which is categorized as good. Where obtained a description of the work motivation used by the employees of the Jambi branch of the National Capital Office (PNM) which is good for motivating work on the basis of consideration and good for work motivation.
