But in real-world communication conditions, a large number of unlabeled signal samples is often more easily accessible. To address this problem, we propose a semi-supervised approach based on Deep Co-Training that maximizes the utilization of unlabeled data. We first augment the signal samples and initialize two different CLDNN network by pre-training. Then, we construct multiple views using the gradient attack algorithm and measure the consistency of the outputs with Jensen-Shannon Divergence. The proposed system combines AR, VR and mobile Internet technologies together to enable online digital interaction, so that to improve the user experience. By using the unmanned airborne vehicle (UAV) photography method, detailed panoramic views of various scenic spots in a historical town are captured. Moreover, the three-dimensional (3D) models of several cultural landmarks are also collected to enhance the elementary information for online interaction. Subsequently, the panoramic views of various scenic spots are utilized as the visual reality scene to set up a complete and continuous route for tour guidance. By using long skip connections to extract the spatio-temporal information in the video, this paper proposes a 3DCNN full-video steganography network. The network takes a pair of cover and secret video sequences as input, and uses a stego network to output a spatio-temporal residual sequence, which is added to the cover video as a small disturbance. A video classification network is proposed, which can be used to identify the cover video frame and the stego video frame to assist the message receiver to extract the secret message correctly. We chose UCF101 video data set as the training and testing set of the network model. We used various video quality evaluation indicators (PSNR, SSIM, Pixel distribution) to measure the performance evaluation of the stego video network, and proved the anti-detection of the stego video by using some stego detection algorithms. They are usually associated with intelligent technology. This paper proposes a smart home system that employs WIFI and Bluetooth in the communication system. Furthermore, this paper compares the characteristics of each technique to analyze the pros and cons. By analyzing the differences between WIFI and Bluetooth, the results could demonstrate how smart furniture within the smart home system communicates with the control center. In addition, this paper introduces how lighting and temperature control can be achieved in a smart home. To make the sensors work smartly and adjust automatically, this paper employs a tracking system that can help localize people in the smart room accurately via mobile devices, and this paper also discusses an evaluation of different indoor localization methods. For this purpose, a blueprint for a smart home system is displayed, and functions of essential components are illustrated. Smart home system is a system that can facilitate people's lives to a great extent because it can complete many tedious instructions in an automated way by using sensors. It requires high time cost and labor cost, and the result is inaccurate. In this paper, firstly, we establish a residual value evaluation indicator system covering vehicle information, market performance and macroeconomic factors. Secondly, an evaluation model based on LightGBM is presented. It has better performance in evaluation accuracy as compared to other evaluation models. Finally, a dynamic interval estimation technology is used to estimate the residual interval. At present, the evaluation indicator system and quantitative judgment method based on the digital transformation maturity of the automotive industry have not yet been formed, and the digital transformation path of automotive enterprises is not yet clear. First, we established a three-level indicator system for maturity evaluation based on the characteristics of the automotive industry. Secondly, a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed by using multiple methods, including Kendall’s W and EWM which determine subjective evaluation matrices, AHP and DEMATEL which determine indicator weight, Delphi and EWM which determine the indicator scores that take all experts’ opinions into account. Finally, we applied the model to a joint venture automotive enterprise, analyzed its digital status and causes based on its overall digital transformation scores, indicator scores and correlation between indicators, and proposed corresponding suggestions for improvement. This paper focuses on the problem of APT dynamic detection with timing decision intelligence. We use the FlipIt game model and reinforcement learning method of Q-learning algorithm, consider the APT attack events as an exponentially distributed random process, and the defender using the attacker’s last move time (LM-defender) to learn his optimal timing strategy using Q-Learning algorithm. The defender's reinforcement learning mechanism for the timing of the APT attack action and outputs its timing selection strategy. Simulation experiments show that compared with the existing greedy algorithm, the timing strategy based on the Q-Learning algorithm does not require the attacker's prior information under the premise, it can achieve a higher average benefit than the greedy strategy.
