However, these integrated structures are still poorly studied from a scientific point of view. Unresolved problems include the issues of technology functioning, improving the efficiency of these integrated structures in industry, the use of modern management technologies in these structures. The special need for research is due to the need to obtain a more complete picture of the internal processes in innovative associations and modern management technologies in industry. The effects arising in networked integrated economic structures need to be studied, since they are the result of a causal relationship between the participants in such structures. The object of attention of the authors are industrial clusters. The subject of research is the relations arising in the process of functioning of industrial clusters. The research was based on materials about clusters in the regions of the Russian Federation and the world. Objective: to identify the features of communication of participants in industrial clusters. The study focuses on the analysis of the structural effect arising in the process of communication of participants in industrial clusters. The result of the work is to obtain new knowledge about the technology of functioning of industrial clusters, which is of theoretical and practical importance for the management of these economic systems. There is a practice-oriented example of setting the key performance indicators of the training specialists, such as the successful passing of the final examination, maintaining of the group stability and quality of the knowledge gained. The calculation method and target values are described in details. A demonstration calculation of indicators was carried out on the basis of the training results of a group of employees. The role of the corporate training system in preparing specialists for a modern organization in conditions new industrialization 4.0 is described. The additional positive functions, that can be implemented by means of the corporate in-house training, are identified on the basis of analysis of the Russian and foreign studies. The logic of the annual assessing the work results of the training specialists (coaches) is described. The article analyzes the effectiveness of scientific and technical activities in the Russian Federation, the direct embodiment of which is received patent applications for inventions, as well as issued security documents. The indicator of “inventive activity” for Russia and a number of developed countries was calculated and the situation with the introduction of innovations by companies registered in the Russian Federation with companies that are residents of other territorial entities was analyzed. Based on the postulate that the basis of new industrialization is modern technology and production, it was stated that under the conditions of sanctions, Russia has a sufficient level of inventive activity that is not practically implemented in the daily activities of domestic companies. The article provides a critical assessment of existing methods for evaluating the financial stability of enterprises. The author has presented a method for assessing financial stability with the aim of eliminating a number of methodological contradictions, such as the presence of financial stability in an insolvent enterprise, assimilation of financial stability with current solvency, comparison of own and borrowed sources of assets formation and others. The developed balance rapid test for assessing the financial stability of an enterprise is based on an original approach with respect to similar methods, expressed in the condition of preserving the ability to continue economic activity in case of a simultaneous settlement of all obligations. This method does not associate the value of the company's own working capital with the amount of reserves, does not use the ratio of own and borrowed sources of the enterprise assets. The developed method requires a simple restructuring of the balance sheet to verify the criterion relationships, which determine the stability of the enterprise. The methodical simplicity of the balance rapid test for assessing financial stability gives grounds for its widespread use in analytical procedures.
