Urban power grid planning is composed of spatial power load forecasting, substation optimization planning and distribution network planning, which is highly complex. At present, distribution network planning is mostly based on manual methods, and hierarchical analysis is usually used to analyze the current situation of equipment load rate, reliability, transfer rate and voltage qualification rate of distribution network. Urban distribution system planning has the characteristics of large amount of data, many uncertain factors, wide fields involved and rapid renewal and change. The complexity of planning makes it impossible for planners to plan only by relying on their previous work experience. 摘要

城市配电网规划是一项复杂的系统工程,具有规模大、不确定和不精确因素多、涉及面广等特点。城市电网规划由空间负荷预测、变电站优化规划和配电网规划组成,具有高度的复杂性。目前配电网规划多采用人工方法,通常采用分层分析法对配电网设备负荷率、可靠性、输电率、电压合格率等现状进行分析。城市配电系统规划具有数据量大、不确定因素多、涉及领域广、更新变化快等特点。规划的复杂性使得规划人员不可能仅仅依靠以往的工作经验来规划。本文通过对配电网规划辅助决策的研究,根据配电网基本运行信息和规划大数据中心的配电网运行评价结果,对配电网规划方案进行优化整理,从而提高配电网规划的针对性和有效性。
