Urban power grid planning is composed of spatial power load forecasting, substation optimization planning and distribution network planning, which is highly complex. At present, distribution network planning is mostly based on manual methods, and hierarchical analysis is usually used to analyze the current situation of equipment load rate, reliability, transfer rate and voltage qualification rate of distribution network. Urban distribution system planning has the characteristics of large amount of data, many uncertain factors, wide fields involved and rapid renewal and change. The complexity of planning makes it impossible for planners to plan only by relying on their previous work experience.
