Lansia merupakan kelompok rawan gizi yang harus selalu dipantau kondisi status gizinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan makanan dan lingkar pinggang dengan status gizi pada lansia di Panti Wreda Rindang Asih I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan dilaksanakan di Panti Wreda Rindang Asih I pada bulan Agustus 2020. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode total sampling dan diperoleh 23 responden yang bersedia mengikuti penelitian dan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Pearson dan regresi linear dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status gizi memiliki korelasi dengan berat badan, lingkar pinggang, asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan lemak dan asupan karbohidrat (p<0,01). Uji lanjut multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa variabel berat badan, lingkar pinggang, asupan energi, asupan lemak dan asupan karbohidrat dapat menjelaskan variasi status gizi sebesar 93,8% pada lansia di Panti Wreda Rindang Asih I. WhatsApp is a social media that is widely used by school age adolescents. The study aimed to determine the effect of nutrition education on energy intake, fat, fiber, and consumption of snack foods for overweight adolescents in public Junior High School 1 Karangpucung and SMK Darussalam in Karangpucung District. This type of quasi experimental with one group pretest posttest. 42 respondents were taken using purposive sampling technique. Energy, fat, and fiber intake data were take through a 2x24 hour recall and data on snack foods consumption through FFQ . Data analyzed by the paired sample T-test. This research resulted mean energy intake before nutrition education 3879,15 kkal and after nutrition education 2282,71 kkal, mean fat intake before nutrition education 105,41 gram and after nutrition education 59,40 gram, mean fiber intake before nutrition education 13,72 gram and after nutrition education 13,95 gram. Mean consumption of snack foods before nutrition education 437,50 times/week and after nutrition education 374,73 times/week. There were differences in energy intake, fat, and consumption of snack foods before and after nutrition education (p=0,000, p=0,000, and p=0,002) but there was no difference in fiber intake before and after nutrition education (p=0,798). Pencegahan secara farmakologi memiliki efek samping sehingga dibutuhkan pengobatan nonfarmakologi seperti buah kurma. Kandungan antioksidan kurma yaitu fenolik, flavonoid, asam askorbat, karotenoid, dan tokoferol sebagai peroksidasi lipid yang menyeimbangkan radikal bebas dan membantu pencegahan resiko penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi kurma terhadap kadar trigliserida. Metode: Jenis Penelitian eksperiment,metode pendekatan Systemic Literature Review. Pemilihan data penelitian disesuaikan dengan pedoman PRISMA ( Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis ) serta sumber data literature dari pencarian menggunakan Search engine ( Google Chrome). Populasinya adalah subjek manusia dan tikus. Variabel dependennya konsumsi kurma dan variabel independennya kadar trigliserida. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukan penurunan kadar trigliserida pada subjek manusia secara statistik belum signifikan ( ρ ≥ 0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh konsumsi kurma ( Phoenix dactylifera L .) terhadap kadar trigliserida pada subjek manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat penurunan terhadap kadar trigliserida secara signifikan yaitu (ρ ≤ 0,05) berarti konsumsi kurma dapat menurunkan kadar trigliserida pada subjek tikus. The incidence of anemia is at greater risk in women due to natural conditions such as menstruation, pregnancy and childbirth as well as the food consumed. The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 21,7% with a proportion of 20,6% in urban areas and 22.8% in rural areas. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in the blood in adolescents women in Islamic boarding school. Method: This research was conducted using a pre-experimental method with one group pretest post-test design. The intake of 60 g of beetroot is consumed in the form of 200 ml/day of beetroot juice for 7 days. Result: There is a significant difference hemoglobin levels before and after giving beetroot juice in adolescent women at Islamic boarding school (p=0.001).
