In particular, it analyzed the digital trace of the fans of the World Cup in 2018. The basis of the research was selected messages on the social network Twitter, marked the official hash tags of the event. As a result of the study, it turned out to measure the psycho-emotional state of the fans, to assess the general emotional background, which accompanied the championship, to single out the periods of the most intensive communication. Together with other search dedicated to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, this research will assess the atmosphere in which the FIFA World Cup was held. In the course of the work, the author's methodology for studying the digital trace was created and tested. The method proposed by the authors can be used to assess the social mood of citizens, and it is also applicable to Big data. For Kazakhstan as a country with severe climatic conditions a the manufacturing sector seems to be one of the path which the traditional economy can take in order to secure better living conditions for the people. Therefore, industrialisation is seen as being crucial to transforming a backward economy with low productivity. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the achievements and downfall of the industrialisation in Kazakhstan. At the same time this investigation is devoted to results of Kazkakhstan`s experience of changing industrial way of activity for further using by other countries. There seems to be a gap in the literature because most research has chosen to highlight the overall GDP growth rates of the Kazakhstan`s economy and industrial policy as a whole (Baker, J. (1983), A.Mukashev. (2015) but little has been written about the way of new industrialisation in Kazakhstan, its successful and vain results during emerging different changes in global economy. It describes the emergence and the beginning of mass distribution of the so-called “service robots” which are intended for use by various social groups in daily activities for the purpose of meeting human needs. The article lists their characteristics and raises some ethical issues of the use of robotics in the social area. We also analyze a threat to life and health due to robotization using the first case of the man killed by an unmanned taxi as an example (2018). The first predictive calculations of unemployment rates in the UK, caused by the use of service robots in the future, are given. It also characterizes the social significance of the functionality of several samples of service robots invented over the past 20 years, and the most popular ones in the world. Among them are the Paro robot (Japan) in the form of a baby seal for the elderly and sick people (which is “the most healing robot” according to the Guinness Book of Records); Asimo android robots (Japan), Actroid (Japan), EveR (South Korea), Repliee (Japan), Topio (Vietnam), Aiko (Canada), HRP (Japan), Ibn Sina (United Arab Emirates, 2009), Frank (Switzerland) aimed at communicating and performing a number of useful functions for a person; and also the Kirobo Mini child robot (Japan), the Jibo “social robot for the family” (USA) and the Russian service robot Promobot, which reached the level of mass production and distribution. The experience of introducing service robots in various areas with Promobot as an example is considered in detail. The system must be transformed under the influence of new industrialization processes in progress, with the need to transform urban economic space characteristics taken into account. The study is dedicated to identifying features of managing the territory development of a municipality in the context of new industrialization. The article reveals the essence of the \"socio-economic space\" and \"municipality territory development\" concepts. The significance of the territory development strategy for a municipal entity is estimated. The authors identified approaches being applied to the presentation of the guiding lines of territory transformations at the municipal level. The article shows essential characteristics of the municipal strategy of territory development, defines requirements for its content, and identifies possibilities of taking into account the conditions of the new industrialization in documents of this kind. The objective of logistics is to minimize the price and to ensure the efficient distribution and maintenance of the required goods and products in the market in due time. Most retail companies have to make structural logistic decisionsto use outsource logistic cooperation services or to manage logistics on their own. As global competition grows, logistics services has a growing demand for cost, staffing and management improvements, with more focus on the company's core business. According to Langley (2018), Batarliene, Jarasiuniene (2017), Meidute and others. (2014), Parashkevov, (2007) studiesthe benefits of logistics cooperation are: focusing on core business, using best practices and experience, increasing competitiveness, reducing costs of logistic. Questions arise on the possibility of broader application of various aspects of the digital economy to the issues of regulating labor and other directly related relations so that these processes could be consolidated at the legislative level and in local regulations. The article is devoted to the legal aspects of the introduction of electronic documents. The key element in deciding on the establishment of the electronic document management (for example, electronic labor contract) is the issue of entering into, modifying and terminating an employment contract in electronic form. To do this, according to the authors, it is necessary to resolve the issue of changing the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in which it is stated that the employment contract is concluded in writing, drawn up in two copies, each of which is signed by the parties. The authors have studied laws and regulations performing an import substitution program of import substitution and industrialization in the defense industry of Russia. The article highlights the obstacles that deter to implement the program of import substitution in the production activities of companies of the Russian defense industry in new conditions of industrial development in the contemporary context. The authors clear up the nature of costinnovation strategy, the practicality of stepping-up community of viable solutions from related areas of scientific expertise, which allow minimizing the time and resources spent on the production of modern and competitive models of weapons and military equipment. The authors determine the significance of the successful implementation plan of import substitution in the Russian defense industry, which is the main tool for its rapid development.
