With a researcher-made questionnaire validated and reliability-tested, results revealed respondents moderately agree that MTB-MLE shall be abrogated. It also revealed that there is no significant difference on the perceptions of the respondents as regards abrogating MTB-MLE when grouped according to their profile. Finally, there is no significant relationship between the perceptions of the respondents as regards abrogating MTB-MLE and their profile. It is therefore recommended that the teachers should take part in the implementation/revision of the MTB-MLE curriculum since they are at the helm of the program implementation. There should be redefining of curriculum guide, learning activities and assessment of each area by the curriculum schedule prescribed on the most essential learning competencies suitable for the MTB-MLE Implementation. Moreover, the Department of Education should provide support to teachers to enhance their teaching capabilities on the use of MTB-MLE instruction especially the necessary materials and interventions that will be utilized in delivering instructions more effectively.","PeriodicalId":244174,"journal":{"name":"American Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123151022","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The women public school heads’ experiences along leadership as to teamwork, high emotional quotient, and focus, and management as to planning organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling were assessed as highly manifested, as supported by supervisors and peers. Indeed, the women school heads experienced success in their leadership due to their evident strategic planning mechanism that involved all personnel for collaboration, with their high emotional quotient (EQ) corroborated by the perception of immediate supervisors and peers. However, women school headscandidly perceived their leadership experiences, particularly on focus, and management specifically on organizing and controlling functions as manifested only. Admittedly, poor communication skills, and apathetic in dealing with their teachers and other stakeholders. are their leadership weaknesses and can be presupposed as a gender gap between males and women leaders. Their weakness as risk-takers revealed management shortfall and manifested their difference from their male counterpart. The highly significant differences in perception of the three groups of respondents implied admission of women school heads’ short falls and would infer gender inequality. Women school heads’ profile variables except civil status had influenced their experiences along leadership and management. Hence, the more mature, more diligent and expert the women school heads would be, the better their students’ outcomes. Problems encountered by women school heads could be minimized had they been regularly monitored and evaluated. Their ontoward experiences along leadership and management components were the bases of their proposed Gender and Development (GAD) program.","PeriodicalId":244174,"journal":{"name":"American Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132700929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the traditional manual slicing method employed during the processing of these commodities proves to be time-consuming, laborious, and taxing on the wrists and arms of workers. Thus, the study aimed to develop a specialized chopping machine for efficiently processing Calamansi peel and rag, as well as banana pulp for making banana chips. The experiment utilized Banana pulp, Calamansi peel, and rags as test materials, subjecting them to different speeds (573, 1146, and 1720rpm) using a completely randomized design (CRD). The results demonstrated that the highest shredding input capacity of 105.54 kg/hr was achieved at a shaft speed of 1720rpm, boasting an impressive 94.55% chopping efficiency. However, the machine faced inefficiencies due to the amount of crushed chip materials and had an energy demand of 0.372 kW-hr/kg. The chipped product exhibited a vertical orientation with a 1mm thickness. Cost analysis revealed that the machine needed to process a total of 16,832.67 kg of bananas at a custom rate of Php2/kg to break even. Remarkably, the machine could generate an additional income of Php260,154.86/yr for processors, with a 0.4-year payback period and a 209.78% rate of return, making it a highly cost-efficient device. By introducing this innovative chopping machine, Mindoro Island’s processing of its flagship commodities can be significantly improved, reducing manual labor, enhancing efficiency, and offering greater economic benefits to the processors..","PeriodicalId":244174,"journal":{"name":"American Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124272969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
