RESULTS: (1) Young athletes have stronger ANS function than untrained youths of the same age, where parasympathetic activity is somewhat stronger. Parasympathetic tone is also greater in athletes with better shooting skills compared to average athletes. The government’s responsibility is to undertake the obligation to serve the society and protect the fundamental rights and interests of the people. Government performance evaluation is a professional and specific procedure that combines quantitative and qualitative measurements to accurately evaluate the final performance results of government departments in the management process, so as to test and assess whether or to what extent the government has fulfilled its responsibilities. Government performance evaluation not only realizes the core values and public accountability goals of the government, but also is an effective mechanism for implementing government accountability. However, in reality, there are still many problems in China’s government in fulfilling its responsibilities and running performance evaluation mechanisms. With more and more home battery energy storage system (HBESS) products appeared in the market, it would be difficult for the users to choose the most suitable battery product from the market. This paper proposes a personalized HBESS recommender system that provides decision-making support to residential users by recommending suitable HBESSs to them. The system integrates a neural collaborative filtering technique, which uses a General Matrix Factorization (GMF) model and a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) neural network to infer the target user’s preferences on different HBESS products through analyzing the preference trends of a group of the target user’s similar users on a set of HBESS products. Based on this, the system generated a recommendation list of HBESS products to the target user. In the process of multi-site access to the network, some STAs still broadcast and send discovery beacons when no new nodes are connected to the network, which will cause the broadcast of the discovery beacon to be worthless and waste broadcast frames and discovery beacon slots. At the same time, it can provide important basic data for the construction of projects in the region after clarifying the long time series dynamics of vegetation in the region. Considering the characteristics of Japanese hiragana, katakana and Japanese Chinese characters, the effects of different modeling units on recognition performance are discussed through experiments on Japanese data sets. Firstly, the data prediction model was established with the parameters and temperature in the catalyst combination as the input and the C4 olefin yield as the output. Therefore, we use the experimental data to train the three models of random forest, BP neural network and gradient lifting regression (GBR), and compare the predicted data with the experimental real data. Through the error analysis of RMSE, MAE and R-squared indexes, it is found that the predicted value obtained by the random forest model is closest to the real value.
