Goncharova","doi":"10.2991/SICNI-18.2019.13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/SICNI-18.2019.13","url":null,"abstract":"The gist of this article boils down to the problem of providing hard-to-reach areas of the Russian Federation and Sverdlovsk region with bread, as well as the need to develop a method for preparing long-term storage of bread. Nowadays in the context of industrialization the bread intended for long-term storage is necessary in hard-to-reach areas of Sverdlovsk region, participants of expeditions, workers of logging, geological parties, etc. Taking into account the constant demand for such products, it is necessary to develop new approaches to their creation. Experimentally proved that the use of wheat flour with a low content of amylose helps to preserve the freshness of bread-on the 10th day of storage, the specific volume of crumb decreased by 39 %. We investigated the effect of the addition of betulin, lowland, at the suppression of potato disease of bread. It was determined that each of the components has little effect on the suppression of potato disease, and the use of these additives in the complex gives a synergistic effect of suppressing the development of potato disease. The article has a practical focus on the findings and recommendations: the use of wheat flour with a low content of amylose, and the simultaneous introduction of a complex additive consisting of nisin, betulin and ascorbic acid in an amount of 0.05% to the mass of flour allowed to obtain wheat bread with high consumer characteristics with a shelf life of at least 10 days. The ground for the research is the fact that tax exemptions may help investment activity and new industrialization procedure growth. The comparative analysis results relatedto the Tax Code regulations, Kareli Republic as well as Chanti-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenetzk Autonomous Districts laws have been analyzed in the article. Basing on the results the following conclusion have been drawn that testifies that the existing Federal legislation rules have not been provided by support according to the Russian Federation subjects standards. The tax exemption provision possibilities for the Sverdlovsk oblast are still being discussed. The level and effectiveness of innovation in the company largely determines whether the goal is achieved. It is only possible to manage innovation effectively when this activity is viewed as an integral system that pulls together all processes of developing, creating and operating innovative facilities into a single innovation project. In order to manage such projects effectively, appropriate methods, procedures and indicators of management analysis need to be developed and applied. This type of management analysis is of comprehensive nature and includes the analysis of innovation performance, investment analysis, competitor analysis and marketing analysis. The main purpose of such analysis is to provide the managers and owners of the company with full, reliable and quality information about its innovation performance, untapped reserves and opportunities for their mobilization. When designing a system of indicators for integrated management analysis of innovation performance, priority is given to science and technology indicators and those of competitiveness, quality, heuristic and commercial potential of innovations. A significant value in neo-industrialization is given to innovations that can only be implemented on a high-tech industrial site and advanced automated technologies that allow flexible response to innovations in production schemes. These days the existing technological developments formed as a result of the sixth technological paradigm represent mainly fundamental science and cannot yet be commercialized and used in applied aspects. But at the same time, in the age of neo-industrialization, organizational innovations at industrial enterprises become a significant contribution to the development of the economy, which allows such enterprises to gain a competitive advantage. The mechanism for the implementation of innovations that can ensure the intensification of the use of intellectual assets for neoindustrialization may be actions of large industrial enterprises in the implementation of megaprojects. This institutional matrix will allow to integrate science into high-tech products. One of such organizations introducing innovations is Niagara National Water Company, LLC, one of the top ten leading manufacturers of bottled water and soft drinks in Russia. The company has introduced high-tech technologies and created conditions for their implementation, widespread use in the domestic market and promotion of products for export. An example of the introduction of new high-tech technologies at this enterprise is the development and production of new special beverages for athletes not previously represented in the consumer market. As a result of the technologization of scientific knowledge, we have developed a formulation and technology of a drink for athletes. The biologically active components of the developed drink are silicon and amino acids with branched hydrocarbon chains. Studies show that after 14 months of storage of the drink organoleptic, microbiological, physical and chemical parameters and the content of biologically active substances do not change significantly. It has been established that the reference intake (200 ml of the drink) provides from 72 to 93% of the bodily need for athletes in silicon and up to 95% in AABCC. Based on the studies conducted, the following standard parameters for the quality of the drink, the period and mode of its storage have been established: 12 months at a storage temperature of 0°C to 25°C and a relative humidity of max. 85%. Historically, the city serves as an industrial, scientific and technical base of the West Siberian oil and gas complex and has a favorable demographic structure of the population. In the future, it may become the largest innovative engineering oil and gas industry service center of the country. The aim of the study is to analyze the experience of postindustrial transformation of Tyumen. The article is based on the methodological developments of foreign and Russian scientists, such as n. Bourdieu, Chansawang, Ilchenko M., Kirkby.John.R., Tang Wing-Shing, Catalepton, Monica Pietrzak-Franger, Engel B., Hatherley., Neugebauer, K. S., E. Posokhova. To carry out the research, such methods as factor analysis, individual expert survey, estimation of the level of development of the social and economic situation of Tyumen were used. In the article the authors analyzed the experience of postindustrial transformation of the urban space of Tyumen. The research of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of social and economic development of the studied city is carried out. On the basis of this analysis were identified a number of patterns of development of Tyumen. The result of the study is the development of a model of transformation of the urban space of the center of the regional region. In the process of developing a model of planning the territory was determined by theplanning structure of the Tyumen municipal district.
