However, how should manufacturing enterprises realize digital transformation? From which direction does the digital transformation begin? What problems need to be solved in the process of digital transformation? These problems have become the confusion of most enterprises. For the manufacturing industry, the digital transformation involves all aspects of the enterprise, different industries, different enterprises in different stages of development are concerned about the digital issues are different. But we can still find out the most important digital transformation processes by combing them. If these processes are combined with the industrial Internet of things or industrial Internet platform, it will eventually constitute an interconnected enterprise that can realize intelligent manufacturing.","PeriodicalId":243724,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (DSInS)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127574252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is difficult to obtain massive labeled data, and the change of mechanical operation conditions also results in inconsistent distribution of source domain data and target domain data, which makes the labeled data for training model possibly fail in classifying unlabeled data acquired under other conditions. Aiming at solving the above problems, a deep convolution variational autoencoder network is introduced, the pseudo-label information of small samples in target domain is predicted by using label propagation and data fusion methods, combining with the domain adaptability advantages of transfer learning theory, a novel diagnosis method based on transfer learning with deep convolution variational autoencoder (TL-DCVAEN) is presented. In addition, the spectrum data is used as the input of the model to reduce the dependence on artificial feature design and engineering experience. The experimental results indicate that the proposed diagnosis method is suitable for rolling bearing fault diagnosis under variable working conditions, and has better diagnostic performance and generalization.","PeriodicalId":243724,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (DSInS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124274361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the results of the Kano model demand survey (N=976), which was carried out before the application of big data analysis, the research team has set up a variety of experimental special courses on art appreciation with a combination of different course elements. The conclusion based on the scientific calculation method shows that: students have a high demand for curriculum elements such as professional performance team participation and interaction with artists on the same stage. A retrospective survey of 15% of students who have participated in the course was randomly selected (n=148). The students were satisfied with this experimental art appreciation course and showed higher expectations for the new art appreciation course. The article also puts forward suggestions for art appreciation courses: the combination of knowledge teaching and demonstration performances, enhanced interaction with students, and the level of artistic expression of the lecturers are all positive factors for the sustainable development of art appreciation courses.","PeriodicalId":243724,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (DSInS)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125876557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are some disadvantages in practical applications, and the exploration and exploitation dilemma is one of them. To solve this problem, common strategies about exploration like ɛ–greedy have risen. Unfortunately, there are sample inefficient and ineffective because of the uncertainty of later exploration. In this paper, we propose a model-based exploration method that learns the state transition model to explore. Using the training rules of machine learning, we can train the state transition model networks to improve exploration efficiency and sample efficiency. We compare our algorithm with ɛ–greedy on the Deep Q-Networks (DQN) algorithm and apply it to the Atari 2600 games. Our algorithm outperforms the decaying ɛ–greedy strategy when we evaluate our algorithm across 14 Atari games in the Arcade Learning Environment (ALE).","PeriodicalId":243724,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (DSInS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129316079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper summarizes the evolution and development of process model and proposes twin process model, which could support the machining quality optimization of complex parts. What’s more, industrial application of twin process model is introduced through three steps, namely mapping relationship between machine operation data and instruction domain, simulation and monitoring of machining surface roughness, and optimization of machining parameter based on twin process model. For the complex mine communication environment, communication signal transmission is always subject to various interference, based on this, people combine MIMO technology and OFDM technology proposed MIMO-OFDM technology, can effectively respond to various adverse factors in the mine environment. Based on this, MIMO-OFDM technology is proposed by combining MIMO technology and OFDM technology, which can effectively respond to various adverse factors in the mine environment. The superposition of the two technologies also leads to the improvement of system complexity, especially at the receiving end, which increases the workload of the receiver. In order to solve the receiver dilemma of MIMO-OFDM system, this paper proposes a MIMO-OFDM deep receiver based on deep learning. Simulation experiments show that the bit error rate is reduced by about three orders of magnitude when the SNR is 4dB, so the bit error performance of the MIMO-OFDM depth receiver proposed in this paper is far better than that of the traditional step receiver.","PeriodicalId":243724,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (DSInS)","volume":"PP 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126359685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
