Urban power grid planning is composed of spatial power load forecasting, substation optimization planning and distribution network planning, which is highly complex. At present, distribution network planning is mostly based on manual methods, and hierarchical analysis is usually used to analyze the current situation of equipment load rate, reliability, transfer rate and voltage qualification rate of distribution network. Urban distribution system planning has the characteristics of large amount of data, many uncertain factors, wide fields involved and rapid renewal and change. The complexity of planning makes it impossible for planners to plan only by relying on their previous work experience. This paper proposes an adaptability evaluation system of flexibility enhancement technologies to provide guidance for thermal power plants. Firstly, the systematic review of flexibility enhancement technologies for thermal power units is formulated based on transformation purpose, such as enhancing the negative peak regulation capacity, and improving the AGC (Automatic generation control) regulation rates. Then, the adaptability evaluation system for flexibility enhancement technologies are proposed. But over a long period, the genuine firm value prevails. As the earnings usually be exaggerated just before IPO, specially for non-government-owned companies, Share offer price changes as a result, the investor’s interest may be influenced. Thus, in this paper, we took a listed companies in China as the research objects, extracting their financial data of the last three years before IPO, leveraging the unique detailed bid data of institutional investors during the whole IPO process, compares the influence of earnings management on them before and after IPO in the long term. We set the bid price and earnings management as the key variables; quantify earnings management through important financial information, using the regression model and try to contribute the linear relationship; analyzing the accrual-based earnings management and the real earnings management to see earnings management’s influence and relationship with IPO offer price. The results show that the anti-moss coating has a smooth and flat surface, good adhesion, hydrophobic properties, anti-ultraviolet properties, self-cleaning properties, and moisture and heat resistance. Aiming at the multi index data of complex workshop, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the correlation of workshop process parameters, judge the correlation between the parameters to be predicted and various influencing factors according to the Pearson correlation coefficient, and realize the reduction of prediction parameters. On this basis, Adam algorithm is introduced to establish a learning rate adaptive optimization algorithm based on transfer learning to dynamically adjust the network structure, The reasonable model parameters are solved to improve the prediction accuracy of the model. However, such information is either difficult to acquire or lack of linkage to visual information. We thus propose a novel transductive ZSL paradigm that makes use of feature maps to distill less expensive but more informative semantic embeddings of seen and unseen classes.
